unilaterally. He canceled the deal Trump made with Mexico to keep
asylum seekers south of the border unilaterally. He has restored the
Iran deal unilaterally.He

Trump did NOT surrender to the Taliban. He's never surrendered to anyone in his life. He designed a withdrawal plan that was predicated on certain verifiable actions by the Taliban. If he'd had another four years in office he could have put it into effect. Instead, it was bungled by a guy who probably can't pour milk on his breakfast cereal without spilling it. It is disingenuous in the extreme to blame Trump for anything that's going on over there now!
