It’s true, that new positive cases HAD been dropping up to 15% in the previous week per one media source, but California is still the 6th worst state for # of NEW cases per 100,000 over the previous 7 days at almost 67. (Behind Arizona, South Carolina, Rhode Island, Georgia, NY).
The timing of all of this almost seems political and NOT "science-based” (not that it ever was) now that…
(a) Biden is in office
(b) The recall petition for the governor has now collected 84% of validated signatures to vote on a recall of Newsome with two months to go to collect the rest
