1 Some of the Blob's people are getting impatient and want to come out into the light. Like AOC and the two communists running for mayor in NYC and MPLS. I dearly hope enough of us are smart enough to vote them all into oblivion.

2 Agreed Dana; they are sick of hiding. And many of them believe they have already won, which is why Trump's election so infuriated  them; he showed that the public just isn't going along with them.

3 I greatly hope the GOP will be able to follow Trump with another winner. I'm old but not so old that I plan to die after 2029, and I don't look forward to having a Donkey administration ruining all the good things Trump's done.

4 Amen. We need to coalesce around a candidate now. The obvious candidate is J.D. Vance, but perhaps he won't want to run? He does have small children. But he can run as an incumbent, the right hand man of Trump. It is like a re-election rather than an election of he's the nominee. If someone else we have  to start from scratch.

I would add Vance has already faced the worst of things. A new guy will be fresh meat for the media attack machine. I made this argument for Trump with all the people who wanted DeSantis or whatnot and they never had a good reply. But the logic is inescapable; Trump had been so dragged through the mud nothing more they said of him would stick and DeSantis would open a whole new can of worms. While Vance isn't Trump he's been right beside him and I suspect an attack on Vance will be seen by the public as another discredited attack on Trump and ignored.

We're in the catbird seat if we only don't screw it up.

5 Vance is excellent, no two ways about it. Anybody who subscribes to Imprimis will have seen evidence of that, in the way Vance has handled Europe. If you don't get Imprimis, you should!
