Biden's Travel Ban Double Standard

That was when Donald Trump implemented a travel ban to stop the Wuhan virus.
Now he's issued a travel ban to stop the new strain.
Strange; I guess it was not needed when Trump was in office.
And, despite the fact the vaccine has no impact on this particular strain, Biden says:
So we donated a vaccine that is proving ineffective in preventing the spread of new variants and yet we must get the whole world vaccinated with the vaccine for the previous version, the one that is not fixing the problem.

Yep; things like past comments or past actions don't enter into the matter. They are happy to ignore their own statements and policies. "We have always been at war with Eastasia..."
