The ex-squeeker of the Mouse, er, House was too wimpy to even kick Nancy Pelosi out of HIS office in the Capitol. The Provisional Speaker McHenry had to do it after Big Mc Attack was shown the door.

This illustrates plainly what a wimpy little beta-male Kevin McCarthy was; that was HIS office, not hers. He let her keep it, thus fostering the sense that she was still in power. It was a psychological ploy by Pelosi and the weakling McCarthy went right along with it.
In Washington the Democrats own the town; the Republicans are guests. All of the social life, all of the parties and balls and banquets, are run by the Democrats and the GOP is only invited if they make nice. These guys are human; they want to be liked and enjoy their jobs and their lives. So they cave to the pressure and then get to be the Big Men, being seen at the social gatherings and treated with respect. But they don't do anything of value, just rubber stamp the Democrats' agenda.
The culture of Washington is toxic and evil.
So here we had Kevin McCarthy essentially acknowledging Pelosi's Divine Right of Queens.
I'm sure the eight Republicans who voted to kick the Mc out knew this as well as probably a lot of other stuff about what was happening. We will probably be learning a lot more about the Squeeker in days to come.
McCarthy had gone native.
It is rumored McCarthy was frequently going to her to get advice.
The GOP is nothing but the party of surrender. And for what? So they can enjoy their stay in the swamp.

House Squeeker Kevin McCarthy can now squeek at the Moon. The GOP fired the RINO Republican in a vote that saw 8 Republicans vote to declare the Speaker seat vacant.
All Democrats voted to remove McCarthy.
To get the Speaker's gavel McCarthy had to reinstate the rule allowing for his ouster, and furthermore promise to rein in spending and otherwise move a more conservative agenda. He failed miserably to do that - and in fact challenged the Freedom Caucus to try to kick him out.
Well don't let the door hit your backside Kev!

German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius announcing plans to send thousands of troops to the Russian border in Lithuania, an announcement joined by German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock vowing to extend the borders of the socialist European Union into Russian Federation territory.
Biden on the phone with allies reassuring them that the USA is all in on this WWIII.

Millions of third world people have entered and are continuing to enter the country. They are put on benefits. Even on benefits they are causing mischief and damage in the cities they were shipped to. Now the Democrat Mayors of those cities and states are calling Uncle. Saw the Governor on Massachusetts saying on Bloomberg that the Feds have to close the border. He even quoted Donald Trump and his statement of "Caravans of Terrorists".
However old Joe just continues to shuffle on in efforts to drag the country over the cliff.
Biden is expounding on the USA commitment to Ukraine. He and his gang are not giving it up the money milk train and the thrill of causing death and destruction on a foreign people. All of this by printing money and adding the cost onto the American's basic costs of living. So when the government credit card gets rejected, those surly dangerous underclass are going to get what they want violently from the American population.
Sweden had to bring out the military to control their guests who are on generous benefits who are raping, thieving and bombing Sweden.

In about 30% of our cities it makes no business sense to set up a bricks and mortar retail store.
In 20% of our states, if you are not a Progressive Socialist, it makes no sense to do any business as the case in NY state against Trump proves.
So, NY, CA, IL and 7 other states are OUT.
Most blue cities are OUT.
If you want to do business be in a city and state where you will be free of weaponized Courts and weaponized Prosecutors.
You must be in a Soros-Free Zone to exist as a capitalist in USA.
This was not true 24 months ago.
It is true now.
Time exists. It's real. It does bring changes.
Do not be the next Target, or the next Trump.
Find your profit safely.
Maybe TX or FL, or ND, or ID, or NH.
You cannot control reality.
You can only adapt to it.

The legal system is more interested in prosecuting Trump for "fraud" for loans he paid back in full with luxuriant interest, than enforcing the actual antifraud rules. That is why we had the financial crisis. Our government is not doing its job. It is corrupt. Chinese firms that lie on their accounting statements and spurn GAAP are allowed to trade on our exchanges by our corrupt government securities and commodities law officials. It is also possible that they are just massively stupid. But no, probably they are bought. That's the Washington way after all.
As for the estimated fair market value of a property I would trust Trump more on that exercise than anyone in the Biden administration.
The upside to this story is that huge savings can be had by downsizing government. Ginormous. And we still have a vibrant economy that can absorb this deadwood.

Professionals have publicly stated the judge's valuations are utterly ridiculous.
Also, how did Letitia James have standing to bring this civil action without first filing criminal charges? Given how the courts are always dismissing cases for standing - as they did to most of Trump's election fraud cases - then why wasn't this dismissed? If James had the good she would have filed a criminal charge over this.

Now Jack Smith - the federal prosecutor who has made it his business to Get Trump, is looking to put Trump in jail on weapons charges.
Smith argues it is a violation of his bond. The only thing about it is it never happened.
Trump spokesman Steven Cheung tweeted Sept. 25 that Trump purchased a gun in South Carolina, though Cheung later walked back his claim and deleted the tweet, according to The Associated Press. Prosecutors said in a Friday night court filing that Trump "potentially” violated the terms of his release, citing a federal law that makes it illegal for anyone under indictment for a crime punishable by more than one year in prison to receive a firearm.
"The defendant either purchased a gun in violation of the law and his conditions of release, or seeks to benefit from his supporters’ mistaken belief that he did so,” prosecutors wrote in a footnote. "It would be a separate federal crime, and thus a violation of the defendant’s conditions of release, for him to purchase a gun while this felony indictment is pending.” (RELATED: ‘Desperate Effort At Censorship’: Trump Lawyers Press Judge To Deny Jack Smith Gag Order Request)
A Trump spokesperson later clarifiedthat the former president wanted to purchase a gun but did not actually do so. While Trump expressed a desire to buy the gun, he wasnot seen filling out paperwork to purchase one, according to The Post and Courier.
Smith notes in his filing that Trump still reposted a video of the event shared by one of his followers after his spokesperson deleted his tweet.
David Kopel, research director at the Independence Institute, told Check Your Fact that some federal courts have found the law unconstitutional.
Given the hysteria ginned up at Mr. Trump, possession of a firearm would be a wise thing.Republicans need to turn the tables on Mr. Smith, and indict him for similar issues.
