Stealing in Plain Sight

Timothy Birdnow

It doesn't matter if it is caught on camera or even admitted to by people involved; the media says there is nothing to see here and the trolls have been out in force putting forward that argument. I have never seen such gaslighting in all my days.

Thanks Steven Kipp!

Elephants with Stomach Illness Caused by Global Warming

Timothy Birdnow

More stupidity from the Gang Green and global warming hysterics.

Reading this idiotic article they make no causal connection; the elephants died of a common intestinal illness caused by drinking bad water. What does that have to do with Climate Change? (The Gang Green wants to climate short change us.) I see no evidence provided to justify the notion that a warmer planet is somehow responsible. Water born plagues used to be common and they came on in epidemic fashion prior to Pasteur. It happens in nature too.

The fact that ivory is so valuable leads poachers to kill elephants. Poaching is far more dangerous to elephants than a stomach bug from bad water. Climate has nothing to do with it (except that the elephants are living there because the climate is equable to them.) I know the Botswanan governemnt denies poachers were involved, but who knows? There are a lot of reasons the government wouldn't want to admit poachers poisoned the water supply and killed all those elephants (not the least of which is that it makes them look incompetent in not being able to stop some hillbilly poachers.)

What does cyanobacteria have to do with Climate Change? These people are grasping at straws.

Clinical Trials Prove Trump was Right on Hydrochloroquine

Timothy Birdnow

And bear in mind TRUMP championed it so it must not be allowed to stand. They want to erase Donald J. Trump from history.

James Hatem says:

New paper on Hydroxychloroquine.

First COVID-19 outpatient study based on risk stratification and early antiviral treatment at the beginning of the disease.
•
Low-dose hydroxychloroqu ine combined with zinc and azithromycin was an effective therapeutic approach against COVID-19.
•
Significantly reduced hospitalisation rates in the treatment group.
•
Reduced mortality rates in the treatment group.

And here's a nice layman's writeup.

Richard Cronin adds:

Recall that Trump has been jamming up Big Pharma to reduce drug costs as well as relocate drug manufacture back to the U.S. from China.

On top of that, Big Pharma has a fire hose of money spraying on them to develop a vaccine.

Big Pharma has a decided interest in pinching off cheap, proven therapeutics.

Santa is a Superspreader!

Timothy Birdnow

Does it occur to anyone else that Santa Claus is a superspreader? I mean he's going all over the world to invade people's homes and leave unsanitized stuff for the kids, and infecting, infecting, infecting as he goes! I have heard that Gavin Newsome and Andrew Cuomo are swearing out warrants for the arrest of Mr. Claus, who is clearly a selfish SOB more interested in his celebrity status as a philanthropist than in protecting the public health. And he thinks his beard will act like a cloth mask! Oh, and he's overweight making him high risk for getting sick. Why should taxpayers fund his hospital stay after he gets ill? If anybody spots the obese superspreading scofflaw please report him to the California Department of Health so he can be arrested and quarantined!

Holodomor Remembrance Day

This from Judson Phillips:

Today is Holodomor remembrance day.
The Holodomor is the planned starvation of the Ukrainian people in the 1930s by the Soviets in order to force them to submit to Stalinism. It was the genocide famously denied by Walter Duranty of the New York Times.

Virtually no Americans know about this. Millions died yet this horror has been swept down the memory hole. My Russian professor in college was a survivor of the Holomodor. She told stories of her mother sneaking out at night, just to find a little dropped grain, so she could feed her daughter. She snuck out because the penalty for scavenging for food was death.

The Coming Civil Unrest

Timothy Birdnow

I fear our side will be lulled to sleep again. I hope he's right, but I don't see our people giving up the comforts and ease of modern America for a principle I pray I'm wrong.

This from Roger Simon:

When I read Saturday morning the Republican speaker of the Arizona House declared the legislature of his state "cannot and would not overturn the election,” before the agreed-upon forensic inspection of Dominion voting machines in Maricopa County even took place, it only confirmed what I have been coming to suspect for some time: 2021 will be a year of massive civil disobedience in the United States of America.

How this civil disobedience will manifest, I am not certain, but it will come.

But don’t be alarmed… well, not overly… because the seventy-four or so million Trump supporters who feel disenfranchised not only by the manipulations of the opposite party and their media friends but also by the considerable number of self-interested leaders in their own party who have betrayed them, are not likely to resort to violence like the Antifa sociopaths.

These are good, patriotic people.

Wittingly or not, they will follow the examples from Henry David Thoreau’s famous 1849 essay "Civil Disobedience”—original title "Resistance to Civil Government”—which begins:

"I heartily accept the motto, ‘That government is best which governs least’; and I should like to see it acted up to more rapidly and systematically.”

But if these same patriotic people, known as the "deplorables,” are violently opposed, all bets are off.

Civil disobedience will morph into civil war.

At first, however, my guess is this new (and more genuine) "resistance” will take three forms:

1. Mass and growing demonstrations;
2. Non-payment of taxes, threatening to bankrupt the national treasury since most of these people are hard-working and employed;
3. A general movement of what we might call John Galt-ism, after the character in Ayn Rand’s "Atlas Shrugged.” Vast numbers of our citizens will simply check out and return to their own farms, or versions thereof, like the Roman emperor Cincinnatus was alleged to have done.

This last has the capacity to simply grind the country to a halt since many of these same "deplorables” are the plumbers, electricians, firemen, farmers, heating and cooling repairmen, construction workers, assembly line workers, police, pilots, engineers, cable guys and girls and so forth, also the businessmen and women, that make society function.

The giant corporations, even Big Tech, cannot exist without them.
Nothing happens.

So like it or not, we are living in historical times. There hasn’t been anything like this since World War II, not even the anti-Vietnam War demonstrations.

Every day the already-significant mountain of witness affidavits attesting to voter fraud across the nation grows, largely ignored by politicians and completely ignored by the mainstream media.
Having been living in ignorance, many of us wonder if we have been a Banana Republic in terms of our elections far longer than we knew. Just who really deserves to be in office? We look into their eyes.

That the COVID pandemic has been used shamelessly for political ends only exacerbates the situation.

Rising Rapes Thanks to Covid

Timothy Birdnow

Another unintended consequence of the Covid lockdowns - sexual assaults are on the rise thanks to women being locked up with predators.

From Unicef:

Sexual assaults have been on the rise during the COVID-19 pandemic. Young women are stuck at home, sometimes with their attacker.

This is how 18-year-old Oumou in Senegal is taking action.

And Joe Biden wants to reimpose the lockdowns!

Droughts on the Decline

Timothy Birdnow

Droughts have been decreasing in the U.S.

Image may contain: text that says 'km2 20 Mlio 15 drought, 10 severe in Area 5 0 1900 1950 2000 Fig. 9. Global area in severe meteorological drought, 1901-2017 measured by Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI) being less than -1.5 over 6 months, (Watts et al., 2018). Linear best fit, not significant.'

Bjorne Lombarg has this to say about it:

The US Fourth National Climate Assessment reaffirmed the IPCC finding and stated unequivocally that "drought has decreased over much of the continental United States in association with long-term increases in precipitation” (USGCRP 2017, 49–50, 231). Both IPCC and USGCRP find that there is currently no attribution possible for drought (IPCC 2013a, 913; USGCRP 2017, 236).

Thus, it is incorrect to say that currently we are seeing the climate impact of drought, either globally or in the US.

However, the IPCC suggests with medium confidence that with extreme emission scenarios (RCP8.5), it is likely that drought risk could increase in currently dry regions towards the end of the century (IPCC 2013a, 1032). Similarly, the USGCRP finds that "under higher scenarios and assuming no change to current water-resources management, chronic, long-duration hydrological drought is increasingly possible by the end of this century” (USGCRP 2017, 240).

Thus, it is possible to argue that climate change can make drought worse, but it is important to point out that this is only with high-end scenarios and towards the end of the century.

Trump's Unlikely Path to Victory

This from Joseph Bast

This is Trump’s narrowing path to victory. The Supreme Court needs to rule that there is enough uncertainty regarding election results in four key states that neither candidate has a majority in the electoral college. Then each state legislature gets one vote...

Republican Congressman Explained Planned Challenge to Electoral College Results

If Brooks and any supporters in Congress are able to dismiss the slate of electors from enough contested states, President-elect Joe Biden would fall below the 270 electors needed to win the presidency. In that case, each state legislature is tasked under Article II of the U.S. Constitution with "in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct" seating "a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress."

Republicans hold a majority of state legislatures, and therefore could theoretically hand Donald Trump a second term. Fox News host Mark Levin first pointed to the provisionin a tweet that Twitter later marked "disputed."

[...]

Brooks told substitute host Trace Gallagher that the Electoral Count Act of 1887could be invoked to challenge an individual state's slate of electors, and with sufficient support in both chambers, have those electors dismissed.

The law was enacted in the aftermath of the disputed 1876 election, in which issues determining a winner in Florida, South Carolina and Louisiana -- as well asa separate problem in Oregon -- threw a wrench in the nationwide count.

Shouldn't We Want to Know?

This from Carlos Valazquez

The media fixated on the word WIDESPREAD before Barr used it. Surely purposely. That modifier is rhetorical sleight of hand that uses basically a straw man to deny the obvious. It's a straw man because no one is claiming nationwide fraud everywhere. The fraud and irregularities only have to occur in a couple of districts in each of the contested battleground states. Which is what is claimed.

In case you've missed it, all the allegations and affidavits have been aggregated here. Hereistheeviden ce.com

Also, isn't it in everyone's interest to restore faith in our elections. According to Rasmussen 70% of republicans and 30% of democrats believe there was fraud. This is easily put to rest. Audit the votes in all contested states. If there was no substantial fraud, the conspiracy theories will be sent back to the fever swamps. Biden and his cohorts should want that. Instead, he has 1000 lawyers opposing any requests for audits.

Tim adds:

And remember Biden hired all of these lawyers BEFORE the election. He was either planning on stealing it or thought Trump was going to do so. Either way, it warrants and investigation, no?

Cutting Off Georgia's Nose to Spite Her Face

Warner Todd Huston

Here is what will happen if you are a foolish conservative who wants voters in Georgia not to vote for Perdue and Loeffler:

-The Supreme Court will be packed to create a permanent left-wing, anti-constituti on majority
-The senate filibuster will be eliminated thereby taking the last bit of power away from the minority.
-Freedom of speech on the Internet will be formally canceled.
-D.C. and Puerto Rico will be accepted as states and four new Democrat Senators will be added to the Senate wiping out any chance the GOP can control the Senate ever again
-Religious freedom will end in the courts and in congress
-The Second Amendment will be eliminated
-Abortion will become federally funded and required in every hospital in every state
-Private medical insurance will be outlawed

If you think you are refusing to vote on principle and "teach the GOP a lesson," all you are really doing is destroying every single thing you claim to love.

If this is your stance, you are not a conservative.

Trump Wins on Wall

Timothy Birdnow

Good news; a court just ruled Trump may use military funds for construction on the border wall.

Funny they waited until it's almost too late. Joe Biden will tear the wall down as soon as he gets into office - probably do it personally.

Not a Hard Deadline?

This from Joseph Bast:

This is what the Supreme Court will be looking at in coming weeks:

"Through rigorous investigations supporting our litigation, we demonstrate that state and local officials brazenly violated election laws in several swing states in order to advance a partisan political agenda," said Phill Kline, Director of The Amistad Project. "As a result, it is impossible for those states to determine their presidential Electors in line with the arbitrary deadline set forth via federal statute in 1948, and thus, the only deadline that matters is January 20, 2021."

Although federal law sets December 8, 2020 as the date on which determinations of Electors made pursuant to state election law automatically become official, the law does not require Electors to be designated by that date in order to be counted. Because the U.S. Constitution places ultimate authority for designating presidential Electors in the hands of state legislatures, it is the responsibility of the people's elected representatives to judge the relevant facts and appoint an appropriate slate of Electors, subject only to the sole deadline set forth in the U.S. Constitution — 12:00 noon on January 20, 2021.

Election Integrity Watchdog Amistad Project: December 8 Deadline for Selection of Electors Does Not Apply to Disputed States

Tim adds:

I was wondering; it looks like Alito pushed off hearing the Pennsylvania case until after the "deadline".

America and Congress Going to Pot

This from Russell P. Green

So, millions of Americans are begging for government assistance, and the Ice Cream Queen decides that instead of cake, they can have marijuana. I am wondering if this version of the House of Representatives

set the all time record for most bills passed that never even made it to the floor of the Senate. The level of callousness and cluelessness among Democrat leadership in Congress is just unfathomable. Instead of trying to drug Americans out of their problems, the Left needs to actually work with Republicans to pass a Wuhan virus bill that will be signed by President Trump, and stop with these pointless show votes.

A word from Tim:

Any power mad politician would love the voters to be stoned. It makes them more pliable and obedient.

Is it any coincidence that we are where we are at a time when governements around the country are decriminalizing or legalizing drugs?

The Late Great United States

Timothy Birdnow

Actor Nick Searcy posted this on Facebook. (BTW Searcy was great in the '90's horror series American Gothic.)

I hear people talking about "when all this is over."

They are fools. It is already over, and the world as we know it will not return for DECADES, if at all.

The communists have done exactly what they said they would do. They have destroyed us from within by infiltrating our educational system and brainwashing our children.

If you allow them to steal this election and install Joe Biden, it is a matter of time before America ends. And thousands of years from now, they will study us like we studied -- or used to study -- the fall of the Roman Empire.

Trump Gets Us Out of Somalia

Timothy Birdnow

These wars serve two purposes 1. to bankrupt America to make way for the socialist new world order and 2. to get the world used to an international order with enforcement powers. I'm thankful Trump is pulling us out. Biden will no doubt put us right back in.

Trump Orders Most U.S. Troops Out of Somalia

Hopefully the ungrateful Somalian Ilhan Omar will go there on a "fact finding" mission and perhaps be taken hostage. Trump could send them money for her keep rather than her freedom....

About that Vote Fraud

Tiimothy Birdnow

Saw this exchange on Facebook. Prettty good.

Ev Nelson states:

"Now, fraud occurs in every election. Anyone who argues otherwise hasn’t studied history. When it comes to fraud in major elections in the U.S. it’s NOT a question of "if” but of "how much.”

In the case of the 2020 U.S. Presidential election it is now clear that the degree of fraud was astonishing... In the last few weeks we’ve seen:

Whistleblowers state during testimony that they witnessed:

Trucks with hundreds of thousands of ballots being driven from one state to another to deliver the ballots in a different election.

Tens if not hundreds of thousands of ballots being fed and refed into tabulating machines as much as 8 to 10 times (meaning the same ballot counts as 8 or even 10 votes).

Vote counters being told to "backdate” ballots so that the ballots were claimed to have arrive before the deadline.

The voting machine/ software used to tabulate the vote totals in at LEAST 24 states were:

Connected to the internet, allowing for outside interference.

Written in such a way that anyone can change a given ballot’s vote after it has been cast.

That at least one foreign government (China) FORMALLY owns the company that counted the ballots (there is an SEC filing of the acquisition).

Other nations (Cuba, Venezuela) have also been linked to the company.

Regardless of your political views or your desired outcome for this election, the above items alone call into question the entire election’s legitimacy.

Think it this way. Let’s say that during the 100M dash in the Olympics, the timer stopped working, the judges wore blindfolds and the camera feeds all shutdown mid-way through the race.

Would you trust or believe it if one of the racers claimed that he not only won the race despite trailing his opponent by two seconds… but that he also set a world record time? Would you even consider the race legitimate?

I believe the current rapid collapse in the $USD is telling us that the currency markets (the largest most liquid markets in the world, and most sensitive to systemic changes) believe the U.S. has lost credibility as a country on the global stage." - Graham Summers

Webster Wood responds:

Scott Webster Wood
nice list, but I notice there isn't a single link to evidence for any one of the things "we've" allegedly seen. I have already followed up on at least 2-dozen rumors about the election. Every one of them turned out not only to be bogus, but easy to dismiss and long since dismissed yet they were still being claimed 2-3 weeks after they were dismissed.
Soooo, do you have evidence for even one item of that long list of claims that is credible and not some he-said-she-said or tabloid-esc never-before-heard-of website that also includes articles on things like gay frogs and the Bilderberg house guests?

Here is a great reply:

Dean Fleming
Scott Wood and others who dismiss claims of wrongdoing....

In addition to explaining why it is some refuse to want to see and/or acknowledge any of the growing preponderance of evidence (and yes...sworn affidavits and testimony ARE evidence) that is piling up, I challenge those individuals to kindly review and formulate a detailed response to the facts presented below.

Before doing so, let’s start by asking ourselves the global question we should all be asking of one of our liberal newspapers: Their organizations particular mantra is, "Democracy Dies In Darkness”. So true. It also dies with lies, half truths, and suppression of opposing facts and viewpoints. The question is this: Why is it that this media source and others of its particular ilk, are the ones that refuse to present or even acknowledge anything that is in opposition to their narrative and mandated political agenda? Instead, they simply focus all of their efforts on keeping the lights turned off. Why don’t they want the lights on? The bigger question is actually why do we let them turn them off and keep them off....

Every day and night they start their broadcasts, articles, and programs by saying ALL of the accusations are false, meritless, unfounded, and not supported by any evidence whatsoever. They lie. They print and say what those controlling them dictate and they ignore or bury everything else. It’s very clear they have an agenda and it’s not telling the truth or the full story. If anyone believes main stream media is doing otherwise....you have been on the koolaid much too long or you are simply lying to yourself and others. Stop drinking for a bit and turn on the lights. It is only then that you will be able to see what is really happening. If you do, you will not be happy.

Viewing 2020 election from 30,000 feet.

Instead of getting tied up in the weeds, which is exactly where some want everyone to be, let's look at both of these issues from the 30,000 foot level.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_United_States_presidential_candidates_by_number_of_votes_received

2020 ELECTION. The big picture.

2008
Obama 69.5 mil votes.
At the time, the most votes ever for either party.

2012
Obama 66 mil votes.

2016
Clinton 66 mil votes.

It is worth flagging the fact that these Clinton and Obama 2012 and 2016 vote totals were within 60k of each other.

These are the most votes Dems could muster for 3 of the most important elections they’ve ever participated in.

They did everything they possibly could to get out the vote. These are the results: A 3 election average Dem vote of 67 mil. The 2008 vote total is only 3.5 million more than the 66 million vote totals from 2012 and 2016. Despite all of their stepped up campaigning efforts for those 3 elections, this is the very best they could manage.

Total votes for each of these years (2008, 2012, and 2016) averaged appx 129 mil.

2020
Biden appx 80mil votes.

Trump appx 74 mil

Total votes appx 154 mil.

154 million total 2020 votes is a new record. It blows the previous record away by an unbelievable 25 million votes.

Let that sink in. This is appx a 20% increase from an average that was basically flat at 129k over the previous 3 elections. Unbelievable.

All of those 3 previous elections were unequalled seminal events in our nations history. First black candidate and first woman candidate. Despite this FACT....Dem vote totals during that period ranged from 66 mil to 69.5 mil. Obama's 69.5 mil record total was garnered via the small bump in Dem total votes he received in 2008.

2020.
To believe there was no massive fraud, no tampering, no hocus pocus, no three coconut shells and a pea.....you must believe that hidin Biden crushed the Obama and Hillary numbers by appx 10 to 15 million votes. Right.....

This from a 2020 dem candidate who could not even get 50 people to show for a rally.

He did this while sheltering at home, purposely avoiding the public, being able to do little more than read from a teleprompter, and carrying a VP candidate that was much more of a liability than an asset. One who barely got 2% of her party's votes during the dem primaries.

Great team. One for the ages.

Right....

C'mon maaaaan.....

You must also buy into the fact that the 2020 overall vote total legitimately increased by an unheard of amount of 25 million more total votes. It's pretty much statistically impossible for this to have happened without a massive amount of tampering.

You must also believe that everyone registered to vote in 2020 actually voted. The numbers for registered voters vs those who actually voted are right on top of each other. In fact, it appears that votes (154 mil) exceeded registered voters (153 mil). It just doesn’t work this way. Never has...never will. There is always a large percentage of registered voters that do not vote.

Read that again:
153 million registered.
154 million voted.

Seem reasonable?

https://www.kff.org/other/state-indicator/number-of-voters-and-voter-registration-in-thousands-as-a-share-of-the-voter-population/

People will say it is because of (legitimate?) mail in votes. They'll say it was because of early in-person voting. But....we’ve had the ability to do those things in the past. Perhaps not to the extent seen in 2020, but expecting a bump of 25 million more votes to be cast due to these items is ridiculous.

On top of this statistical improbability, the 25 million additional votes would need to have been split appx 60% for Biden and 40% for Trump. Even if 25 million additional people actually voted in 2020 (which they almost certainly did not) it is not likely it could have been split 60/40 Biden/Trump.

They'll say it was the impact of social media and kids living in their parents basements. They'll say it's because people hated Trump and voted against him. This despite the fact Trump received 11 million more votes then he did in 2016.

Keep in mind Obama’s vote total went down by 3.5 million votes for his 2nd term. This is appx a 5% drop in voter turnout.

They'll ignore statistics and the fact it is nearly impossible for these numbers to be real. Averages, means, medians, probabilities, and statistical norms are all real metrics and they all mean something tangible. When global statistics are this far out of whack....it’s a clear indication something is drastically wrong. But....they will ignore all of this because, don’t forget.....they have an agenda....

Not to leave PA out of the discussion their election results are headed to the SCOTUS. Would that be happening if there was not an abundance of credible evidence to support claims of massive amounts of fraud?

In closing. It should not matter one bit what your political persuasion is. If there was a large amount of tampering that went on, and you are an American, you should want to know the truth. If there was tampering on anywhere near the scale it appears there was....you should be outraged. If you are not appalled by this nor are you interested in uncovering the truth....you are the problem. Have a talk with the man/woman you see in the mirror every morning. If you are being honest with yourself.... you won’t like what you see.

Does anyone have a credible response that works to explain any of this besides collusion, deceit, and fraud?
If so, don’t just cherry pick one or two items and then toss out a few generalities and deflections. Hit it hard and be specific.

Turn the lights on folks. Please turn on the lights...! Our nation and our very way of life are in jeopardy if you don’t.
