Showoffs

Dana Mathewson

A great case of one-upmanship.

https://youtu.be/Lg73GKm7GgI

If you're going to show off, make sure you really are top dog.
In this great little clip, an SR-71 pilot tells a story about flying around the Western United States to build up crew hours when small plane pilots started calling into air traffic control to ask their ground speed. Shortly thereafter, a Navy F-18 pilot dials in to put them in their place, asking the controller to broadcast his speed over the air, a cool 620 knots across the ground.
What the Navy pilot didn't realize was that a Blackbird was soaring through the area, at speeds that were...just a little faster.

Minneapolis 2012 and now 2

Jack Kemp

Concerning the shooting of a woman by a Somali refugee policeman in Minneapolis, I just recalled the glitter attack on Rep. Michelle Bachmann (sp?) at the Right Online conference I attended in that city in 2012. I happened to be out of the ballroom when it happened, going to get a book author's autograph outside. In the video, it showed a woman who walked down the aisle with a can of glitter to throw the contents on the Rep. to protest Bachmann's views on homosexuality. While other speakers left the stage by walking backwards behind the curtain (Herman Cain, Newt Gingrich), Bachmann walked to the front edge of the stage making her a perfect target. She's lucky the can didn't constain acid. The security guard let the woman into the main ballroom. If I were there and sitting closer to the stage, I might have tackled the glitter thrower - and I would have been the one put in jail or sued.

Minneapolis is a liberal utopian fantasy city.

P.S.

You know, this Somali policeman may have killed the woman as a tribal revenge against the acquital of the other policeman in the Philandro Castile shooting.

I'm sure the liberal establishment thought the Minneapolis policeman who shot the Australian woman would be found to be named Sven Lindquist or Ole Sondergaard. Yeah, 40 years ago before Obama and others started moving in Hmong and Somali populations into Minnesota that may have been the case.

NY Times thinks manners are now racism

Jack Kemp

The Breitbart website reports that the NY Times published a verbal attack by a black reporter who claims it is racism when women don't get out of his way when he walks through Manhattan. I guess he doesn't realize that women have an expectation of some manners from men and are upset when the opposite doesn't happen for them when ANY MAN doesn't let them pass.

I, personally, have a confession about a time I didn't get out of the way of a black person years ago.

I was visiting my friend Dana in the Twin Cities and I accompanied him to his workplace in St. Paul, he going into an office building and I just hanging around downtown for a couple of hours until lunchtime on a warm day. Outside, there were some women nursery or kindergarten teachers shepherding around groups of young children in wooden wagons with seats. One of those young children, a little black girl, got away and started to run towards a public street with frequent auto traffic. I was nearby and took one or two steps so I could stand in front of her, blocking her way towards the street as her knee-high body collided (slowly) wiith my lower legs. A teacher gathered her up and took her back to her group.

And there was the time I brought home a microwave oven on the subway in New York City. I tried to roll it out of the subway open doors when the heavy microwave slipped from the thick bands holding it to my wheeled luggage rack and landed on the foot of a young black man. I apologized and he helped me lift the microwave off the ground and, once again, onto my luggage rack which was now on the subway station platform. This is another scenario that I bet the NY Times would see as "racism" and bad racial relations.

I think the New York Times, via its editors and writers alike, is encouraging racial hatred and hysteria. The Times staff are all sicko racial arsonists.

New York Times Publishes Reporter’s Rant About ‘White Women’ Not Getting Out of His Way

by Adam Shaw20 Jul 2017894

The New York Times published a diatribe from a black reporter Wednesday, in which he slammed "white women” for not getting out of his way as he walks through Manhattan.
In the article, called "Was That Racist?” the Times published a series of short stories supposedly describing the complexities of figuring out if someone has been racist to you.
"Everyday life brings awkward moments for everyone, but some of our daily stories are infused with added tension, especially if one or more of those involved perceive that race is a determining factor,” the intro to the article says.

But one of the stories, from Sunday Metropolitan reporter Greg Howard, seems to have its own problems with racism. Describing himself as a "good walker” who is also courteous with changing sides, speed, or moving around pedestrians in the Big Apple, he says that, while most other pedestrians do the same, "white women, at least when I’m in their path, do not.”

He then launches into a rant about how "white women” — not "some white women,” or "certain white women,” or "white women of a certain background/age/location” — just don’t seem to be able to get out the male reporter’s way:

Read the rest at Breitbart.

A NOTE FROM DANA MATHEWSON:

Well, well, well.

There are lots of layers here. Back when I worked in New York City, I would occasionally walk from Grand Central to my place of employment. The only pedestrians I found to be a problem were (drum roll) tourists, who were busy gawking at the height of buildings (in those days the World Trade Center competed with the Empire State Building for their attention) and the fantastic deals you could get on electronics in hundreds of stores. (The other danger was the swarms of bicyclists.) But the tourists would bring pedestrian traffic -- much of it people like myself who just wanted to get to work and off the streets -- to a halt.

Now, this was in the early 1990's; a whole different world, I admit. If white women really are racist, it's too bad. Many of them, as this man says, are paying more attention to their cell phones (whether talking or texting) than what or who is on the sidewalk in front of them, it's true, basically blind to the world around them.

Perhaps what this man means is that the LACK of manners is racism. In many cases I fear he's right. To ignore a person's existence is to demean him, whether because of his race or other reasons.

But sometimes, lack of manners is just that: lack of manners. And we're certainly seeing a lot of THAT these days. Especially among feminazis, who want everyone to act as if the world revolves around them. Are these NYC pedestrians all members of that nasty bunch? Probably not. But I doubt they were brought up as ladies the way their grandmothers were.

USA Today: 'Dunkirk's' Limited Number Of Roles For Women and Minorities 'May Rub Some the Wrong Way'
The new Christopher Nolan film, Dunkirk, is released on Friday. It details one of the greatest rescues in military history. With German armies surrounding the British Expeditionary Force around the French town of Dunkirk, total annihilation seemed imminent. Britain seemed on the brink of disaster. Then, ships of all sizes, military and civilian, rushed in as the German military advance came to a halt, evacuating over 338,000 men on the beaches between May 26 and June 4 of 1940. It should be a great movie, but USA Today found the diminished role of women and people of color problematic [emphasis mine]:

The trio of timelines can be jarring as you figure out how they all fit, and the fact that there are only a couple of women and no lead actors of color may rub some the wrong way. Still, Nolan’s feat is undeniable: He’s made an immersive war movie that celebrates the good of mankind while also making it clear that no victory is without sacrifice.

Are you freaking kidding me? Yeah, of course, there are few female roles; this is World War II. Yes, there’s a lack of people of color. For starters, one side was devoted to an Aryan empire. Second, the vast majority of the forces fighting in this battle were white. That’s just a fact—and who cares? It’s a war movie. Alex Griswold of the Washington Free Beacon tweeted a screenshot of an article that asked why there aren’t any women during the graphic Omaha Beach scene at the start of Saving Private Ryan. This is what we’re dealing with now from the urban-based professional elite: total crap. We all know why there were no freaking women storming the beaches of Normandy in the first wave. Do I really need to go into why this is a stupid question? We all have known that liberals have no grasp of history. They seem to have devolved into making up history to satisfy certain insufferable aspects of progressivism and political correctness.

According to a Pew Research Center analysis of U.S. State Department refugee data, during the period from January 21, 2017 - President Trump’s first full day in office - through June 30, "9,598 Christian refugees arrived in the U.S., compared with 7,250 Muslim refugees. Mueller Leaks Means He has Nothing

Timothy Birdnow

Breitbart is reporting that the Mueller team is leaking to the press details of the Russia investigation.

According to the article:

"A person familiar with the probe” told Bloomberg that the special counsel is examining a broad range of transactions involving Trump and his associates’ businesses.

The leak comes the day after Trump told the New York Times in an interview that delving into his business matters would be outside the bounds of the Russia investigation.

"The Special Counsel’s Office has undertaken stringent controls to prohibit unauthorized disclosures that deal severely with any member who engages in this conduct,” Joshua Stueve, spokesman for the Special Counsel’s Office told Breitbart News in an email response."

[...]

"Specifically, the person told Bloomberg that investigators are looking at Russian purchases of apartments in Trump buildings, and Trump’s involvement in a "controversial SoHo development” with Russian associates, the 2013 Miss Universe pageant in Moscow, and Trump’s sale of a Florida mansion to a Russian oligarch in 2008.

The probe is also reportedly extending to other members of the administration, such as Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross’s dealings with the Bank of Cyprus, where he served as chairman.

It is also examining Jared Kushner’s efforts to secure financing for some of his family’s real estate properties."

End excerpt.

This tells me that the probe is failing and is leaking in the hopes of getting someone to panic and give them some dirt. If Mueller had anything he would keep it close until he issued a general report and people would be indicted. That he is dumping this stuff now says he is firing blanks, and he knows it.

The Future of the McCain Senate Seat

Timothy Birdnow

A few thoughts on senator McCain's brain tumor diagnosis.

I first must say Mccain was once an honorable man and an American hero. While I believe he was seduced by the Dark Side after succeeding in politics, I still honor the man he once was. And I pray for both McCain and his family, who will suffer terribly at this time. The prognosis is quite poor and it seems likely Mr. McCain will be forced into retirement.
It's not assured; Ted Kennedy served for a year and a half with the same cancer. Of course, Ted never really behaved as if he DIDN'T have a brain tumor, so nobody really noticed the difference. But one wonders if McCain won't take the time to set his affairs in order and return to what really matters; family. At least we should hope he has enough love in him, and is not overcome with pride.

That said, we must look to the political prospects in this.

NBC affiliate Channel 12 had this to say:

http://www.12news.com/news/local/arizona/what-happens-if-mccain-cant-go-back-to-work-in-the-senate/458032334

"Under Arizona law, if McCain were no longer able to serve, the governor must appoint a replacement who has to be from the same party.

The successor would serve until the next statewide election. The winner of that election would serve out the unexpired term, which ends in 2022.

The law would allow Gov. Doug Ducey to appoint himself to fill the seat, according to legal experts."

End excerpt.

Now, Governor Ducey was supported by the Tea Party and not the RINO class, as has been both Senators McCain and Jeff Flake. National Review called Ducey a "Goldwater Conservative". Ducey holds many conservative positions. If McCain has to go we are in a good position, as Ducey will likely appoint a solid conservative to the post (he is unlikely to appoint himself.)

And frankly, John McCain has a high lifetime American Conservative Union number (96) but has voted with the liberals for the last decade on many issues and has behaved like a bratty child toward his own party for a long time. I have always theorized it was because of his captivity in the Hanoi Hilton; he developed Stockholm Syndrome, that psychologal twist where prisoners develop a bond with their captors. McCain learned to survive - and help his friends survive - by working with the enemy rather than opposing them. This works when one is a POW but it isn't a useful trait in a politician. McCain has cost America dearly over the years by his "maverick" status, meaning his willingness to screw his friends over for kudos from the Democrats and media. McCain has supported such things as Amnesty. And he hates Donald Trump to the point where he would jeapordize American security to stick it to the Donald. It's well past time for Mr. McCain to pack it in.

Also, we need a good conservative in this seat. The other RINO Republican from ARizona is Jeff Flake, formerly a Tea Party guy who turncoated. Flake needs to go, if for no other reason than to warn other Republicans that they need to fear their base more than the media/academic/industrial complex that buys them. America cannot be saved (and it IS dying by most reasonable metrics) without principled men, and Flake and McCain were neither. We have to turn our government over to people who ultimately ansser to God Almighty and not the monied classes.

Flake needs to be primaried, so we need a solid conservative in McCain's seat when we do.

We are in a decent position here, provided we make sure the Arizona Governor remembers who brought him to the dance.

Of course, McCain is vain enough to refuse to retire, despite the fact he is ill and should spend his last days with his family. We must hope he does the right thing. But then, John McCain has made a career out of not doing the right thing, so let us hope a brain-ill man can learn wisdom.

Teen Vogue advocates anal sex

Jack Kemp

Teen Vogue Defends Teaching Kids How to Engage in Sodomy

Todd Starnes

http://www.foxnews.com/opinion/2017/07/18/teen-vogue-defends-teaching-kids-how-to-engage-in-sodomy.html

Teen Vogue is defending its decision to publish a graphic tutorial to anal sex for children and teenagers – calling critics homophobic.

"This is anal 101, for teens, beginners and all inquisitive folk,” author Gigi Engle wrote in "A Guide to Anal Sex.”
"Anal sex and anal stimulation can be awesome, and if you want to give it a go, you do that,” wrote Engle, a self-described sex educator. "More power to you.”

The original article did not include any references to practicing safe sex – but was later amended to include a line about condoms being "nonnegotiable.”

"Here is the lowdown on everything you need to know about butt stuff,” the writer declared.
Parents across the nation became enraged upon learning that Teen Vogue wanted to turn their children in sexual deviants.

"I was truly flabbergasted,” Elizabeth Johnston said on The Todd Starnes Show. "They should not be teaching sodomy to our children.”

Johnston, known as The Activist Mommy, launched a national campaign to urge local stores and public libraries to pull Teen Vogue from bookshelves - #PULLTEENVOGUE.

"This is not a Republican issue or a Democrat issue. This is not a conservative issue or liberal issue. This is a parent issue,” she told me.

A NOTE FROM TIM:

No mention is made of the terrible health risks of this practice. The Vogue article itself fails to mention that anal interocurse leads to a plethora of health issues, from

During the 1980's C. everett Coop - u.s. Surgeon General - campaigned against anal sex because of the health risks, which are many and varied. Now we have teen magazines promoting it. I had the displeasure of actually reading the article (so i would know what was being said) and it made zero mention of the health affects of this unwholesome practice. Strange how worried the Left is of fatty foods, or sugar in soda, or second-hand cigarette smoke, but not about people rolling around in each-other's fecal matter.

As a moral or ethical matter it is largely undefensible, but from a practical standpoint it is a practice well worth discouraging. What are some of the party favors for anal sex? incontinence resulting from damage to the musculature, which is not intended as a swinging door that goes two ways. You are forcing something in through the out door and it damages muscles, sometimes leading to long term incontinence. You have something that is not lubricated, so inflammation of the tissue is possible. You have something that is not clean; the anus and rectum are full of bacteria. Doubt me? There are strict laws against the disposition of sewage for that very reason, and it must be treated in a septic system or city treatment plant before being released. You may not water crops with it, or even fertilize crops with human feces. But Vogue want kids to play in it.

You have a plethora of diseases that can be caught. There is the possibility of perforating the colon, leading to peritinitis. Aids, hepatitis, and other such diseases can be spread through anal sex. The American Cancer Societ reports that "Receptive anal intercourse also increases the risk of anal cancer in both men and women, particularly in those younger than 30.” HPV is a leading cause of cancer in the U.S., and it can be spread through anal sex (the skin of the inside of the rectum is quite thin and easily infected.)

According to the Medicine Institute:

"The CDC reports that in addition to the same sexually transmitted infections that are passed through vaginal sex (gonorrhea, etc.), anal sex can also expose participants to hepatitis A, B and C; parasites like Giardia and intestinal amoebas; bacteria like Shigella, Salmonella, Campylobacter, and E. coli.8"

end excerpt.

None of this is mentioned by Vogue, which simply tries to make sodomy cool. How cool is explosive diarrhea from Giardia? It's kind of difficult to look cool when you are wearing Depends to absorb your feces that you can't keep in because you damaged your colon.

Oh, and the woman can still get pregnant if the guy isn't careful; spillage can get into her vagina and impregnate her.

And that does not even touch the moral or ethical grounds for not promoting this. Vogue should be ashamed of itself.

Michelle Malkin slaps Bill Kristol's insult to "Made in America" week

Jack Kemp

Showing not only a detailed knowledge of the items on display at "Made in America" week but what they represent, Michelle Malkin excoriates Bill Kristol's dismissiong of them as "Tchotchkes" and explains what that Yiddish term means. By the way, her concluding remark concerning Bill Kristol, calling him and his kind "schmendricks," means in Yiddish that they are pipsqueaks or non-entities.

Manufacturing Hate for 'Made in America'

Michelle Malkin
|
Posted: Jul 19, 2017 12:01 AM

It's "Made In America" week in Washington, D.C. You'd think this would be cause for bipartisan celebration. Who could be against highlighting the ingenuity, self-reliance and success of our nation's homegrown entrepreneurs and manufacturers?
Enter Bill Kristol.

The entrenched Beltway pundit ridiculed a festive kickoff event on Monday at the White House, where President Donald Trump hosted companies from all 50 states to showcased their American-made products.
"Maybe it's just me," killjoy Kristol tweeted, "but I find something off-putting about turning the White House into an exhibition hall for American tchotchkes." (That's the Yiddish word for useless trinkets).
"Tchotchkes"?

Read the whole thing.

I happened to once question Bill Kristol on a call in radio program on WABC in the 1990s. The left was all upset, clutching their pearls, about some half-baked claim that someone said something that could have been considered pro-Nazi or antisemitic. I pointed out to Kristol that I happened to see retired actress Myrna Loy on tv talking about her attending anti-Nazi rallies before the U.S. entered WWII and being criticized for it by her boss Louis B. Mayer of MGM. And I read from a quote a quote in the book "The Rest of Us" about the rise of Eastern European Jews in the U.S. which described the weak response of Hollywood to Nazism before WWII, my calling Hollywood a bunch of hypocrites. Kristol laughed either with or at my response and said nothing. Today, I could reference the recent book "Hollywood Traitors: Blacklisted Screenwriters, Agents of Stalin, Allies of Hitler" by Allan Ryskind, at large editor of Human Events. Ryskind's father was a conservative Jewish writer in Hollywood who was forced out of work. Hollywood studios were self-censoring and selling movies to Nazi Germany in the 1930s.

So Kristol is nothing more than the long time house token Jewish "conservative" of liberal/leftist organizations. He is a totally insipid non-entity.

Shame on Jeff Sessions

Jack Kemp

http://theresurgent.com/shame-on-jeff-sessions/
Shame on Jeff Sessions
By Erick Erickson | July 20, 2017, 05:00am | @ewerickson

Attorney General Jeff Sessions has long prided himself on asking if things are constitutional before proceeding, but the constitutionality of his desires has run crashing into his law and order views. He has decided to expand a positively unconstitutional policy that should be ruthlessly fought in courts and legislatures around the country. Jeff Sessions wants to seize the property of Americans accused of crimes even if they are never found guilty by a jury.
Civil asset forfeiture has long been the government’s preferred means to confiscate property from suspected drug dealers and others. The problem, however, is that often the person is found not innocent by a jury and the assets are unrecoverable. According to the Department of Justice’s Inspector General, the Drug Enforcement Agency alone has seized more than $3 billion from people not charged with a crime.

In one case in 2016, Oklahoma police seized $53,000 owned by a Christian band, an orphanage and a church after stopping a man on a highway for a broken taillight. A few years earlier, a Michigan drug task force raided the home of a self-described "soccer mom,” suspecting she was not in compliance with the state’s medical marijuana law. They proceeded to take "every belonging” from the family, including tools, a bicycle and her daughter’s birthday money.

What is appalling here is that many states are enacting prohibitions on civil asset forfeiture, but the Attorney General wants to allow state and local law enforcement to use federal asset forfeiture laws to continue seizing property. Local law enforcement will thereby be able to get around their own states’ laws, so long as they share the spoils of their ill gotten gains with the federal government. This turns the concept of federalism on its head.

Somali Cop Shoots White Woman in Minnesota; No Riots

Timothy Birdnow

A Somali police officer in Minnesota shot and killed a white woman who was speaking to his partner reporting a possible assault down the alley. Gateway Pundit dishes:

"Mohamed Noor reached over his partner and shot Damond dead while she was speaking to his partner.
Damond called the police to report a possible assault down the alley behind her home.
Mohamed was the first Somali officer in his precinct.

Damond was shot and killed while wearing her pajamas and speaking to another police officer after calling 911 to report a possible assault in an alley behind her home on July 15, reports The Minneapolis Star-Tribune.

Noor’s partner was described as "stunned” by the shooting.

CBS Minneapolis reported that Damond "made the 911 call and was speaking to police officers Saturday night. They were near the alley when the officer in the passenger seat reached across and shot her. A cell phone was found near Damond’s body.”

End excerpts.

The Victim, an Australian woman, was well known in the community as a yoga instructor. To their credit, Black lives Matter activists showed up to protest her killing.According to NPR.

The victim was from Australia.

So what is the takeaway? Well, increasing the number of minorites on the police force doesn't magically reduce police shootings, for one thing. Second, I don't think we have adequate information with this; was the police officer somehow justified in shooting? Was it about race? Religion? I don't know; we need more information.

One thing I do know is that the media isn't too worked up about this. If they were fair and balanced they would report this as breathlessly as they reported Mike Brown or any of the other shootings that inflamed the black community over the last few years.

The Illinois Banana Republic

Timothy Birdnow

Illinois, No Longer the Land of Lincoln but rather the citadel of Democrats, has instituted a huge tax increase. According to The Belleville NewsDemocrat:

"In case you missed it, Illinois’ individual income tax rate is now 4.95 percent, up from 3.75 percent. For a household with an annual income of $100,000, that means an increase in income tax of $1,200, from $3,750 per year to $4,950 — only another $23 a week to be a working resident of Illinois.

It took our lawmakers two years to come up with this tax and budget package, but they’re wasting no time getting into our wallets.

If you weren’t paying attention to how Illinois got into its mess, maybe the change in your paycheck will make you take notice. And we need to pay attention, because even though this tax will give the state another $5 billion annually, big problems remain.

For one thing, there’s still that $130 billion debt to state employees’ pension funds. For another, there’s that $15 billion bill backlog.

And House Speaker Michael Madigan pushed through this Democrat tax-and-spend plan without having to accept any of the pro-business reforms that Gov. Bruce Rauner hoped would stop job-creators and residents from fleeing to more business-friendly states. What will happen when there are no paychecks left to tax?

Madigan’s scheme has no change to Illinois’ costly workers’ compensation laws, no freezing of property taxes, nothing to rein in the out-of-control government spending.

Even with this new tax windfall, our state’s credit rating remains dangerously close to junk status. Moody’s Investors Service, citing the pension debt and bill backlog and other structural problems, said Friday that Illinois has "lingering credit challenges,” like collecting $5 billion to pay off $145 billion in debt."

End excerpt.

The Democrats and the Left proceed with their "live for today" policies despite the fact so many in America has turned against this nonsense. Illinois is fast becoming a Third World hellhole. Governor Rauner is trying his best, but illinois is a fiefdom of the old Capone mob, and it is run like some central American banana republic. It's about time to seriously consider partitioning the state.

Pope Benedict; Church Capsizing

Timothy Birdnowe

Pope, er, former Pope Benedict XVI warns that the Church is about to founder. In a eulogy for his friend Joachim Cardinal Meisner Benedict had this to say:

"What particularly impressed me in that last talk with the retired Cardinal, was the loosened joy, the inner joy, and the confidence he had found. We know that this passionate shepherd and pastor found it difficult to leave his post, especially at a time in which the Church stands in particularly pressing need of convincing shepherds who can resist the dictatorship of the spirit of the age and who live and think the faith with determination. However, what moved me all the more was that, in this last period of his life, he learned to let go and to live out of a deep conviction that the Lord does not abandon His Church, even when the boat has taken on so much water as to be on the verge of capsizing."

End excerpt.

The Peronista Pontiff currently occupying St. Peter's chair keeps running the hose into the Ship of Church, and he is determined to rush Catholicism headlong into the abyss, the "spirit of the age" which will surely bring to fruition the prophecies of Ezekial, Jeremiah, Isaiah, and Revelation. Benedict is content because he is aged and he knows God is still in control. But for those of us younger than the aged Pontiff it is hard to watch - especially since so many souls are going to be lost as a result. Remember, this stuff has eternal consequences, not just immediate temporal ones. People are going to die eternally if the Progressives in the Church win. They have to be stopped.

And soon, before the good ship Catholicism goes all Titanic on us.

Fourth Circuit Bloacks Prayer in County Government

Timothy Birdnow

The Fourth Court of Appeals in Virginia has ruled that a county government may not open with prayer.

???????

]ccording to breitbart:

"RICHMOND, VA — The United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit issued a 10-5 decision on Friday ruling that Rowan County, N.C., county commissioners cannot begin official sessions with prayer, the First Liberty Institute announced following the decision. First Liberty represents the county and expressed disappointment that the court ignored precedent in the Supreme Court’s Town of Greece v. Galloway decision that deemed an opening prayer for legislative bodies acceptable under the Constitution."

End excerpt.

This was the penultimate in frivilous lawsuits; Congressw has openede with prayer since its founding. If atheists don't like it they can use the political process rather than shove their unpopular views down everyone's throat with the courts.

And this shows why Congress should simply disband this court. They have the authority to do that, and it would be for the good because at worst it would mean a logjam at other courts - a good thing since frivilous suits like this one would stop wasting everyone's time and money.

I think Congress should seriously consider disbanding the Fourth and Ninth Circuits. They are nothing but political critters anywway, indulging their political activism and ocuching it in legal cloaks. We don't need unelected legislators.
