Barack Obama who says climate change will put the coasts underwater in 12 yrs just bought a multi-million $$ home in the Hamptons.

Here is the Vineyard Conservation Society's take.

It states:

Just last week the mainstream sea level rise estimate was three feet, but the new five-foot number takes into account the accelerated rate of melting by glaciers, ice caps and the enormous Greenland and West Antarctic ice sheets. Some specialists think even that estimate is low.

On the Vineyard a five-foot rise in the sea will swallow whole swaths of low-lying landâ€“beaches, salt marshes, roads and homes. Five Corners in Vineyard Haven will disappear, as will portions of downtown Edgartown and Oak Bluffs.

The land surrounding our many majestic coastal ponds will be under water, including the shores of Chilmark and Edgartown Great Ponds, Sengekontacket and Trapp's Pond, Farm Pond, Sunset Lake and Squibnocket Pond. South Beach, Katama Point and vast portions of the Chappaquiddick shoreline will be lost to the sea. Much of Lobsterville will cease to exist, as will at least half of the Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary.

So why is Obama buying sea front property? I guess he believes his own claim to be able to stop the seas from rising...

I've got another question; how did a guy who worked as a Community Organizer make this kind of money? Where did he get it from?

1 Let me explain how you legalize bribery, sport. If you give money to him while he's in office and he does favors for you, it's bribery and both of you can go to jail. You won't, of course, because only working class people go to jail, but still.
If you promise that you will give him money later and he does favors for you while he's in office and you give money to him after he leaves office, that's not bribery. Why? Because "nothing of material value" was given to him while he was in office. A promise of enrichment has no material value.
I'm glad I could clear that up for you.

3 There are also a couple of other factors at work here, guys, and I'm sure you're aware of them.
First off, Democrat politicians who rise above certain heights almost NEVER go to jail, no matter what kind of dirty financial transactions they are involved in.
Second off, we're talking about The Lightbringer here. He could (pardon the low class example I'm employing here, but I think it's a good one) have sex with Rachel Maddow, manifestly without her consent (and it would be -- euphemism used to keep this in reasonably decent taste), on MSNBC, and the collective Left would still cheer.
