A federal judgte has dismissed suits to stop Joe Biden from paroling illegal aliens into the country.

FTA:

U.S. District Judge Drew Tipton ruled that the plaintiffs—a coalition of 21 states—"have not proven that Texas has suffered an injury” because of the program and therefore lacked standing to maintain this lawsuit.
"In reaching this conclusion, the Court does not address the lawfulness of the Program. The court may only reach that question after a plaintiff has established that it has standing,” the judge wrote in a 31-page ruling.

The Biden administration announced the program in January 2023, allowing up to 30,000 people from Cuba, Nicaragua, Haiti, and Venezuela to legally enter the United States each month.

New York is calling up the national guard to patrol the streets and subways. And transit authority union bosses are calling for this in Chicago too although Governor J.B. "no neck" Pritzker says there are as yet n no plans for this. The point is the Democratic machines are getting paramilitary operations in place to implement martial law because they know there is a good chance there will be major protests and perhaps riots when they brazenly steal this thing.

Meanwhile the GOP,ever a day late and a dollar short, are pushing mail-in voting while the Democrats are "streamlining" the process (and no doubt planning to find ways to disqualify Republican mail-in ballots). They will just stuff the ballot boxes at the precincts and cart around illegal aliens to polling places (they have plenty of them now to utilize). (Mail-in voting only works when you are manufacturing votes - something the GOP won't do.)

This will be the Mother Of All Steals (MoAS). And you had better like it or it will be you going to jail.

A University of Pennsylvania statistics and data science professor has examined the data released by the Gaza Health Ministry and concluded that the death toll appears 'statistically impossible.'

"The daily reported casualty count over this period averages 270 plus or minus about 15 per cent,” Wyner writes. "There should be days with twice the average or more and others with half or less. Perhaps what is happening is the Gaza ministry is releasing fake daily numbers that vary too little because they do not have a clear understanding of the behaviour of naturally occurring numbers.”

As second point of evidence, Wyner examines the rate of child casualties compared to that of women, arguing that the variation should track between the two groups.

"This is because the daily variation in death counts is caused by the variation in the number of strikes on residential buildings and tunnels which should result in considerable variability in the totals but less variation in the percentage of deaths across groups,” Wyner writes. "This is a basic statistical fact about chance variability.

"Consequently, on the days with many women casualties there should be large numbers of children casualties, and on the days when just a few women are reported to have been killed, just a few children should be reported.”

The lack of correlation between the number of children reported to have been killed and the number of women reported to have been killed presents circumstantial evidence that the numbers are not real, according to Wyner.

The DoD’s latest annual "China Military Power Report” identifies the scope of China’s global ambitions and many of the structural changes being implemented by Xi to make China the preeminent military power in Asia and the Pacific.

The report focuses correctly on the extent of China’s military buildup and modernization program. In 2022, the Chinese navy continued to beef up what is already the world’s largest fleet, working on delivering its third aircraft carrier and third amphibious assault ship, as well as additional guided missile destroyers, cruisers, and frigates.

Beijing’s navy will soon be able to conduct long-range precision strikes against land targets from both its submarine and surface combatants.

The Chinese air force continues to modernize and produce increasingly advanced, domestically built manned and unmanned aircraft. Together with the Chinese navy’s air assets, it now constitutes the largest aviation force in the Indo–Pacific. Led by its fifth-generation fighter, the Ju-20, Beijing’s air force is on its way to becoming the largest in the world.

Perhaps most worrying, the report documents that over the past 12 months, China built 100 new nuclear weapons—making it the fastest-growing nuclear power on the planet. Beijing is on track to numerically match the U.S. nuclear arsenal by 2032.

The report also notes that China is deploying its growing military power in increasingly provocative ways. Over the past two years, it conducted more than 280 coercive and risky air intercepts against the United States and its allies.

Finally, the report documents the growing use of Chinese naval assets to intimidate and coerce fishing fleets operating in international waters—not only in the Western Pacific but as far afield as Latin America. All of this is done against the backdrop of an unprecedented number of air and maritime exercises in the waters and skies around Taiwan.

Bad news for climate alarmists, their (yearly) predictions of Arctic ice disappearing is not realized. Again. And the record since satellites started recording (1979) is that the ice has more or less kept the same. And if previous reportings are considered it would seem that the overall amount of ice has fluctuated up and down for a long, long time with it never completely disappearing.

We as Americans have been so busy working and playing and taking selfies that we have not paid attention to what the Globalist have been doing in secret. These Elite, hate our Constitution as much as any Communist, because self-determination allows anyone to rise up closer to their seats of Power and influence.

These Elites came up with programs to enslave as many Americans as possible.
The New Deal, The Great Society, The Universal Health Care (Obama Care). Universal Income to pay people not to work, they allowed the UN group of Dictators and Despots, into New York, and they trying to make Global laws to usurp our Constitutional power and threaten our National Sovereignty.
NATO is another Global Organization made to bankrupt the US taxpayer and support Socialist nations in Europe.

The plan failed because of the failed Soviet Coup in Aug 1991 and then the fall of the USSR.
After that failure, Bush was out, and the Clinton's were in. The Clintons went back to the well in China and began selling American technology secrets to the Chinese to help them become a more desirable Socialist option. If they could sell this idea to the fools who would believe it.
There is corruption in the highest places in our government today on both sides of the isle. All of these forces are driving to install a Socialist form of Government in America and remove the Constitution.

Like Michigan, protest votes were cast in multiple states against President Biden during the Super Tuesday for his handling of the Hamas-Israel war.

According to early results, over 19 percent of Minnesota voters chose "uncommitted” in the Democratic primary.

Protest votes were also recorded in other states: Alabama (6 percent), Colorado (7.6 percent), Iowa (3.9 percent), Massachusetts (9.2 percent), North Carolina (12.7 percent), and Tennessee (7.9 percent).

The behavior of these protest voters in the general election remains uncertain. While some individuals plan to stay home, others have expressed their intention to vote for President Trump.

So Joe Biden showed he was in his right mind last night. Excellent! That means he is in fact fit for prosecution for his criminal mishandling of classified documents!

You may remember Special Counsel Robert K. Hur announced no charges for Biden despite obvious irregularities/illegalities. That was because, in his own words, Mr. Biden was mentally impaired. Well, Mr. Biden just showed he is NOT mentally impaired. In fact he's doing pretty good. So will Mr. Hur now ask for charges against Joe Biden? After all they are pursuing charges against Donald Trump for a lesser crime (as he had legal rights to the documents and kept them in a secure place, unlike Biden)?

The GOP should all be shouting for charges now.

Biden is going to be harder to get rid of for the Democrats too; that should be a plus for Donald Trump.

And no fear of the invocation of the 25th amendment! Biden will have to sink or swim - and take responsibility for his own actions.

I've long suspected Biden played the dementia card as a tool to suppress criticism. When things get too hot he pretends to be this tired, sad old man. But when it's good he rides it, doing that whole "tough guy" routine he so loves. Biden may BE in dementia,but he's clearly not so far gone he cannot be held responsible for his actions.

Time to file charges Mr. Hur!

I thought to write my thoughts on the State of the Bunion but decided it wasn't worth my time. It was a huge pack of lies and false promises and Biden self-aggrandizing and buck passing. Exactly what we knew it would be.

Biden did what he needed to do (with the help of powerful pharmaceuticals, no doubt) by simply not falling down or going into lalaland.

I would add I think the impromptu "off script" moments were carefully planned but I can't prove it. I suspect Biden rehearsed them carefully.

At any rate I gave up counting the lies after about three minutes.

I'm more concerned with the Republican response. They brought that teenie-bopper babe to do it, a girl from Alabama and somehow sitting U.S. Senator.

While at times she did show an apocalyptic tone (and anyone who is paying attention must sense the apocalyptic atmosphere as Biden completes Obama's "work of remaking America") and she showed herself righteously indignant, she, well, sucked.

She moved too slowly and used too few facts. She talked down to the audience; I felt like a kindergartener with a young new teacher who is trying to patiently explain why I shouldn't pick my nose. To me she came across as condescending.


She also seemed just moments away from tears. I swear I thought of her as a female John Boehner. Wonder if she was smoking pot before she spoke like Boehner would do?

And I tire of this personal narrative and the down-home touch that the GOP thinks will work for them. If I were a Millenial I would be rather revolted by her and her country-crafty down home way "bless her heart" and the rest.

I mean I get it; they wanted to contrast the geriatric Biden with a young, fresh Republican. But this chick? Bless her heart!

She did stick to some of the key issues, I'll grant that. But she didn't offer any concrete plans, nor did she go after places where Biden was weak - like his corruption. She spoke of immigration but failed to mention the fact Biden has admitted to flying nearly half a million illegal aliens into the country, bipassing the entry checkponts, an illegal act. She failed to mention Biden sued Texas to stop them from building a razor-wire fence and enforcing immigration laws themselves. She failed to mention the titanic amount of money Biden spent and how that caused the inflation that is draining American wallets and bank accounts. She failed to mention Biden's collusion with big tech to censor opposition.

I know; there is limited time. But she took her time and talked about her family and all the other homesy things that she seems to think resonate with young urban hipsters but really only with rural Alabama seniors.

And then she spoke of how the GOP was going to protect In Vitro Fertilization! That is not a big national issue - abortion is, but not IVF. And it is a loser; the national Republican party is not on board with the agenda this dimwitted lady just set. The fact is this was a topic to stay off; it only helps Biden and the Democrats. Yet she didn't have the good sense to spend her limited time on more productive things, like those I just mentioned.

So in the end I think this Britt chick did little to help the Republicans and even less to help herself (she was clearly auditioning for a leadership position.)


There are plenty of Republicans who would have done a better job. Who picked this teenie-bopper babe? Probably Rona McDaniel. Britt served on the Republican Party Advisory Council to advise McDaniel on how to win elections (something McDaniel has had absolutely zero ability to do). I suspect McDaniel and Mitc McConnell chose her to give the rebuttal precisely because she was ineffectual and thus not "scary". She joined McConnell's leadership team last year.

McConnell promoted Britt over Conservative Mo Brooks in the last Senate race and she won. She is a young, attractive version of Luther Strange.

So she is just another RINo offering the same weak-kneed pablum we are always treated to by the Party.

And indignation aside she just didn't make that great a case. I cannot believe we couldn't do better. Mo Brooks would have.

This is why the Republicans lose.

America is running out of power.

We have put all our eggs in one basket. It is axiomatic that it is foolish to rely on one and only one thing. Then if something should go wrong you have nothing.

That's what we are doing with electricity. We now want to eliminagte gasoline, coal, natural gas, etc. in favor of all electric. But if something happens to the electronics? Another Carrington Event would wipe our whole civilization out.

(The Carrington Event was a massive solar coronal mass ejection in 1857 that fried all the world's electronics. But as the world only used telegraphs, it did little damage. Now it would take us  out completely.)

There are other things that can take down the grid, including cyber attacks and cyber terrorism and nuclear bombs airburst over the country. And being hit by an asteroid or comet.

Yet we continue to put all our eggs in one basket. If the grid goes down we have NOTHING. No water pumps, no trucks,trains, planes. No way to even generate electricity outside the grid. We will be righteously screwed.

So why are our leaders so eager to promote more electic usage despite an inadequate grid and the dangers of overspecialization? Because they want us all dependent on something they can cut off and so they own us. We obey and be good little boys and girls or our whole lives are cut off. Simple as that.

There is a theory called the Hydraulic Empire or Water Monopoly Empire. The argument is many ancient cilizaations like China or Egypt derived their considerable power over their control of water. They could cut off water to a province or city and the place would wither and die. So nobody ever rebelled against Pharoah or the Emperor because he literally held life and death in his hands. Buck him and you were toast.

This is an updated version of that. They want everyone dependent on electricity, which comes from a central location that can be cut off with the flip of a switch.

So that is why the Ruling Class is so eager to promote electric cars and electric appliances and electric heat; it's to get us all standardized and using a power source that is entirely centralized.

That's why there has been a war on wood stoves. Obama and Biden both have implemented draconian regulations against wood stoves and are pricing them out of the market (and making them illegal to own if they are not upgraded). This is so people can't heat their homes without the government say-so. Wood is the ultimate in renewable energy, which is why they do not want us using it.)

Gas too. In Pennsylvania  it is common for people to have their own gas wells and have a guaranteed source of both heat and electricity (if they own a generator). That must end.

Anything that makes us dependent on the infrastructure serves this purpose.

But, but, but...what about solar cells and windmills? Aren't they intended to make us independent of the grid?

No. They are intended to move us towards an unreliable source of power. Those cells will have to be replaced, and so too the batteries. In  time those solar cells will be banned because disposal of them is environmentally damaging. It's a Trojan Horse. Once oil and gas and coal are gone the government will come for your solar cells. Ditto your windmills, which kill birds and also are not recyclable.

This whole thing is an amazing power grab. And sadly most Americans aren't aware of it.

Despite being led by the dim-witted Brian Kemp and others, the State of Georgia is slowly turning into Florida North.

Now it is looking at a bill to cut off all state funds to any community that says it is a sanctuary city for illegals.

I cannot imagine how these places managed to do this in the first place, but at least now Georgia is starting to fight back.

For decades now we've had communities around the country thumb their noses at the law of the land. And when the Trump Administration tried to take action by cutting off federal funds the courts stopped him. But Georgia is a state matter and it will wind up in state court - a once solidly Republican state so it may well face a Republican-appointed judge.

The Left is diabolical; they seek to make us pay for our own extermination. They take money from middle America to fund our own replacement. Time that stopped.

The appropriately named Dick Durbin D-Illinois has made himself public enemy #1 by killing a bill to deport violent illegals.

From the article Little Dickie worried about "victims of trafficking and domestic abuse charged with a crime" when in fact it only DETAINS them. If they are in such a situation wouldn't their detention be a good thing for them?

Durbin is a vile Anti-American. There is blood on his hands.

Iowa's Joanie Ernst sponsored the bill and pleaded with her colleagues for  passage to no avail.

Durbin shows he cares more for criminals who invaded our country than our citizens.

Mitch McConnell is bitterly opposing a plan to impose  term limits on his successor as GOP Senate leader.

Now why do  you suppose that is?

Because McConnell wants his buddies in power, the RINO wing, and once in it  becomes nigh unto impossible to unseat these guys. McConnell's tenure of office - the longest in history, is proof of that. Nobody loves McConnell but they just couldn't get him out.

Mitch wants his tenure of office to be eternal, just with a different face.
