Key take-away:

There is no clock in the sense that if you can’t prove fraud within that time period the one committing the fraud has it converted by "the Constitutional processes†into a legitimate win.
The Constitutional processes are there to ensure that things be done in an orderly fashion through a series of stages in order to ensure a legitimate outcome, but they do not confer legitimacy.
They presuppose that certain things will have happened from the local to the state to the national level to ensure a legitimate outcome.
They presuppose that the election laws of each state were produced by that state’s legislature in conformity with the US Constitution and the state’s constitution.
They presuppose that elections officials will act in accordance with those laws.
They presuppose that violations of those laws at the polling place level will have been dealt with at the precinct level; the precinct level, at the county level; and the county level at the state level before the Secretary of State certifies the vote and, in the case of a presidential election, assigns electors.
They presuppose that, at every stage up to that point, if vote counts are not in by the deadline, any hanky-panky that resulted in the missed deadline will have resulted in those votes being invalidated.
They presuppose that processes set by each state’s legislature to ensure a legitimate voting process, an accurate count of legitimate votes, the proper monitoring of the vote count and ballot handling, and any challenges of those things will be handled properly in conformity with those state laws and regulations.
They presuppose that the Secretary of State in certifying the vote will be working with honest and accurate vote totals.
The presuppose that the electors assigned to vote in the electoral college are reflections of a legitimate vote.
But even then, those who created those processes recognized that they may not have been sufficient and provided an opportunity to challenge those electors AFTER they had already cast their vote in the electoral college.
Why?
Because they recognized that the mere keeping in step with the timetable of processes did not confer legitimacy but only presupposed it and that fraud at any previous level vitiated everything at every succeeding level.
But in the 2020 election, at every level from the local polling place to the voting precinct to the county level to the state level, a sufficiently large group of those in charge of elections, most of them Democrats, not only refused to hear challenges about the integrity of the vote, they were part of the cause of its lack of integrity. The same happened much more often than not in state and federal courts and finally in the US Supreme Court where judges simply refused to hear the challenges.
So, while those who originally created the timetable of "Constitutional processes†to make sure there was plenty of time to determine the legitimate vote believed that would be sufficient to weed out most problems, they didn’t create a system capable of withstanding deliberate, premeditated, concerted, and widespread efforts both to undermine election law and to block challenges to those efforts at every step of the way.
They had created a multistep process to ensure a legitimate outcome. But the Democrats in 2020 created a multistep process to foil that at every step of the way.
The writers of the Constitution certainly did not say, "Hey, if you can make it through the gauntlet by cheating like hell, then any illegitimacy you committed along the way is nullified by your having cheated your way through the process.â€
Really, according to those who created the process, if that blatant usurpation cannot be corrected by a convention of states as provided for in the Constitution as a last step, then the people’s only choices are to acquiesce to the usurpation or, individually and through state-organized military, end it by force.

Very eloquently stated. The system was designed for good-faith behavior, and even for balance between different levels of the system to circumvent any dishonesty at one level. It was never designed for dishonesty at all levels - precisely what we saw in this last election. The Founders couldn't believe it could happen because there was no way to cover it up back then. They couldn't conceive of an electronic media which would choose sides and protect the corrupt in so dramatic a fashion.

With the wave of executive orders and legislation coming from the Biden administration,(or Justin Trudeau, or Mark Carney, the EU and others) and the cultural antics of their woke supporters, their war on fossil fuels has received insufficient attention.

ESSENTIALLY THE SAME MESSAGE IS CLOTHED IN THE LANGUAGE OF 'SCIENCE' IT
SWEEPS THE WORLD. In Roosters of the Apocalypse I point out the
uncomfortable similarities between the global warming apocalypse and
the apocalypse that led the Xhosa tribe (in today’s South Africa) in
1856 to destroy their economy, which was based on cattle as ours is on
energy. Relying on the vision of a 15-year-old orphan girl, the Xhosa
killed an estimated half million of their cattle, ceased planting
crops, and destroyed their grain stores. In return the girl promised
the Xhosa’s ancestors would drive out the British and bring an even
greater abundance of cattle and grain. By the end of 1857 a third to a
half of the population — between 30,000 and 50,000 souls — had starved
to death.

When Trump was president, the media called it a crisis when illegal immigration plummeted, criminal illegals were returned to their nations, and the flow of unaccompanied children slowed.
With Biden as president, the media says there is no crisis as tens of thousands of illegals are crashing our border, criminal illegals are released back inside the USA, and housing of unaccompanied children is up 750 percent.
Truth is not the media's concern and it's not on America's side.

Biden wants to simply erase our southern border.
"Meanwhile, Fox News reported early Sunday that the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is considering releasing illegal border crossers who claim asylum without issuing a Notice to Appear (NTA) - meaning they will depart custody without a court date."
What that means is, instead of a 96% no show rate for illegals, there will be a 100% no show rate and no legal mechanism to get them to appear.

If there is zero effort to enforce the border and everyone who shows up is in and does not even have to appear in court then we in fact have no border at all and no immigration law. Biden just erased the United States of America. This is grounds for his removal and prosecution. Indeed, if Congress won't act the state governments not only can but must. We are at the point where we must either have nullification of federal law and if need be secession or we must be prepared to have no country at all. Biden should be tried for treason, btw, as that is clearly what he is engaged in these days for his Chinese masters.
The President swears an oath to "faithfully execute the laws of the United States". There are immigration laws on the books, put there by the People's representatives. How dare this usurper simply ignore them! That alone is grounds for impeachment.

We've heard all about the "insurrection" and that has been used to justify keeping D.C. ringed in razor wire and garrisoned more heavily than Lincoln during the Civil War. But is any of it true?
A commenter on Facebook who was there says it was a sham created by the media.
First the setup; Hayes Kolb had this to say:
Senator Rand Paul: Democrats admitted that President Trump was not impeached for his words. This is extraordinary, because I'm not sure how you incite someone to insurrection or to this violence if they say he's alone responsible for if it's not through his words.
They finish by saying, 'Well, it's not through his words. It's because he advocated the election was stolen.' Well, so has Nancy Pelosi! So has Hillary Clinton in 2016. So has Jamie Raskin D-Md the lead House impeachment manager went to the House floor in 2017 and said, "Trump stole the election and I am objecting to seating the certified electors from Florida."
Both sides have done this, and the fact that they're admitting that they're not impeaching him for his words, because, frankly, they said that his words weren't much different than the words of Democrats.
I think they've given up their case, but they showed endless hours of the terrible violence and mayhem and those people should be punished and on both sides of the aisle, we agree to that. But they never made their case that the president incited them through any kind of unusual language that Democrats haven't done much worse."

And then came the reply from Rea Verick:Instead the media gave you all a Wag the Dog fake insurrection narrative. I was there on January sixth. I know what really happened. I literally watched the media play a deceptive cut and spliced clip accompanied with false subliminal statements of an event I witnessed. You have all been had. The Insurrection was the certification of un-verifiable electors.
I added:
Basically Trump was impeached for defeating the Democrats in 2016. The sore losers in the Democratic Party refused to accept that basic fact. And Trump refused to be penitent, to avert his gaze and bow his head in shame as they demanded.
Oh, and the GOP didn't try too hard to defend Trump because they were mad he showed them up.

It's almost like the misquote was deliberate!
The Washington Post has corrected a major story it published in January about the presidential election in the state of Georgia, saying it had "misquoted†then President Donald Trump in a phone call with a state election official. In the December call, Trump was voicing his concerns about alleged fraud.
The original story, which was based on an anonymous source, said that in the call, Trump had told Georgia's top election official to "find the fraud†and that they’d be a "national hero†if they did.
On March 11, the Wall Street Journal revealed audio of the conversation, which showed Trump did not say those things.
"Two months after publication of this story, the Georgia secretary of state released an audio recording of President Donald Trump’s December phone call with the state’s top elections investigator,†the Post wrote in its correction.
The recording revealed that the Post misquoted Trump’s comments on the call, based on information provided by a source. Trump did not tell the investigator to "find the fraud†or say she would be "a national hero†if she did so.
Numerous national media outlets repeated the erroneous quotes, citing The Washington Post.
Tim adds:So what took that ass of a Secretary of State so long to release it? I know why; the Republican hates Trump. I read the transcript of the whole call. The WaPo clearly lied, and yet this lie was allowed to stand for two months.

In 2000, the United States imposed the first ethanol mandate, dictating the level of ethanol that must be incorporated into American fuels. At that time, 90 percent of corn production was used for food. Today, only 60 percent of corn produced is used for food, driving up the cost of corn as food. The climate alarmists who claim to care about the world’s hungry could improve their lot overnight by simply canceling the ethanol mandate.
Rising temperatures and increasing carbon dioxide are leading to multiple benefits and perhaps the most important of those is increasing crop production. Sleep well users of fossil fuels; you aren’t causing famine.

From the CDC WTF department: The CDC now says that children in classrooms do not have to be 6 feet apart as they previously stated. "We don't really have the evidence that 6 feet is required in order to maintain low spread." They now claim that 3 feet apart is adequate. The new guidelines also remove requirements for plastic shields and other barriers between desks. "We don't have a lot of evidence of their effectiveness."

Or, comparing it to the $37 billionthe federal government spent on vaccine and treatment development, it’s more than five times more lost to fraud than went to arguably the most crucial COVID initiative of all. That’s just scratching the surface. According to the American Enterprise Institute, "unemployment fraud†now ranks as the 4th biggest federal COVID expenditure out of more than 17 different categories.

Under all fiat monetary systems, which are nothing but artificial constructions of political and financial powers, money and credit are "created†from nothing, but therein is the problem, eventually the "nothing†reveals itself politically, economically and socially.
There is no escaping the fact that "something†of value can't be
created from "nothingâ€. Due to this system, there has evolved an
irrational disregard for the obligation of contract, the fiat monetary
system cannot abide with such obligation for all contracts under fiat
monetary systems are essentially void since the instrument of such
financial contracts is itself non-contractual
In particular, in all government obligations, there is, by the very nature of a government sponsored fiat monetary system, nothing that can approach actual debt satisfaction, the system does not allow for it to occur.
There is no fiat monetary system that can provide for the satisfaction of debt since fiat money is an artificial creation and all credit founded on such a system is based entirely upon the operations of that artificial creation. Debt can only be discharged through the payment of assets for assets borrowed. The idea that this government and its specially endowed patronages in banking, can discharge existing debt through substituting a present debt for the existing debt and calling it paid is perhaps, one of the greatest illusionary absurdities ever dreamed up by man.
One cannot expect the long acceptance of a liability as payment for assets, it simply cannot go on forever, the ruse might last for decades, but it will come to a chaotic end. The insanity is completely unbelievable!

He accused Silicon Valley of filtering news "in ways favorable to the Democratic Party" and fueling censorship, citing the suppression of the New York Post's bombshell reporting on Hunter Biden in the final weeks of the 2020 presidential election.

If you put your faith in Scientific Organizations then it's good to remember that in 1912 a lone as scientist, Alfred Wegener, hypothesized that the Earth's Continents were once very close together and over millions of years drifted apart. The reaction to Alfred Wegener's Theory of Continental Drift tells us a great deal about the dangers of Consensus Science. While we like to think that modern scientists are driven only by reason and facts, that is not the case today anymore than it was in 1912 or in the time of Galileo.
Much like today, the scientific community held a tightly controlled consensus on what was accepted "science†and they considered was not accepted. Alfred Wegener was subjected to the wrath of Scientific Consensus and the political powers that supported that carefully guarded Consensus.
At the time Consensus Science and the establishment powers behind it eventually shut down all discussion on the subject, no debate was allowed, no skepticism of the Consensus Science was acceptable, Alfred Wegener and his few followers were made laughing stocks, called all sorts of names because the denied the what was then the Consensus Science of the day. Sound familiar?
It took almost 50 years before Wegener’s Theory of Continental Drift to even be talked about again, more years still for it to be a proven theory.
Imagine the potential scientific advancement and our understanding of the world if we were not encumbered by the idea that a consensus opinion proves an opinion or Hypothesis is correct, nothing is more foreign to actual science or the scientific method than that single idea. The foundation is all science is skepticism and the resulting questions that naturally arise from that skepticism to seek yet undiscovered answers.
Facebook is now in the process
of stifling discussions on the subject of climate change, in particular
any discussion that doesn't adhere to the "accepted and popular"
version of Anthropogenic Global Warming, aka: "climate change". The
purpose of controlling discussion is controlling a person's ability to
think critically about any given subject, to control opposition or
rebuttal is an old tool of Authoritarianis

It is easy to gain technical knowledge, we can read a book to gain such knowledge, but practical knowledge is a completely different matter. Practical knowledge is based upon the ability to recognize and receive knowledge that is imparted over time and through experience, it is the basis of all rational thought. It has, from all evidence, also apparently become a very rare trait in our modern society, shunned due the effort involved in gaining such knowledge, it has become easier for many to simply repeat what is heard rather than critically think about a given subject and relay the ideas distilled on said subject.

Senate Bill 51 and House Bill 1064 in Missouri are rapidly making their way through the MO Legislature. If you compare the language in what is making its way through Missouri and what went through New York (Cuomo Care) they are eerily similar. They appear to be model legislation which means Missouri is following the lead of New York on this one. Your Missouri Republican Missouri appears to be advancing Cuomo Care Missouri. This means by giving Nursing Homes and Hospitals immunity we could see what happened to the elderly in New York happen here. (The states that have already passed model legislation like this have death rates due to nursing home neglect and hospital immunity the highest in the country). When you take away liability more deaths will happen. New York has proven this point.

In Huxley's Brave New World the elderly were liquidated while children had little parties and watched. How far are we from that with stuff like this?
