Sure! Like that's gonna happen. For one thing, Minnesota has a large border; it's not like, say, Arkansas. Or Connecticut. Or Delaware.
And you're gonna keep out "the people you don't want here?" Just who are they? You're already chock-full of Somalis, who are pretty undesirable. You want to block who, Ukranians? They don't seem terribly anxious to fill up the place anyhow. Russians? Chechnians? Swedes? I think you need to be more specific.
I'd be more favorably impressed if you said "Muslims." But since you're still letting in Somalis at a record pace, you can't be interested in blocking Muslims. So who, then?

I may be mistaken, but I think there's this pesky little thing called the "US Constitution" that might create a problem with that plan.

Bill, I'd say it's obvious that the people pushing this idea have no idea what the Constitution says about anything. Or that there even is a Constitution. Do you think I'm wrong?
