Campaign Law Violatioin?

Since the Jan 6 "hearing" is not a real congressional hearing (real hearings have members from both sides of the aisle), what it actually constitutes is a Democratic campaign advertisement. And it is funded by the government. Isn't it against the election laws to use government money to fund your campaign commercials?
