The Chinese are (in)famous for being heavy smokers. Why should this dude be any different?

I agree Dana. And if he could win while smoking why shouldn't he? They just don't like the modern shibboleths upset, methinks. Proof China is as much part of this New World Order as anyone; they don't want to upset the international campaigns.
