While the media did report the poor kid/white kid gaffe, a Google search turned up almost nothing on the misidentification of Jefferson and Kennedy as non-Presidents.
Yes, Biden may have misheard the question, but he may, more importantly, have misunderstood, which may mean he has cognitive difficulties. Do we really want a President who can't understand the spoken word? Is that the best America can do?
Will Biden launch a nuclear strike on Russia when he overhears a football game discussing Rushing yardage?

It IS frightening. And even more frightening is the fact that the MSM, which is, depending on who you believe, the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Democrat Party or, even worse, the owners of the party, is not calling him out on this.

My old buddy 7lb. Dave used to tell his labor union father that his party was the party of criminals, sodomites, and people with half a brain, that last a reference to James Brady, who had half of his brain removed when he took a bullet meant for Ronald Reagan. Brady subsequently switched parties and his wife began pushing gun control. A man with half a brain at least has an excuse. What is Bidens?
