Many of these are not impeachable, alas; bad, yes, but not impeachable.

In my opinion there are several grounds for impeaching Biden.

1.Hunter Biden and the threat to withhold funds from Ukraine if they didn't sack the prosecutor pursuing Joe's son.

We have Joe on tape bragging about getting this prosecutor fired - what more do you need?

2. His refusal to enforce laws protecting the border. Biden's oath of office is to "faithfully execute the laws of the United States" then he simply disregards them.

3.Election skullduggery which allowed him to steal the election.

4.Using national security and law enforcement to attack and harass his political rivals.

Richard Nixon was facing impeachment in no small part for trying to use the IRS to investigate rivals. Biden has the FBI doing that for him.

5. Making threats against the American People and demonizing those who voted for his predecessor.

6.Establishing an agency whose purpose is to quell free speech. Yes, he gave up on his "disinformation agency" but the fact is he still tried to stifle the First Amendment.

7. Refusing to enforce the law to keep protesters away from the homes of Supreme Court Justices following their ruling overturning Roe V. Wade.

It is against the law to protest the Supreme Court at home - but Biden waived that inconventient little rule.

8. Using Executive Orders to waive student loans - something he has no authority to do.

10. Pressuring banks to defund American oil companies by denying them loans.

I think each of these can be characterized as a high crime or misdemeanor. And while things like killing the Keystone XL, or giving his blessing to the Russian oil pipeline, or shipping arms to Ukraine, or a thousand other disgraceful acts are repulsive, they are not impeachable. I think these are.

The GOP should have these articles drafted.

If the Democrats hold the Senate the House can at least tie the donkeys in knots with an impeachment trial. But the GOP is scared of their own shadows and will probably not so much as file a non-binding resolution.

If there ever was a man who should be impeached and removed from office it is Joe Biden.
