My Sharia More!

James Doogue

Muslims Can Denigrate And Lie About Western Culture. Westerners Can't Tell The Truth About Islamic Culture.

This Islamic scholar enjoys freedom of speech, even 'hate speech', in Israel. According to him, Western culture embraces beastiality. Personally, I don't know any bloke who has married a female donkey, nor any woman who has married a dog. https://youtu.be/PpdsXpAJgHw

I can imagine what would happen to a Westerner who decided to make a public speech in a Muslim country claiming Islamic culture encourages sex with camels and goats. That's a lie of course, as are the claims by so-called scholar Yousuf Makharzah in this video.

In the West, we can't even tell the truth about other cultures without being called a racist, risking our business or employment through the actions of the outrage brigade, and potentially being prosecuted under so-called 'hate speech' laws. Laws which state you can't single out a religion, culture or race and say something which might be considered offensive, regardless of whether it is true.

The 'useful idoits' of the Left in the West, would have you believe Arabs are oppressed in Israel. The truth is, Israeli laws protects the freedom of Arabs, to practice their religion and culture, and to have freedom of speech, even if what is said is outrageously bigoted, and inflammatory rubbish.

Those freedoms are not extended to non-Muslims in most Muslim majority countries where you can suffer the death penalty for speaking the truth about Islam, their prophet Muhammad, and their scriptures.

Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritania, Nigeria, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, United Arab Emirates and Yemen all carry the death penalty for blasphemy. Blasphemy is loosely described as insulting Islam, their scriptures, Allah or the prophet Muhammad in those countries.

Each of these countries have adopted Islamic law as the ideological foundation of the government.

Because blasphemy law is so subjective, the cases brought up in the various countries that try and execute for insulting religious belief have ranged from egregious to ridiculous.

In 2007, in Sudan, British schoolteacher Gillian Gibbons was arrested and interrogated for allegedly insulting Islam after allowing her class of six-year-olds to name a teddy bear "Muhammad." Thousands of protestors took to the streets, calling for Gibbons' execution. It took the intervention of the British government and a presidential pardon from the government of Sudan to get Gibbons out of jail.

Many blasphemy cases don't even make it to the courts in Islamic countries. In Pakistan for instance, noone found guilty at trial has been executed, yet more than 70 people accused of blasphemy have been murdered in extrajudicial actions by mobs. https://angelusnews.com/news/life-family/no-executions-but-70-killings-over-blasphemy-law-says-rights-activist/

Often, these murders are not investigated properly, and even if caught and sent to trial, the murderers are usually cheered as heroes and given modest sentences under threat of major protests by the Muslim citizenry. Such is the lack of tolerance in most Muslim majority countries.

Where are the 'tolerant Left' in the West railing against such real oppression and intolerance? They are too busy aggressively accusing Israel of oppressing their Arab citizens.

Blasphemy laws restrict religious freedom and promote intolerance of other religions and even the non-religious.

Although they may not carry a death sentence everywhere, blasphemy laws are on the books in about a quarter (26 percent) of the world's countries and territories, according to Pew Research Center. They promote intolerance towards anyone who questions or ridicules religion and religious beliefs.

Blasphemy can be deadly in Islamic countries, but it is problematic in some of those non-Islamic countries which have blasphemy laws on the books.

In 2011 an Austrian woman was convicted under their blasphemy laws of disparaging religious doctrines. In two seminars held by the woman in Vienna entitled "Basic Information on Islam” she said Muhammad "liked to do it with children” and "a 56-year-old and a six-year-old? . . . What do we call it, if it is not paedophilia?”.

She appealed against the conviction in Austria and won, but activists were not happy and the matter went to the European Court of Human Rights which upheld her conviction. https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/thr-esq/european-court-indicates-blasphemy-wont-be-tolerated-as-free-speech-1155530

It didn't matter that what she said was fact. Islamic traditions and hadith hold that Muhammad’s third wife, Aisha, was just 6 at the time of their marriage, and only 9 at its consummation. Muhammad was 53 and 56 respectively.

The Austrian woman simply stated these facts and said that by contemporary definition, Muhammad was a paedophile. The Austrian court ruled that she had to pay 480 euros or spend 60 days in jail. The ECHR ruled that Austria had not violated her rights.

If beliefs have to be protected by threat rather than facts, logic or faith, then they are worthless.

Tim adds:

Yes James; "xenophobia" laws are just backdoor blasphemy laws. Europe has surrendered to this. It's the acceptance of Sharia there. And it's coming to the New World too in the form of political correctness. What kind of "tolerance" is it that only goes one way?

One Moment of Glory

Timothy Birdnow

I was thinking about a time at the Ozark Hilton when I was awakened late at night and had to go to the bathroom (the time consuming kind, not the quick one). It had been rather cold and rainy but it had warmed up a lot and I was greeted with a magnificent sight; the cabin appeared to be on a small island of land in a sea of fog, as though the world had ended and forgotten to tell my little cabin and me. The sky was crystal clear and the stars blazing. It was surreal. I was so very grateful to have awakened and had the to go to the bathroom, or I would have missed this magnificent sight. I composed this little poem to memorialize it.

One Moment of Glory

A night as dark as the stomach of a cave
Tree bark dripping from the drizzling rain
I cower in my shack like a soul unsaved
Hiding from the gripping pain

Sleep comes by and by
the sweet release from life's great ache
deep comfort for my tired eye
Yet soon it ceased as I awake

The call of nature was at fault
Into the night I must trudge
and so my slumber I must halt
A flight of need though such a drudge

Into the night with lantern and paper
There in the trees kissed by rain from afar
An amazing sight appeared amid the vapor
An island in a sea of mist and stars!

The land floated there and the cabin and trees
an island cut off from time
an atoll of sand in a Sargasso sea
a highland amidst starry brine

The stars blazed in their heavens like lanterns of glory
The forest so dark and dripping with silence
The mists in the hollow like ghosts telling stories
My lantern so stark in the gripping suspense

The world at an end
was I the last human member?
Alone on that bend
in the warmth of December

A greater beauty have I never seen
Alone in a tiny world so vast
a sight so majestic and grand and keen
I prayed to God it would last and last

That moment was frozen in time forever
A gift meant just for me
A vision of Heaven was chosen to savor
sent to make my heart feel free

I am so very grateful
that I answered nature's call
to catch that moment so fateful
and gaze upon it all

For He was in the wispy mist
His loved poured down in showers
that place was blessed, Divinely kissed
but now drag on the hours

Such moments do not last for long
An instant then they're gone
so quickly passed so very fast
the mundane it lasts so long

I trudged back into my little shack
and laid my weary head
I nudged myself into my sack
and sadly went to bed..

Compromise with the Sexual Grooming of Lady Liberty

Timothy Birdnow

Took the words right out of my mouth! There can be, nor should there be, any dealings or compromise with the Democrats at this point. You don't compromise with the Devil. Now we must be the Resist! people, just as they taught us to be. This being the bigger man business has gotten us nothing but kicked in teeth. They declared war and now want us to negotiate peace to make it easier to mop us up. Sorry, but it won't happen and can't (or shouldn't; a number of Republicans are already talking about a surrender.)

This is about saving the soul of America. It's about saving the lives of unborn children. It's about restoring the America we knew, the nation that has been the envy of the world, the place everyone wants to come, or tearing out the heart of of our nation and replacing it with a corrupt international order and demcratic socialism. It's about the life or death of the United States of America. The Democrats and their media allies hate America and want it gone. They say they love it but want to fundamentally transform her, like Pygmalion only worse, they want to turn her beauty to the service of a new world order, rather like the grooming process of a pimp on a naive virgin to transform her into a streetwalker.

How do we compromise with THAT? We don't.

Linda Pellegrino

All of a sudden they want us to automatically be United with the Democratic party. Here is my little bitty, small issue with the whole, "Let us all be a United States again”, from former Vice-President, Joe Biden .
For the last 4+ years, the Democrats have gone scorched earth. You have salted the fields and now you want to grow crops.
The problem is we have memories longer than a hamster.
We remember the women’s march the day after inauguration.
We remember the 4 years of attacks and impeachments
We remember "not our president” and the "Resistance…”
We remember Maxie Walters telling followers to harass us in restaurants.
We remember the Presidents spokesperson being kicked out a restaurant.
We remember hundreds of Trump supporters physically attacked.
We remember Trump supporters getting Doxed, and fired from jobs.
We remember riots, and looting
We remember "a comedian” holding up the President’s severed head
We remember a play in Central park paid with public funding, showing the killing of President Trump
We remember Robert de Niro yelling profanity about President Trump at the Tony’s and getting a standing ovation.
We remember Nancy Pelosi tearing up the State of the Union Address.
We remember the total in the tank move on the mainstream media
We remember the non-stop and live fact checking on our President and his supporters.
We remember non-stop in your face lies and open cover-ups from the media.
We remember the President and his staff being spied on.
We remember five Senators shot on a ballfield.
We remember every so-called comedy show turn into nothing but Trump hate fest.
We remember 95% negative coverage in the news.
We remember the state governors asking and getting everything they ask for and then blaming Trump for their problems.
We remember a Trump top aid verbally assaulted in two DC restaurants.
We remember people banging on the Supreme Court doors.
We remember that we were called every name in the book for supporting President Trump.
We remember that Hollywood said they would leave after Trump was elected but they stayed.
This list is endless, but you get the idea.
My friends will be my friends, but a party that has been on the attack for 4 long years does not get a free pass with me.

I too have copied and posted!! I may forgive but I will never forget the hatred shown to President Trump and his family!!

On the Death of Williams

Selwyn Duke

My latest.

Excerpt:

"In some very sad news, we must announce that one of the truly great men of our time, Dr. Walter E. Williams, has passed away. A highly respected economics professor and commentator who had a syndicated column and appeared on TV and radio, Williams died Tuesday, December 1 at age 84.

...Williams was not, however, some stuffy academic. He was also a character and had spunk. This was apparent when, for instance, he would occasionally fill in for radio giant Rush Limbaugh (he was my favorite El Rushbo substitute). And it was not just because his standard introduction was, 'Black by popular demand!'

For example, one time, after opining against anti-Second Amendment laws, he concluded by saying with conviction, 'If you ever hear that the government has Walter Williams’ guns, you’ll know Walter Williams is dead.'"

According to this article in PJ Media Zuck funded the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars, and it all went to battleground states and particularly Democratic precincts.

Casinos Remain Open

Timothy Birdnow

Police and health inspectors in St. Louis County raided several family-owned restaurants for violating King County Executive Sam Page's shutdown orders. One of them - Bartalino's South - was invaded by police.

But the Good King Page is still allowing casinos to remain open and running.

So stormtroopers are sent into family businesses but mob-run money machines get a pass.

That's justice in modern America.

No fewer than 40 St. Louis County restaurants are filing a lawsuit against Page and the county government for ruining their businesses.

They should be able to go after Page personally, in my opinion. I know he's shielded from that by law, but he shouldn't be.

Penn Assemblymen Appeal to Alito

Timothy Birdnow

Failing this they should do the job themselves and choose Trump Electors to go to Washington. Both chambers of the General Assembly in Pennsylvania are controlled by Republicans (although the state has a Democrat governor.)

Lawmakers Ask Supreme Court to Invalidate Joe Biden’s "Win” Due to Election Fraud

From the article:

The effort, led by pro-Trump Republican Pennsylvania Rep. Mike Kelly, maintains that the Pennsylvania General Assembly illegally adjusted mail-in ballot laws ahead of the 2020 election. Kelly’s argument is the same one that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court rejected on Saturday. The decision now rests with Justice Samuel Alito, who handles emergency requests relating to Pennsylvania, according to Bloomberg.

Alito can reject the request outright, refer it to the full court, or issue a temporary order on the issue, according to Bloomberg.

"The want of due diligence demonstrated in this matter is unmistakable,” the PA Supreme Court found on Saturday. "Petitioners filed this facial challenge to the mail-in voting statutory provisions more than one year after the enactment of Act 77.”

Kelly’s request is the second new pro-Trump legal action to be undertaken Tuesday. Trump’s campaign also filed another lawsuit in Wisconsin seeking the invalidation of more than 220,000 votes, saying the state had improperly counted mail-in ballots.

GOP Sells Out Before Election is Over

Timothy Birdnow

The body of Trump's Presidency has yet to even expire when the Quizzlings in the GOP are cozying up to Der Fiend and plotting to amnetize millions of illegal aliens. From Breitbart:

Six Senate and House Republicans are expected this week to engage with elected Democrats and amnesty advocates, from corporate donors to the open borders lobby, on "building bipartisanship on immigration reform."

Thursday, Senators Marco Rubio (R-FL), Thom Tillis (R-NC), Susan Collins (R-ME), and John Cornyn (R-TX) and Representatives Mario Diaz-Balart (R-FL) and Will Hurd (R-TX) are to participate in a discussion with Senators Chuck Schumer (D-NY), Dick Durbin (D-IL), Robert Menendez (D-NJ), and Chris Coons (D-DE) about striking a deal on amnesty for illegal aliens in some form.

The event is being hosted by the pro-amnesty, pro-mass immigration American Business Immigration Coalition which is made up of a series of business donors such as the United States Chamber of Commerce and the open borders lobby like the George Soros-funded United We Dream organization.

These are the same worthless scumbags who have been promoting this all along. They don't realize this will  destroy the Republican Party as all  these newly-minted legal aliens will become citizens and vote for the Democrats.

And it will only be the beginning; take these people "out of the shadows" and what do you get? They move into better jobs (taking them away from natural born citizens) and somebody STILL needs to take the lower paying jobs so more illegals come.

It's a machine.

And why would any Republican work with any Democrat after they stole this election? They are as much an enemy as was the Third Reich, and should be so treated. There should be no fraternizing at all with these slimeballs.

America does not have an opposition party. The GOP is just the slow walk to Hell. We need a true opposition party, a conservative party. The Republicans are hopelessly corrupt and deserve oblivion.

The Once and Future Fuel

Andrei Piriutko

The materials often disparagingly called ‘fossil fuels’ – coal, oil, and gas – are, by orders of magnitude, the most energy-rich and easily utilized forms of fuel on the planet.

Their ability to produce heat, motion and electricity quickly, controllably, and efficiently is unparalleled in nature, and our ability to store them cheaply and easily is also without parallel.

Their utilization from the end of the 18th century until now has caused an explosion of wealth and general comfort for the world’s growing population.

Today, however, our scientifically illiterate politicians and their cronies think they can phase them out and replace them with ‘green’ renewable energy.

As we know, they base this decision on their belief that carbon dioxide (CO2) is a dangerous ‘greenhouse gas’.

This is pseudoscience of course: there is no such thing in nature. CO2 is essential plant food and by extension a requirement for all living things; you and I are mostly made from what began as CO2.

It is a totally benign gas and we are rather short of it on the planet at this time. Farmers know this because they pump CO2 into polytunnels to increase yields.

Just to remind you, CO2 is just 0.04 percent of the atmosphere. Any increase in CO2 is ‘blamed’ on emissions from fossil fuel use. There is a problem with this suggestion, however.

When CO2 rises, so also does a gas called methane (CH4); they are always in lockstep. Such a connection is the clear signature of natural biological decay.

Only if burning fossil fuels causes increased flatulence could you conclude that a CO2 increase is due to fossil fuel use!

It is impossible to replace this form of concentrated energy with anything else: wind, solar, or hydro. The only other energy source that gets anywhere near is nuclear fission. But this is not very portable.

It can drive ships (submarines for example) and generate electricity (best use is for baseload – like coal), but it cannot be used on a small scale as petrol or diesel can. In addition, it has hazards that make it unsuitable domestically.

However, the one real major worry about fossil fuel use is that we might run out soon; ‘peak oil’ is often quoted as just 40 years away.

Interestingly, our Victorian ancestors worried that coal would run out in about 1860. So are we going to run out soon? The simple answer is no.

There are enough fossil fuels available in the Earth’s crust to last up to ten million years at present rates of consumption.

The basis for this conclusion is as follows:

When the Earth formed some four billion years ago, it had an atmosphere very like Venus has today; nearly 100 percent CO2 and at huge pressure – one hundred times our present-day atmospheric pressure.

Then life appeared, converting CO2 into organic ‘carbon’ and oxygen (CO2 => C+O2) by photosynthesis.

At first that oxygen reacted with all the iron in the Earth’s crust to form iron ore, before, a billion or so years later, seeping into the atmosphere.

In a simple piece of chemical accounting, there must be free ‘carbon’ equivalent to the oxygen converted into iron ore. We know roughly how much iron there is – it’s about 5 percent of the Earth’s crust.

There must therefore be free carbon available (somewhere in the crust) as the equivalent quantity of fossil fuel (coal, oil, or gas).

Without showing the working (there’ll be a test next time!)*, this comes out as about 1,000,000,000 gigatonnes. Current known oil reserves are around 100 gigatonnes.

Therefore there remains to find some ten million times current known reserves. It’ll see us all out for many millennia – for sure!

Congress Abdicates

Bill H.

In response to this post about the "Banking for All" bill:

Congress is abdicating its responsibility to the Federal Reserve?!!?!!!

You have got to be kidding me. First it abdicated to the Executive branch in war making powers and with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as part of the Executive with a head appointed by the president and allowed to write its own rules. That was horrible enough.

But now they want the Federal Reserve, which is not part of government at all, but is owned my member banks, private institutions all, to write the rules and enforce them for national management of finance.

Congress should not be voted out of office. Every single member of this rotten corrupt stinking institution should be shot for treason.

The WWII Enigma Machine vs. 2020 Voting Machine Secrets

Jack Kemp

Steve Feinstien has written a perceptive article at Amer. Thinker comparing how the Allies kept the secret that they had broken the German codes by not making it obvious in their wartime actions. And he compared it to the way the Democrats tried before 2020 - and somewhat in 2020 - to not make the Democrat governed swing states vote altering machines a secret from the Republicans.

Here is a quote or two...

BEGIN QUOTE
The Democrats have been practicing for this election for a long time but, until this year, they had to keep relatively secret the fact that they had the code to make elections break in their direction. This year, they abandoned secrecy. Their conduct and the possible outcome are reminders of both the British "Enigma” dilemma and of Elgar’s Enigma funeral march.

SECTION OMITTED

Like the Allies in WWII, the Democrats initially had to be extremely careful how they employed this system. If they used it too often in too obvious a fashion and in political races of only moderate importance, even the Republicans—naïve 2nd-grade boy scouts though they are when it comes to playing hardball politics in the 21st-century—would catch on. The Democrats had to pick their spots. Only big-stakes elections, such as Obama’s reelection in 2012 and retaking the House in 2018. There is no question that removing President Trump from office by fraudulent vote manipulation was a perfect use of Dominion’s capability, especially after the failure of Russia! Russia! Russia! and the impeachment flop. Voter fraud was the last oust-Trump-at-all-costs bullet in their chamber. This was their D-Day and they went all out.

No Drop in co2

This from Jim Church

From a World Meteorological Organization (WMO) press release titled "Carbon dioxide levels continue at record levels, despite COVID-19 lockdown,” comes this statement about the effects of carbon dioxide (CO2) reductions during the COVID-19 lockdown:

"Preliminary estimates indicate a reduction in the annual global emission between 4.2% and 7.5%. At the global scale, an emissions reduction this scale will not cause atmospheric CO2 to go down. CO2 will continue to go up, though at a slightly reduced pace (0.08-0.23 ppm per year lower).

"This falls well within the 1 ppm natural inter-annual variability. This means that on the short-term, the impact [of CO2 reduction] of the COVID-19 confinements cannot be distinguished from natural variability…”

Let this sink in: The WMO ADMITS REDUCED CO2 EMISSIONS ARE HAVING NO EFFECT on climate that is distinguishable from natural variability. The WMO acknowledges that after our global economic lockdown, where CO2 emissions from travel, industry, and power generation were all curtailed, there wasn’t any measurable difference in global atmospheric CO2 levels. Zero, zilch, none, nada.

Of course, we already knew this and wrote about it on Climate at a Glance: Coronavirus Impact on CO2 Levels.

An analysis by climate scientist Dr. Roy Spencer showed that despite crashing economies and large cutbacks in travel, industry, and energy generation, climate scientists have yet to find any hint of a drop in atmospheric CO2 levels. The curve kept advancing in an upward trajectory despite the lockdown, as seen in the graph provided by Dr. Spencer. Can you imagine the kind of extreme global economic lockdown that would be required to flatten the atmospheric CO2 curve? No nation or its people could tolerate the draconian reductions that would be required to significantly change the upward trajectory of global CO2 levels.

Climate alarmists have repeatedly suggested that the COVID-19 lockdown is a trial run for a climate lockdown. I suspect they were hoping the CO2 curve would respond to the COVID-19 lockdown in a way they could present as "proof” that a viable path to a dramatically lower CO2 trajectory was within reach. But the global experiment in economic reduction failed to produce any atmospheric CO2 change at all.

But now, with the WMO officially weighing in, we’ve seen proof that the kind of extreme lifestyle cutbacks climate alarmists are proposing won’t make any measurable difference at all. Clearly, despite the belief that we can "manage global climate just by changing our lifestyles,” the Earth continues unabated on its path of natural variability without a hint that humans can affect it.

We’ve said before that Reversing Trump’s Commonsense Climate Policies Would Be a Nightmare for America, and this is the strongest indicator yet that economic misery in the name of "saving the planet” is a pointless exercise in futility.
