I agree; North Korea needs to be managed, not invaded or attacked. Any military solution to the Nork problem should be a very last resort as it would be a tough, tough fight no matter how you do it. Granted, the day may come when it will be necessary but let's hope that day is long in the future. Eventually times will change and hopefully the old guard will finally go away. I wish we could help the North Korean People but that just isn't possible now.

Korea has mountainous, hard to invade terrain and people who are hard as nails thanks to the Kim family's kind ministrations. And they've got the weapons, notably drones and of course they have the Big One. Any military operation would face extraordinary hardship and could lead to the loss of a city or two.

So it's best we leave it alone for now - as long as it doesn't do something drastic, like attack Japan. Then all bets are off.
