So, Jean-Pierre says Biden was just joking when he said Terry "the Punk" McCauliff, former Virginia Governor and Clintonista, was the rightful Governor of the Old Dominiion. Just joking, huh?
As many Republicans, including Governor Youngkin, have pointed out, election denial was a grave crime when done by Trump and the Maga crowd. But now it's fodder for humor?
And it wasn't funny; the worst crime of all!
Where are the hysterical cries and fits of rage from the media? Where is the Congressional investigation? The impeachment? Donald Trump's "denialism" was grounds to try to send him to jail, yet Biden isn't so much as asked about it by anyone outside of Fox News.
Whenever Trump made a joke he was attacked. For example, when he joked "maybe the Russians can find Hillary's e-mails" he was accused of conspiring with Putin to hack Hillary Clinton's e-mail accounts. Yet Biden can say this without repercussion.
The double standard is astonishing.
In the runup to 2022 Joe Biden was dousing the GOP fire with cold water, saying it would be illigitimate. But the media did not protest. (They didn't protest when Kamala Harris' aid called George W.Bush illigitimate., for that matter.)
Nobody questioned when Hillary Clinton said Bush was an illigitimate President.
But only when Trump says it the matter becomes an act of insurrection.
You may remember the guy who shot up the Republicans in Congress. He was brought to a boil by the Democrats rage at Bush and the GOP. But that was not an insurrection, no sir! A few tourists snapping photographs in the White House is the only definition of an insurrection acceptable to the news media!
If jokes and assertions of vote fraud are treasonous then Mr. Biden should be held to equal account.

Or not, of course, but if not, it's an open-and-shut case of election denial, as you say, and the House should immediately convene a committee to look into it. I don't know if she's part of the right bunch to do so, but I think that Elise Stefanik would be a particularly good gal to head it up.

Yeah; this should be investigated. The Democrats would have done that to Trump.
