Big Win in Court Over Illegals

Big win for the Trump Administration as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Trump may Keep illegals locked up until they see an immigration judge. This verdict overruled a lower court which ordered Trump to grant habeas corpus to the illegals.
In short it says illegals do not have a right to all the rights and privileges of American citizens. Sensible.

Another big win out of the 5th Circuit. DHS’s change in legal position on illegal alien detention restored the policy set by Congress and rejected a misreading of the law that perpetuated open borders for decades. It’s not too late to take a $2,600 check and a free flight home. DHS.GOV/CBPHOME

But of course these lower court judges will simply issue new injunctions and be slapped down again and again - their goal is to slow the Administration down, to buy time in the hopes the Democrats retake power.
