As a young man in the 1970s, I was living in San Francisco at the time the AIDS epidemic, versus a pandemic struck. I lost a lot of friends back then, but most of their deaths were caused by another Fauci cocktail recommendation called AZT.
The story of AZT is eerily
similar to the story of these vaccines even down to the emergency
approval of the drug. 11 top AIDS doctors asked the FDA to consider

AZT had actually been developed a quarter of a century earlier as a cancer chemotherapy, but was shelved and forgotten because it was so toxic and in the end it killed more cancer patients than it saved, but knowing that it was toxic the FDA gave an emergency approval for its use in treating AIDS. Like SARS-COV2, the CDC only had segments of genetic code and couldn't produce a complete virus. Like SARS-COV2, The newly discovered PCR test was employed later even though the inventor of the test said it was useless in diagnosing the actual presence of an active virus.
Of course, the whole time the FDA and the Government bureaucrats at the NIH were touting the effectiveness and the complete safety of AZT. Amazing how history repeats itself isn't it. The doctors who had been consulted knew, from the beginning, that the study on AZT was flawed and that the long-range effects were completely unknown. The same is true today with these totally experimental vaccines!
Another similarity is that doctors were struck by the fact that AZT did not stop the deaths and in most cases the deaths were horrible. I watched a friend literally melt before my eyes, his body simply started losing all its liquids, his skin was oozing, his eyes literally shrunk as they lost all their liquid, it was coming out from everywhere and the worst thing was that he was conscious, albeit confused, as it happened. Within a couple hours he was dead and it all had NOTHING to do with AIDS and everything to do with the FDA approved drug AZT. So pardon me if I'm skeptical but I know, first hand, there's a very, very good reason to be skeptical.
Another similarity was the political pressure placed on the medical professional not only for the approval process at the FDA, but for the widespread distribution and use of AZT. They knew it was toxic and yet they also recognized the political benefit of approving the drug and, as it turns out, that was the primary purpose behind the approval, not the drug's efficacy. By 1988 none other than Dr. Anthony Fauci, head of the National Institutes of Health, was pushing to expand prescription for AZT. Again, it's as though history is repeating itself.
AZT’s benefits proved to be temporary while it's toxicity remained as potent as ever. Prior to the tacit approval of these SARS-COV2 Vaccines, AZT had been approved faster than any drug in FDA history and the effects were absolutely devastating and were, in reality a death-sentence to anyone that took the drug, but at least it was approved by the FDA and promoted by Dr. Fauci, right?
Of course, like the companies that have produced these "vaccinesâ€, the company Burroughs Wellcome that created AZT stock went through the roof.
So, as it turned out, and the front-line doctors were well aware, similar to today with the vaccine, that AZT caused such severe side effects that AIDS disease itself did not, the cure was, after years of use, deemed more deadly than the disease. Wait and see...

Columbus' Miscalculation: How Far Around is the Round Earth?
Columbus was looking for a SEA route to India and China because 40 years earlier Muslim Turks conquered Constantinople in 1453 cutting off the LAND routes.
A biography of Columbus was written by Washington Irving in 1828, titled A History of the Life and Voyages of Christopher Columbus.
In it, Irving created an imaginative dialogue of Europeans arguing over whether the Earth was round or flat. His book was so popular, that people actually thought such a debate took place when it had not.
Washington Irving was known for mixing entertainment with history and legend.
He wrote Rip Van Winkle, The Legend of Sleepy Hallow, and Diedrich Knickerbocker's A History of New-York from the Beginning of the World to the End of the Dutch Dynasty, filled with tales of visits from St. Nick coining to New York City, which he nickname "Gotham."
Europeans knew the Earth was round.
Pythagoras had speculated that the earth was a sphere in the 6th century BC, and Aristotle validated it in the 4th century BC.
In the 3rd century BC, Eratosthenes computed the circumference of the earth with amazing accuracy.
He had heard that at Aswan, Egypt, the sun cast no shadow at noon on the summer solstice, June 21, yet at the exact same moment in Alexandria, Egypt, a column cast a shadow with a 7.2 degree angle.
7.2 degrees is 1/50th of a 360 degree circle.
It was known that the distance between Alexandria and Aswan was 5,000 stadia or 800 kilometers (approximately 500 miles).
All Eratosthenes had to do was multiply 800 times 50, which equals 40,000 kilometers, just 75 kilometers less than the actual circumference of the Earth, 40,075 km, or 24,901 miles.
Eratosthenes also calculated distance to the sun and moon, the tilt of the earth, and created the first world map with parallel latitude and meridian longitude lines.
In the 1st century BC, Posidonius used stellar observations at Alexandria and Rhodes to confirm Eratosthenese's measurements.
In the 2nd century AD, astronomer Ptolemy had written a Guide to Geography, in which he described a spherical earth with one ocean connecting Europe and Asia.
St. Isidore of Seville, Spain, wrote in the 7th century that the earth was round.
Around the year 723 AD, Saint Bede the Venerable wrote in his work Reckoning of Time that the Earth was spherical.
The Book of Isaiah 40:22 states:
"It is He that sitteth upon the globe of the earth." (Douay-Rheims Bible)
Columbus knew the Earth was round, but the question was, how far around.
The confusion was over the length of a mile.
Columbus read Cardinal Pierre d'Ailly's "Imago Mundi," which gave Alfraganus' estimate that a degree of latitude (at the equator) was around 56.7 miles.
What Columbus did not realize was that this was expressed in longer Arabic miles rather than in shorter Roman miles.
Therefore Columbus incorrectly estimated the Earth to be smaller in circumference, about 19,000 miles, rather than the actual nearly 24,901 miles.
Columbus knew there was land to the west, as he may have read Ptolemy's account, written in 150 AD, of the Greek sailor named Alexander, who visited the Far East port city of Kattigara, beyond the Malay Peninsula (Golden Chersonese).
He could have heard of the Roman traveler, during the reign of Roman Emperors Antoninus Pius or Marcus Aurelius, who made his way to the court of the Chinese Emperor of the Han Dynasty.
Indeed, Roman glassware and medallions dating from this period were found at Guangzhou along the South China Sea, and at Óc Eo in Vietnam, near the Chinese province of Jiaozhi.

Happy Columbus Day! Today marks the day we honor one of history's great men, the discoverer of America.
And he was a great man no matter what the lunatic left tries to claim.
Columbus was a very lucky man. He believed the Earth was about half the size it actually is, in defiance of scholars at the time who had calculated the size of the Earth fairly accurately. Columbus argued that he could sail west and reach China with the naval technology of the day, while the great minds of Europe all agreed he couldn't, not because it was unreachable by sailing west but because it was too far. They had no reason to suspect there was a pair of continents in their path. They did not know if any islands would be in what they assumed was a massive ocean and so everyone knew not to waste money on what was probably a suicide mission.
There was never any truth to claims made by 19th century leftists that people thought the Earth was flat and Columbus would fall off the edge.
After being rejected by multiple governments in Europe Columbus finally got Queen Isabella of Spain to give him the money. I rather suspect he was giving her something else for the money, and King Ferdinand's actions buttress that suspicion. Ferdinand sent Columbus off to the Canary Islands and gave him three small ships, clearly inadequate for the task of long-range sailing. I think Ferdinand wanted him gone and away from his wife. And I suspect he wanted him not to come back.
But Columbus ran into the Guanahani aka San Salvador in the Bahamas. He thought he was in the East Indies. In fact, he believed he was in those islands until the day he died; he never knew he was half the world away from them.
Columbus would make several voyages to the New World, and be the governor of Spain's budding colonies there.
He was a poor administrator who lacked proper control of his subordinates. He was briefly imprisoned by the Spanish authorities for
Still, Columbus was a very pious man who wanted to convert the natives in the Caribbean to Christianity out of a care for their souls. His writing makes that plain.
I would add that the Spanish monarchs did not wish to exploit the natives either. They issued this order to Columbus when he returned with a fleet on his second voyage:
"treat the said Indians very well and lovingly and abstain from doing them any injury, arranging that both peoples hold much conversation and intimacy, each serving the others to the best of their abilityâ€

Unfortunately Columbus was unable to obey that command.
After his third voyage he was under great pressure from the colonists he had brought, who had unrealistic expectations of profit. There was rebellion in the winds, and Columbus was busy mapping and exploring. He left his brother in charge, and the colonists resented an Italian telling them what to do.
Under pressure Columbus' brother allowed them to impose forced labor on many of the natives (who had already killed the original settlers) and the Spanish crown learned of this and sent people to investigate. In 1500 Francisco de Bobadilla, an ambitious man, was sent to determine if Columbus was fit for his position.
Columbus and his brother were slapped in irons and shipped back to Spain.
Columbus was thrown in prison for a few months. Ferdinand pardoned him though; how do you imprison a hero?
Columbus was tired and the Crown decided to replace him.
But despite these failures Columbus was a very well intentioned person and he brought civilization to the natives.
And do not kid yourself that the natives did not need civilizing. The Caribe' were cannibals, for example.
The Tainu and other such got on well with Columbus and the Spanish, but primarily because they wanted Spain as an ally against the Caribe'. They saw the value of guns and horses. The Tainu of Cuba are often portrayed as virtuous and living in some sort of Eden, but they held slaves of their own and their women were completely naked for easy access. There is a reason why almost all Cubans are mixed-race; the Tainu women bore many Spanish babies during the early colonial period. That and disease wiped them out (and you can't blame the Spaniards for not knowing they were bringing fatal diseases to the natives.)
The first Spanish settlement was massacred, I might add.
In our post-modern way we now make the Spanish into devils, and the natives into angels. There was a lot of bad on both sides, and good as well.
Was Columbus a saint? No. But he was a great man, a man who changed history. He deserves the honor we have bestowed upon him.
So a very happy Columbus Day to everyone! Remember, we are all richer for that particular inheritence.

Before protecting an under 1% fraction of the population at risk, it's essential to ensure that we don't lose our civil rights, freedom and start a new era of tyranny because of indoctrinated hysteria and panic.

Having Fun Watching Wind and Solar Failing to Step Up to Power the World Economy:
The best measure for wind is the hourly median capacity factor. Half the hours are under 7%. Half above. But the curve of hourly output is a decay curve, highly skewed towards zero. 35% of the time wind doesn't produce anything at all.
Nothing like trying to power a 21st century economy with 17th century technology. Might as well be using sailing ships to deliver cargo worldwide.
Wind and solar are both passive systems. There is nothing proactive about them. Rather "feminine" if you like. I wonder if this isn't the reason at least some of its advocates like it; they fear and resent a more active system because it's too "masculine". Sounds kind of crazy but liberals really do think that way. They are all about symbolism and psychology and never about nuts and bolts.

He was speaking about a rally to protect civil war statues and said there were good people at that rally on both sides. The lying media twisted his words. Who had the serpent tongue? And yet it seems you buy into what the media says of the man. You judge him. Do you want that same sort of judgment?

Joe Biden is a fake President. He stole his position and even now his most fundamental actions are as genuine as a million dollar bill.
He was recently caught using a Potemkin White House set.
Why? Probably because they have to keep the faux President in a nursing-style situation and can't afford to actually have him running loose in the White House. If he is there it will be obvious to everyone how badly he has disintegrated. His handlers know he will do something crazy and can't afford to have it seen. They need to have him tucked away and only trotted out for show. He must be managed.
Does anyone remember the Star Trek episode where a history professor was studying a primitive, warlock people and he turned them into Nazis? They held him as Fuhrer but kept him drugged so he couldn't stop their genocide. Biden is like that. Sadly, there will be no James T. Kirk to put a stop to it.
A Potemkin Village is a false-front community. Grigori Potemkin was a minister and former lover of the very randy Catherine the Great. He was supposed to build settlements along the Dnieper but didn't do it.
In 1787 Catherine decided to tour the recently annexed Crimea to see what Potemkin had accomplished. She took a boat ride down the Dneiper and was suitably impressed by the grand villages along the banks and the smiling, waving subjects. But it was all phony; false fronts and paid stooges. As the boat passed the village would be disassembled, moved and reassembled downstream and the villagers hustled to the next happy town.
It was all a scam. A mask covering a missing face.
Joe Biden's Presidency is much like that. He's a mask without a face. A usurper who cheated his way into power and now pretends to be President while a faceless cabal is actually running the show.
And Biden will take the fall for the disasters that he is causing, disasters that play into the hands of those running him (most likely Barack Obama, Vallerie Jarrot, and the old Administration). Meanwhile they are getting all manner of things accomplished while America sees nothing but chaos.
Biden destroyed America's credibility throughout the world by his criminal mishandling of Afghanistan. That is itself a major accomplishment as far as the Left is concerned, as they want us to recede on the world stage. He has reinvigorated the Warmist agenda worldwide and is crushing American oil and gas production. He has reinvigorated the Obama HUD policy to colonize wealthy Republican areas (to overturn the effects of redistricting.)
I know it looks chaotic, but they borrowed a page from Trump, who liked the chaos because it made him a moving target. Trump got that from Sun Tzu. Biden and the Democrats are just borrowing a page from that playbook. And most importantly of all, they are moving inexoribly towards permant election reform which will make it impossible for any sort of insurgent candidate to win election and only allow those Republicans they deem non-threatening
Or rather the people pulling Mr. Biden's strings did that. Biden can always fall back on "slow Joe" and can be removed for dementia at any time. So the Democrats and the people running things have nothing to lose.
But they need to manage Biden lest America see too much and demand his removal now - and leave Harris in office, a person likely to cost them in the midterms. They need to get past that hump.
So they lock Biden up like the crazy old uncle. They can send him to ice cream parlors to pontificate. Ice cream is allegedly useful in helping Alzheimers patients. But he can't be allowed to just wander around loose.
Biden is the Chauncy Gardner of American pokitics, only he is part of the Washington hypocrisy. And he's a lot nastier.

It is increasingly obvious that the Covid vaccine is not as safe as they have assured us it would be.
Here is a prime example.
Over two hundred Toronto youths have been hospitalized for reactions to the jab.
According to the Toronto Sun Article, over half of the 100 people who suffered heart inflammation from the jab were under 25, according to a study done by Public Health Ontario.
Eighty percent of the cases were in young men. I guess that's part of why it does not matter to authorities.
Safe and effective my big white petunia.
I happen to have enjoyed the benefits of heart inflammation myself. It can be debilitating. I know; I was pretty debilitated by it. Many of these kids may never recover (I never did.)
But it's still "safe and effective" yessiree!
