Hillary Clinton refused to send help as the terrifying Benghazi attacks unfolded, according to messages allegedly hacked from her email server and distributed by Russian operatives.

RadarOnline has obtained a report about the allegedly hacked messages that was created by Italy’s foreign intelligence agency, or the Agenzia Informazioni e Sicurezza Esterna, after a meeting with their Russian counterparts on October 22. (These files were written in Italian, and then translated by a respected New York City professor of the language.)

One section of the report deals with September 2012 — the same month as the attack that killed U.S. Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens, and three others. In an alleged message from Clinton to top aide Huma Abedin, the secretary made it clear she wasn’t going to rush to take action.

"Avoid that they appeal to the AUMF, lets give a political weight to the wait, take time,” the message reads. (The acronym AUMF most likely refers to an "authorization for the use of military force.”)

The text continues, "What has happened has happened, at Sigonella they are standing still, they have to remain firm.”

My friend Rose Wilson called this morning and asked if I wanted to help her give away 180 Trump/Pence yard signs at the intersection of Route 8 and Route 228 in Butler County, Pennsylvania. Of course the answer was "Yes” and we started at 11:45 and by 1:45 all 180 yard signs were claimed by happy Trump supporters.

Most of the time the atmosphere was more like a celebratory event such as that following a significant sports victory. Horns were accompanied by waves and smiling faces as the hopeful Trump supporters shared their desire for a huge Trump victory on Election Day. Truckers blasted their air horns and even semis pulled over to pick up yard signs.

I am sure no one will be surprised to know there was a number, although a small number, who demonstrated their opposition in various fashions. Given the phony demonstrations and ridiculous ads published by the Democrats concerning comments made by Mr. Trump, it was interesting to note that 10, including 6 young women, had no compunction with slipping the proverbial bird in my direction. One of the 6 actually slowed down, drove partially off the road, and then leaned over from the driver seat to the side window to make sure I fully appreciated her symbol of love and compassion. Hillary would have been proud!

It was a great two hours similar to attending a Trump rally where people from all walks of life gather for real and authentic change to restore our country and Make America Great Again. The only downside was not the 6 Hillary women but rather the knowledge that sanctimonious Republicans and Libertarians, both men and women, cannot and apparently will not join the Trump Movement which is the last hope and our last chance to save the great country that so many of us have taken for granted. I admit to being incapable of understanding their so severely misguided thinking.

As we approach election day, Americans should remember that a high-stakes poker game is being played with their energy and economic future – with a cabal of billionaires dealing marked cards. These ultra-rich elites operate clandestine networks that transfer millions of dollars from individual, corporate and "charitable foundation” donors … through tax-exempt "educational” nonprofits that do not have to disclose donor names … to activist groups that influence elections, legislation, regulations and public perceptions on energy and environmental issues – so that the billionaires, climate alarmists and their crony-corporatist friends can rake in billions of dollars from government agencies (and our tax dollars) for renewable energy and other schemes.

A lot of this money comes from Russian oligarchs, via an operation centered around San Francisco hedge fund millionaire Nathaniel Simons and his wife, their secretive Sea Change Foundation, and a Bermuda-based law firm and shell company.

Billionaire crony corporatist schemes

Financing "green” companies and pressure groups, to get richer off taxpayers and consumers

Shady cash from Vladimir Putin’s Russian energy oligarchs and other rich donors is being laundered through Bermuda-based lawyers and middlemen to "green” pressure groups, lobbyists and spinmeisters – to promote "green energy” schemes that bring billions of dollars from government agencies (and thus from us taxpayers and consumers) to a cabal of billionaires and crony companies. At the epicenter are hedge fund millionaire Nathaniel Simons, his wife Laura and their secretive Sea Change Foundation.

"Investors” become even wealthier, as billions of dollars are transferred annually to environmentalists, scientists, politicians, bureaucrats and crony-corporatists in Renewable Energy & Climate Crisis, Inc. The alleged "urgency” of replacing fossil fuels with "eco-friendly renewable energy” (to prevent catastrophic manmade climate change) drives and excuses operations that define or barely skirt "corrupt practices.”

Washington is out of control. The IRS targeting conservative groups, Clinton Foundation and national security scandals, FBI pseudo-investigations and whitewashing, bureaucrats imposing $1.9 trillion in economy-crushing regulations that ruin families and communities – with virtually no perpetrators ever held accountable.

Here we are talking about radically and fundamentally dismantling the energy system that powers the American free enterprise, transportation, communication and healthcare systems … replacing it with expensive, subsidized, unreliable, land-hungry wind, solar and biofuel energy – and using vindictive government power to bankrupt and impoverish disfavored factions, while enriching favored allies.

Imagine the trillions of dollars required for the USA to accept the wind industry’s "vision” of 4,000,000 megawatts of electricity from 500,000 to 1,250,000 mega turbines in our Great Lakes and along our Atlantic, Pacific and Gulf of Mexico coasts. Picture the multi trillions required to achieve 50% renewable energy by 2027 and a "100% carbon-free economy” by 2050. Envision the potential billionaire profits!

As the investigators reveal, the billionaires’ green network transfers millions of dollars from individual, corporate and "charitable foundation” donors … through tax-exempt "educational” nonprofits that do not have to disclose donor names … to activist and pressure groups that work to influence elections, legislation, regulations, legal actions and public perceptions on energy and environmental issues. A lot of money originates with Russian and other foreign interests that want to protect their monopoly revenues.

Many wealthy donors and foundations that bankroll these operations also have venture capital firms that invest in "green” energy companies which benefit from the laws, policies, regulations and lawsuits – and from government contracts, grants, guaranteed loans, subsidies, feed-in tariffs, and mandates for energy systems, ethanol blends or wind and solar electricity. In turn, US money can end up in the coffers of radical Australian groups that block coal exports to India, thereby keeping its people mired in poverty.

Coal billionaire/climate activist Tom Steyer and other club members invest in for-profit prisons where inmates make ultra-low-cost solar panels. Warren Buffett funneled millions through his family foundation to the secretive Tides Foundation to pressure groups campaigning against the Keystone and Sandpiper Pipelines, thereby benefitting his railroad and tank car companies that haul oil. Others support North Dakota pipeline protesters who destroyed equipment, mutilated cattle and harassed local residents.

One of the most clandestine, devious arrangements involves firms owned or controlled by Nathaniel Simons and Laura Baxter-Simons. Tax records reveal that their Sea Change Foundation gives tens of millions a year to the Natural Resources Defense Council, Food and Water Watch, US Climate Action Network, League of Conservation Voters, Center for American Progress, White House counselor John Podesta’s Progressive Policy Institute – and Sierra Club, which received millions from Sea Change for its "Beyond Natural Gas” campaign, to battle drilling, fracking, pipelines and hydrocarbon use.

The Simons regularly give millions to Sea Change. Other donors include the Gates Foundation, eBay’s Omidyar Network Fund, David Rockefeller’s personal foundation and the Walmart Foundation. Sea Change also gets money from hedge funds incorporated in Bermuda and headed by Simons’ father Jim, a major Democratic donor whose net worth is over $12 billion.

But much of Sea Change’s funding comes through Bermuda-based Klein, Ltd., whose sole purpose is to channel money covertly to Sea Change and thence to environmental advocacy and "educational” groups. Klein is a shell company that exists only on paper. Its only officers are employees of Bermuda law firm Wakefield Quin, its address is the same as WQ’s, and its registered business agents work for Wakefield.

A sizable portion of Klein’s funds come from the IPOC Group, an international growth fund owned by Russian minister of telecommunications and Putin friend Leonid Reiman; Spectrum Partners, a Moscow-based energy investment firm with major assets in Russian oil and gas; Rosneft, the Russian-government-owned oil and gas giant that is one of Wakefield’s largest clients; and other Russian companies.

Their motives are easy to discern. US fracking has battered Russia’s income, economy and ruble. One way to reverse this is to support groups that oppose drilling, fracking and pipelines – and support wind, solar and biofuel projects that Simons views as the foundation of a future "low-carbon US economy.”

Nat Simons also runs venture capital firms Elan Management and its offshoot Prelude Ventures, which invest in "green energy” companies that benefit from policies that his Sea Change operations promote. At least seven companies in Prelude’s portfolio (including prison-labor solar company Suniva) have received bounteous federal funding from the Energy, Defense, Agriculture and Justice Departments, National Science Foundation and other agencies. Many WQ clients have ties to the Russian government.

Klein, Ltd. director and Wakefield Quin senior counsel Nicholas Hoskins is also a director in the IPOC Group and VP of a London-based investment firm whose president is a member of Putin’s inner circle and used to chair the board of Russia-owned oil company Rosneft. He also serves as director of a holding company with extensive shares in an oil company owned by Russian billionaire Alexander Lebedev.

WQ senior counsel Roderick Forrest operates Medallion Investments and Meritage Investments, hedge funds owned by Nat Simons. Forrest and Hoskins are also tied closely to Spectrum Partners and Marcuard-Spectrum, Moscow-based firms with significant assets in Russian oil and gas.

All these subterranean networks and connections came to light thanks to tax records and the sources cited earlier in this article. It’s no wonder the Senate report called Sea Change "shadowy” and its operations "a deceitful way to hide the source of millions of dollars … attempting to effect political change.”

On the personal front, Simons commutes to work across San Francisco Bay on the "Elan,” a 54-ft, 1,550-HP, gas-guzzling yacht – and manages his household staff and 6,700-sq-ft home via Elan Household LLC. Ms. Baxter-Simons fired their 9-months-pregnant housekeeper after she requested maternity leave. But their planet-focused ethical star shines bright in environmentalist skies.

On this Halloween eve, it is truly frightening to grasp the extent to which America’s politicians, policies, laws, regulations, energy, economy, jobs and future are controlled by a cabal of stealthy billionaires – who receive billions from state and federal government agencies, and use those riches to become even wealthier, more powerful, and more in control of our lives, livelihoods, living standards and liberties.

A short while ago, I was throwing out some old boxes from electronics items from my closet when I found my old 2003 computer, running Windows XP and decided to donate it to charity today on a Sunday. In NY that is possible because there are a number of Goodwill stores that are open. Goodwill is not legally a 501(c)3 charity, I've been told, and and thus also not church affiliated.

I copied down three addresses, two in Manhattan (at 25th Street and 14th Street) and one in Queens - and I also noted they were near the Salvation Army center on 14th Street that is closed on Sunday because they are a real religious charity.

So after a phone call to Goodwill, I headed down to 25th Street via subway. In the store, was told to put the computer alongside their counter and I also presented them with a DVD from the store I wanted to buy. I paid $4.32 and looked inside the box to see...no DVD. So I asked for a refund. The idiot clerks told me they have a no refund policy (I never got the merchandise but that doesn't matter to them). After mentioning the computer I just gave them cost $400 new years ago, I quickly told them I was taking the computer back and put it on my folding luggage cart. I exchanged the DVD for another which had a disk in the box and I walked down to 14th Street with my computer.

At 14th Street I made a "wrong turn" and found myself walking west and near the closed Salvation Army center where I asked a guard sitting outside if I could make a donation of the item on my cart. He was smart enough to say yes and opened a side door into the building where I left it. I was not looking for a tax receipt because it wouldn't make much difference to me. As I told the guard, "The Good Lord directed me to the Right Place."

Here are memories of Hillary Clinton that should give one pause to either vote for her or sit this election out. No doubt you can remember more.

1.Hillary got a man who raped a 12 year old girl off with two months in prison when she first moved to Arkansas. There was no question he was guilty. She laughed about it in an interview later.

2.When Hillary first got in the White House she wanted to put her cronies (the Tomasons) in charge of travel arrangements. The White House Travel office was a career bureaucratic agency and not subject to removal. So Hillary trumped up charges of malfeasance and corruption against the head of the agency, a career man with an impeccable record named Billy Dale. Jurors deliberated mere minutes before finding Dale innocent of all charges, but this allowed Hillary to give her friends his job.

3.Hillary created the "bimbo eruptions" squad to suppress women who were misused by her husband. The squad was designed to destroy the reputations of women who made accusations of sexual misconduct against Bill, and this included a credible forcible rape charge from Juanita Broderick and two other sexual assault charges. Hillary, the champion of women, had no problem destroying them when they got in her way.

4. Hillary's eyes move independently, like some sort of Batman villain.

5. Hillary created an even worse version of Obamacare - known then as Hillarycare - in secret.

6. Hillary made tons of money in cattle futures. That is almost never done by honest beginners, but with a little help from your friends it can be accomplished. It works this way; Hillary's chums paid out the losses and let her have the winnings. It's like a rigged game of cards. The point is to bribe Hillary while doing so in a way that appears legal.

7. Hillary and Bill invested in a scheme known as the Whitewater Development Corporation in which they sold resort land to elderly people. Bill pressured his buddy David Hale to loan taxpayer guaranteed funds to Susan MacDougall to finance the deal (against the law) and thus guarantee the Clinton’s wouldn't lose money. Whitewater was never what was promised, and those who purchased property lost their shirts.

8. Hillary, when she was a young woman was on the Watergate committee, tried to deny Nixon legal counsel, tried to prevent Congress from holding hearings, and tried to prevent cross-examination of witnesses. In short, she tried to railroad Nixon. When her boss refused, she stole documents from a secure facility that showed legal counsel was a precedent in the impeachment of William O. Douglass. Her boss fired her for unethical behavior and in fact refused to give her a referral for future jobs in Washington. It was shortly after that that Hillary moved to Arkansas with Bill (her career was derailed by her behavior.)

9. Hillary shrieks like a howler monkey when she attempts to show passion "I am sick and tired..." William Shakespeare would never have written the Taming of the Shrew if he could have heard Hillary.

10. Hillary failed to protect the Ambassador in Libya and some of his staff, then blamed it on a goofy Youtube video, despite solid Intel that a major attack was being planned and desperate pleas from the Ambassador for better security. No help came despite pleas from security people on the ground, and in fact a stand-down order was given. Hillary then lied to the public, saying it was all about this video. Worse, she saw to it that an innocent man - the filmmaker - went to jail to hide HER crimes.

11. Hillary's top aid is a woman whose family are very important members of the Muslim Brotherhood and who should never have gotten a security clearance. As it now stands, Huma Abedin was sharing a computer with her husband that contained sensitive information - her husband, whom Hillary introduced to her, is infamous as a flasher and digital molester of women.

12. Hillary set up a private server to hide her communications from the world. Included in this were e-mails containing classified information (including e-mails from President Obama under a pseudonym). When these e-mails were subpoenaed by Congress she used a specialty product called Bleachbit to not just remove them but make them unrecoverable. That is prima fascia evidence of criminality, evidence tampering. Why did she need to do that?

13. Hillary was using her family foundation to launder bribe money from foreign governments. If you donated enough cash to the Clinton Foundation you got a meeting with Huma Abedin. If you donated more you got Bill, and more yet you got a meeting with the Queen. It was selling the U.S. foreign policy. Bill and Hillary were flat broke when they left the White House, and are now worth over a quarter of a million dollars, despite not starting a business, taking over as CEO of a major corporation, or doing anything that could earn that sort of cash. Where did it come from? Bill made as much as half a million dollars on speeches, which he often got after accepting donations to the Clinton Foundation.

14. After receiving large donations from Russian oligarchs Hillary facilitated a deal that allowed the Russians to purchase a quarter of all uranium deposits in the United States, thus allowing them to build more nuclear weapons and denying that material to the U.S., whose nuclear arsenal goes back to before Ronald Reagan was president. She made a tidy sum on that.

15. Hillary talks about caring about children yet supports partial birth abortion, a practice where a viable baby is born except for the head and a scissors is jammed into the base of the child's skull, killing the poor thing. For a person who cares about children she sure has seen to it that a lot of them have died horrible deaths.

16. She wears Mao Jackets.

17. She used to wear giant insectile glasses and no makeup. Early photos of her make her look like a refugee from Melmak, the home planet of Alf.

18. Hillary and Bill accepted money from James Riady, a shady Indonesian businessman. Bill signed into law an executive order locking up all of America's clean coal in Utah in a National Park so that Riady - who owned all the rest of the clean coal - would wind up the King of Coal. Riady funneled a great deal of money into the Clinton coffers for his re-election bid.

19 Bill and Hillary knew a restaurateur named Charlie Trie in Arkansas, and Trie funneled Chinese money into Clinton's re-election coffers in return for a waiver allowing Loral Aerospace to fix Chinese satellite launch vehicles. This effectively gave China the ICBM, making it possible for the Chinese to nuke American cities. Bill and Hill didn't care; they stayed in Washington with illegal Chinese cash.

20. When leaving the White House Hillary stole the china, the silverware, and furniture. Their staff vandalized the offices, tearing the "W" out of computers and typewriting equipment.

23. Bill and Hillary stole 900 files from the FBI full of sensitive information on Congressmen and other potential political enemies. When caught they simply claimed it an oversight but did not return the files for over a year. One must wonder if that is why the GOP was so frightened of impeaching Clinton, and why the Senate trial was noticeably a farce, with people like Betty Curry, Clinton's secretary, not being forced to testify under oath.

24. She is the one who insisted on not settling the lawsuit with Paula Jones for sexual harassment, which ultimately led to the discovery of Monica Lewinski, which led to Bill's impeachment.

25. Hillary voted for the war in Iraq before opposing it.

26. Hillary wears pants suits which flatter her slender thighs.

27. Hillary claimed to have landed in a chopper in Kosovo under sniper fire, which has been demonstrated to be a complete fabrication.

28. Wikileaks shows that Hillary received debate questions in advance from Donna Brazille - and likely others. Her debate performances were just that - memorized speeches. In other words, she cheated.

29. Hillary was likely having an affair with Vince Foster, who turned up dead in a Washington park. Documents were removed from Foster's office, documents that have never been found. Foster was found lying with a mortal head wound, the gun in the wrong hand and no blood on the ground. Only the park police were allowed to investigate. They ruled it a suicide.

30. Records related to Hillary's Arkansas employer - the Rose Law Firm - turned up in the trunk of a junk car in Little Rock. These records had been under subpoena because they related to Hillary's activities in Whitewater.

31. Hillary lies about her health; she is clearly a very sick woman, but she pretends all is well. Doctors and aids hover about her with syringes and to render assistance should she stumble.

32. Hillary claimed to have been named for Sir Edmund Hillary, but Sir Edmund didn't climb Mt. Everest until several years AFTER her birth.

33. Hillary was against gay marriage before she was for it.

34. Hillary's camp started the "birther" movement by noting Obama may not have been born in the U.S. and thus not eligible to be President. She now denies any association with that and attacks Trump for his prior association with questions about Obama's eligibility, calling Trump a racist in the process.

35. Hillary donated a million dollars to charity - her own charity, the Clinton Foundation. When Bill was in office the took deductions for used underwear they donated to poor people (who on God's Green Earth would want Bill Clinton's used underwear? I hope he at least laundered it, but knowing these two probably didn't.)

36. Recently a Clinton aid named Seth Rich was found dead, the apparent victim of a random crime. Only his wallet wasn't taken and he was shot in the back. He joins the ranks of 47 some-odd people who have had close contact with the Clinton family and wound up meeting a bad end. There was an intern named Mary Mahoney who was going to testify to the Starr committee who was shot while sitting in a Starbucks. There was Clinton attorney Charles Ruff, who was found dead in his bed with no apparent cause of death. There was Vince Foster. There was James MacDougall, who went to prison to cover for Bill and died after being denied his blood pressure medication and, according to other inmates, was harassed night and day by guards until he died.

32.Her Russian "reset" has led Putin and company to assert itself all over the world, be it an invasion of Ukraine, war on our allies in Syria, buzzing our ships and planes around the world, etc.

33. Her Iranian scheme guarantees the right of Iran to develop a nuclear bomb and we pay them to do it!

34. Secretary of Commerce Ron Brown sold seats on a diplomatic trip to China to be siphoned into the Clinton coffers. Hillary was point woman on that little scandal back in the '90's. Brown is conveniently deceased (and Bill Clinton was caught on camera yucking it up at his funeral.)

35. Bill and Hillary sold the Lincoln Bedroom to the highest bidders for campaign donations.

36. Drug lord Jorge Cabrera made a huge donation to the Clintons, leading to an invite to the White House without the Secret Service present.

37. Hillary insulted an invited speaker - Sen. Edward Brooke of Massachusetts - at her Wellesley commencement speech. She also insulted the Dean, who had been her mentor and friend. Hillary saw the chance to personal advancement by breaking from her until then comitous approach. It started her political career. 40. Hillary failed the bar exam in Washington and that, as much as anything, led her to leave with HillBilly and move to Arkansas.

I noticed in your Washington Post column today, Wednesday, November 2nd, that you said, "FBI Director James Comey's October Surprise decision to cast last minute shade over Hillary Clinton, based on e-mails he and his agents had never read was appallingly unfair". Do you believe that his July decision to refrain from recommending action against Clinton even though he and his agents agreed that her actions met the test of criminal behavior was "appallingly unfair"? I do not recall you shedding crocodile tears concerning that miscarriage of justice. It is only now, that the future of your compromised princess is in jeopardy, that you summon outrage. Your newspaper has reached a new low in hypocrisy!

I watched part of the World Series on tv as it featured both NRA pro-Trump ads and more Hillary campaign ads.

In one ad, Hillary talks about Trump bragging that he could go into the women contestants' dressing room at one of his beauty pagents and see the women nude or semi-undressed. The first thought that came to mind was that thousands of schools and a number of businesses such as Target allow and encourage men to join the women in both their restrooms and dressing rooms. So if Trump is a pig for going into one dressing room, what does that make Obama and Hillary for their bathroom and dressing room policies? It was a pathetic commercials. And women across America, who both shop and have children in school, were reminded of the same things I was when watching "Miss Manners" Hillary speak in her tv commercial.

There’s a price to be paid for everything — even for being politically correct in a "politically correct time.” A  HYPERLINK "http://boston.cbslocal.com/2016/10/27/nfl-ratings-national-anthem-protests-poll/"
new poll shows that the main cause of the National Football League’s much discussed ratings drop is, in fact, the National Anthem Protests sparked by the very ignorant and callow Colin Kaepernick.

But here’s the really bad news for the NFL: some of the boycotting fans may never come back.

Watching sports is frivolity, a non-essential luxury, and people are creatures of habit. If fans stay away for a while, fill that time with other pursuits (perhaps more worthwhile ones), they may just find they don’t miss football all that much. Or they may watch more college ball and discover they like it more. Pro football isn’t indispensable.

It’s much as when people give up soda, sugar, going out to clubs or anything else: they often lose their taste for what they once found so alluring. Admittedly, this theory about permanent NFL fan loss is just that, a theory. But there’s no doubt the feckless, cowardly, corrupt NFL is playing with fire. Many believe the quality of play has declined, football is getting a lot of bad press, and today’s sports entertainment business is very competitive, with many in the younger generations watching extreme sports or mixed martial arts. Football is much like boxing: old school. There’s no guarantee the NFL can replace its old fans with new ones.

Besides being immoral and irresponsible, the NFL has been, in a word, phony. Many will say the San Francisco 49ers’ "Kaepernick has a right to protest, but…,” and the NFL has postured, bloviating about "freedom of speech.” As Niners coach Chip Kelly  HYPERLINK "http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000691077/article/colin-kaepernick-explains-why-he-sat-during-national-anthem"
said recently, "Kaepernick's decision to not stand during the Anthem is ‘his right as a citizen’ and ‘it's not my right to tell him not to do something.” But this is nonsense. Freedom of speech only guarantees freedom from government infringement upon speech, and the NFL is a private entity that is like any other workplace: it sets conduct rules.

more willing to shoot white suspects, no doubt due to conditioning stemming from the fear of career and personal destruction.

Many people are aware of at least some of the above information. And NFL leadership appears to be like so many other pseudo-elites: unaware that the average person doesn’t subscribe to doctrinaire political correctness. Even many people who may be somewhat sympathetic to BLM bushwa don’t think showing disrespect to our nation is a proper response or that an NFL game is the proper venue for disruptive social activism.

In other words, there’s no moral, market or legal incentive to allow Kaepernick’s BLM protests. The NFL’s policy is, on balance, all downside and no upside. Its leadership’s thinking is offside, with stupid men governing stupid players and pursuing stupid policy. And as is said, life is hard — it’s a lot harder when you’re stupid.

Jerry Zeifman, a lifelong Democrat, supervised the work of 27-year-old Hillary Rodham on the committee. Hillary got a job working on the investigation at the behest of her former law professor, Burke Marshall, who was also Sen. Ted Kennedy’s chief counsel in the Chappaquiddick affair. When the investigation was over, Zeifman fired Hillary from the committee staff and refused to give her a letter of recommendation – one of only three people who earned that dubious distinction in Zeifman’s 17-year career.

Why?

"Because she was a liar,” Zeifman said in an interview last week. "She was an unethical, dishonest lawyer. She conspired to violate the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the committee and the rules of confidentiality.”
How could a 27-year-old House staff member do all that? She couldn’t do it by herself, but Zeifman said she was one of several individuals – including Marshall, special counsel John Doar and senior associate special counsel (and future Clinton White House Counsel) Bernard Nussbaum – who engaged in a seemingly implausible scheme to deny Richard Nixon the right to counsel during the investigation.

Why would they want to do that? Because, according to Zeifman, they feared putting Watergate break-in mastermind E. Howard Hunt on the stand to be cross-examined by counsel to the president. Hunt, Zeifman said, had the goods on nefarious activities in the Kennedy Administration that would have made Watergate look like a day at the beach – including Kennedy’s purported complicity in the attempted assassination of Fidel Castro.

The actions of Hillary and her cohorts went directly against the judgment of top Democrats, up to and including then-House Majority Leader Tip O’Neill, that Nixon clearly had the right to counsel. Zeifman says that Hillary, along with Marshall, Nussbaum and Doar, was determined to gain enough votes on the Judiciary Committee to change House rules and deny counsel to Nixon. And in order to pull this off, Zeifman says Hillary wrote a fraudulent legal brief, and confiscated public documents to hide her deception.

"As soon as the impeachment resolutions were introduced by (then-House Minority Leader Gerald) Ford, and they were referred to the House Judiciary Committee, the first thing Douglas did was hire himself a lawyer,” Zeifman said.

The Judiciary Committee allowed Douglas to keep counsel, thus establishing the precedent. Zeifman says he told Hillary that all the documents establishing this fact were in the Judiciary Committee’s public files. So what did Hillary do?

"Hillary then removed all the Douglas files to the offices where she was located, which at that time was secured and inaccessible to the public,” Zeifman said. Hillary then proceeded to write a legal brief arguing there was no precedent for the right to representation by counsel during an impeachment proceeding – as if the Douglas case had never occurred.

The brief was so fraudulent and ridiculous, Zeifman believes Hillary would have been disbarred if she had submitted it to a judge.

Zeifman says that if Hillary, Marshall, Nussbaum and Doar had succeeded, members of the House Judiciary Committee would have also been denied the right to cross-examine witnesses, and denied the opportunity to even participate in the drafting of articles of impeachment against Nixon.

Notice how Hillary stole the files that proved William O. Douglas was given counsel when he was impeached; this was reminiscent of the Sandy Berger theft of secure documents to protect the Clintons. And remember that Hillary's Chief of Staff Margaret Williams stole documents from Vince Foster's office immediately after Foster's death. And the FBI found Hillary's fingerprints on hundreds of pages of Rose Law Firm documents under subpeona - documents that were found in the White HOuse. Hillary testified she didn't know how they got there.

According to Discover the Networks, Hillary did the following:

* Took a $100,000 bribe, camouflaged as futures trades, from Tyson Foods Inc.
* Speculated in Health Care industry futures while overseeing legislative reform of same.
* Failed to correct false testimony by co-defendant Ira Magaziner in Health Care trial.
* Obstructed justice by ordering the shredding of Vince Foster's documents in the Rose Law Firm.
* Ordered members of the Health Care Task Force to shred documents that were the target of a court probe.
* Ordered the removal of documents from Vince Foster's office and told aides to lie about their removal of documents.
* Obstructed justice by keeping her billing records, a document sought under subpoena, in the White House residence.
* Lied to investigators about her knowledge about billing records.
* Lied to investigators about her involvement in the Castle Grande land flip con.
* Ordered the use of the FBI to discredit Travel Office employees.
* Lied to investigators about her involvement in the firing of Travel Office Employees.
* A Federal judge orders a trial on July 25, 1994 to determine if Hillary Clinton's heath care task force illegally operated in secret.
* The White House finally releases more than 2,000 documents on June 25, 1996, relating to the travel office firings, originally requested two years prior by congressional investigators.

Zeifman argues that Hillary was an operative for the Kennedy family, keeping in daily contact with their representatives and working to prevent the Camelot gang from being exposed as lawbreakers. The Kennedy family certainly got away with murder, so the lessons of Watergate is to get ahead of any possible damaging leak. Hillary learned her lessons well.

By the way, I found a genealogical table for Hillary's ancestry. She claims to have Native American ancestors in her autobiography and that turns out to be another Clinton lie.

You do it. I do it. He does it. She does it. The guy down the block does it. Everyone engages in profiling — continually.

For example, if you see a bunch of rough-hewn young men walking down the block and you move to the other side; if you patronize the deli with the clean-cut guy behind the counter and not the one with the tattooed, body-pierced, greasy-haired Greenwich Village retread; or prefer a 50-year-old school bus driver for your child to a 22-year-old one, you’ve engaged in profiling. How about when a mother would choose a 17-year-old girl to babysit her child but definitely not a 17-year-old boy because most child molestation is committed by males? Is that fair? After all, just as most Muslims don’t engage in terrorism, most young men don’t molest children. But life’s not fair. And anyone who thinks a profile is invalidated simply because most members of the group in question don’t conform to it, doesn’t understand profiling.

As Dr. Walter Williams has put it, profiling is a method by which we can make decisions based on scant information when the cost of obtaining more information would be too high. For example, since you can’t spend a month living with a prospective babysitter, getting to know him personally, we have to use "an observable or known physical attribute as a proxy or estimator of some other unobservable or unknown attribute,” as Williams has put it. It’s the same with airport security, where thousands of people must be screened within a short time. And doctors profile, too; to use some examples Williams has cited, black men have a prostate cancer rate twice that of white men, physicians check women and not men for breast cancer even though men occasionally develop it, and recommend prostate exams for men over 40 but not for 25-year-olds. When a doctor does this, is he guilty of "racism,” "sexism” and "ageism”?

What all this reflects is simply the reality of "diversity.” And given that criminality isn’t the one area of life where differences among groups suddenly cease to exist, it’s not surprising that authorities, instead of checking their brain at the door, also use profiling. In their realm, the practice is used to determine the probability that a given individual has committed a crime or has criminal intent. And a profile can include many factors. For example, I’m a member of perhaps the most profiled group in the nation — men — who police view more suspiciously than women because men commit an inordinate portion of the crime. Young people are also viewed more suspiciously for the same reason.

Aside from sex and age, other factors in a criminal profile can pertain to dress, behavior, the car being driven, whether a person is out of place in a given neighborhood and many other things — including race, ethnicity and religion. And this is where we have to be careful not to descend into prejudice and unjust discrimination.

Of course, we have to know what that would be. Here’s a good example: if you bat not an eye at profiling men or young people but then complain about profiling Muslims or blacks, you’re prejudiced. If you insist that considering racial factors is "racism” but don’t call the profiling of men and the young "sexism” and "ageism,” you’re prejudiced. And if after having been made aware of this double standard, you persist in it, you are, practically speaking, a bad person.

This point cannot be made often enough. There are only two kinds of profiling: Good profiling and bad profiling. Good profiling considers all relevant factors, in accordance with legitimate criminological science; bad profiling does not. Yet propagandists, and the genuinely misguided, have convinced people that the truth is precisely the opposite of what it is: that not cherry-picking — refusing to exclude certain relevant racial factors from a profile — is so-called "racial profiling” and is wrong. (They descend into further inanity in claiming that profiling Muslims is "racial profiling” even though "Islam” is not a race.)

I wrote "certain relevant racial factors” because the anti-profiling crew has no problem profiling whites. For example, we often hear that mass shooters are inordinately white; the kicker here is that this is untrue. As I demonstrated in 2014 by analyzing data provided by left-wing site Mother Jones, whites commit mass shootings in accordance with their overall percentage of the population (interestingly, the only group overrepresented in this category was Americans of Asian descent). This brings us to another point: leftists engage in profiling no less than anyone else.

They just do it all wrong.

Consider: immediately following the 2015 San Bernardino shooting, MSNBC suggested it might have been perpetrated by pro-lifers (profile: "white Christians”). CNN opined that it could have been the handiwork of militia types (profile: "white Christians”). Of course, probability dictated the culprits were precisely who they turned out to be: Muslims. This brings us to the last point: the Left engages in projection when it complains that comprehensive profiling reflects prejudice and unjust discrimination.

In reality, the Left’s profiling is all about prejudice and unjust discrimination.

As Dictionary.com informs, a prejudice is "an unfavorable opinion or feeling formed beforehand or without knowledge, thought, or reason.” The assumption that the San Bernardino terrorists were Muslim wasn’t a prejudice, but simply a reflection of criminological knowledge. Likewise, that 87 percent of those targeted by the NYC police’s stop-and-frisk program were black or Hispanic didn’t reflect prejudice, but the reality that 96 percent of all crimes in NYC are committed by blacks and Hispanics.

In contrast, the Left’s profiling is not about scientific correctness but political correctness, not about what a group does but what it is. Can a group be profiled? Christians, yes; Muslims, no. Whites, yes; blacks, no. Men, yes; women, no. Heterosexuals, yes; homosexuals, no. It is all prejudice, all of the time.

Unfortunately, none of the arguments above, no matter how well or how often stated, will do anything to purge this leftist prejudice. To paraphrase satirist Jonathan Swift, You cannot reason a man out of a position he has not reasoned himself into. Leftists are divorced from Truth and operate based on feelings, and a misbegotten emotional attachment cannot be remedied with an intellectual approach. Instead, political correctness must die. Until exhibiting such means what speaking the Truth does now — scorn, ostracism and career destruction — until it is rooted out from the culture-shaping media, academia and entertainment, we’ll be left with the Left’s profiling and not the right profiling.

How could this be accomplished? By counteracting the social code of political correctness and its attendant social pressure with social pressure designed to deny posturing leftists their illusory high ground; turn a source of moral preening into a source of shame. To oppose proper profiling is to harm our society. To support unjust double standards in profiling is to be prejudiced. And doing this even after hearing the truth, is to be a bad person.

As Dr. Walter Williams has put it, profiling is a method by which we can make decisions based on scant information when the cost of obtaining more information would be too high. For example, since you can’t spend a month living with a prospective babysitter, getting to know him personally, we have to use "an observable or known physical attribute as a proxy or estimator of some other unobservable or unknown attribute,” as Williams has put it. It’s the same with airport security, where thousands of people must be screened within a short time. And doctors profile, too; to use some examples Williams has cited, black men have a prostate cancer rate twice that of white men, physicians check women and not men for breast cancer even though men occasionally develop it, and recommend prostate exams for men over 40 but not for 25-year-olds. When a doctor does this, is he guilty of "racism,” "sexism” and "ageism”?

What all this reflects is simply the reality of "diversity.” And given that criminality isn’t the one area of life where differences among groups suddenly cease to exist, it’s not surprising that authorities, instead of checking their brain at the door, also use profiling. In their realm, the practice is used to determine the probability that a given individual has committed a crime or has criminal intent. And a profile can include many factors. For example, I’m a member of perhaps the most profiled group in the nation — men — who police view more suspiciously than women because men commit an inordinate portion of the crime. Young people are also viewed more suspiciously for the same reason.

Aside from sex and age, other factors in a criminal profile can pertain to dress, behavior, the car being driven, whether a person is out of place in a given neighborhood and many other things — including race, ethnicity and religion. And this is where we have to be careful not to descend into prejudice and unjust discrimination.

Of course, we have to know what that would be. Here’s a good example: if you bat not an eye at profiling men or young people but then complain about profiling Muslims or blacks, you’re prejudiced. If you insist that considering racial factors is "racism” but don’t call the profiling of men and the young "sexism” and "ageism,” you’re prejudiced. And if after having been made aware of this double standard, you persist in it, you are, practically speaking, a bad person.

This point cannot be made often enough. There are only two kinds of profiling: Good profiling and bad profiling. Good profiling considers all relevant factors, in accordance with legitimate criminological science; bad profiling does not. Yet propagandists, and the genuinely misguided, have convinced people that the truth is precisely the opposite of what it is: that not cherry-picking — refusing to exclude certain relevant racial factors from a profile — is so-called "racial profiling” and is wrong. (They descend into further inanity in claiming that profiling Muslims is "racial profiling” even though "Islam” is not a race.)

I wrote "certain relevant racial factors” because the anti-profiling crew has no problem profiling whites. For example, we often hear that mass shooters are inordinately white; the kicker here is that this is untrue. As I demonstrated in 2014 by analyzing data provided by left-wing site Mother Jones, whites commit mass shootings in accordance with their overall percentage of the population (interestingly, the only group overrepresented in this category was Americans of Asian descent). This brings us to another point: leftists engage in profiling no less than anyone else.

They just do it all wrong.

Consider: immediately following the 2015 San Bernardino shooting, MSNBC suggested it might have been perpetrated by pro-lifers (profile: "white Christians”). CNN opined that it could have been the handiwork of militia types (profile: "white Christians”). Of course, probability dictated the culprits were precisely who they turned out to be: Muslims. This brings us to the last point: the Left engages in projection when it complains that comprehensive profiling reflects prejudice and unjust discrimination.

In reality, the Left’s profiling is all about prejudice and unjust discrimination.

As Dictionary.com informs, a prejudice is "an unfavorable opinion or feeling formed beforehand or without knowledge, thought, or reason.” The assumption that the San Bernardino terrorists were Muslim wasn’t a prejudice, but simply a reflection of criminological knowledge. Likewise, that 87 percent of those targeted by the NYC police’s stop-and-frisk program were black or Hispanic didn’t reflect prejudice, but the reality that 96 percent of all crimes in NYC are committed by blacks and Hispanics.

In contrast, the Left’s profiling is not about scientific correctness but political correctness, not about what a group does but what it is. Can a group be profiled? Christians, yes; Muslims, no. Whites, yes; blacks, no. Men, yes; women, no. Heterosexuals, yes; homosexuals, no. It is all prejudice, all of the time.

Unfortunately, none of the arguments above, no matter how well or how often stated, will do anything to purge this leftist prejudice. To paraphrase satirist Jonathan Swift, You cannot reason a man out of a position he has not reasoned himself into. Leftists are divorced from Truth and operate based on feelings, and a misbegotten emotional attachment cannot be remedied with an intellectual approach. Instead, political correctness must die. Until exhibiting such means what speaking the Truth does now — scorn, ostracism and career destruction — until it is rooted out from the culture-shaping media, academia and entertainment, we’ll be left with the Left’s profiling and not the right profiling.

How could this be accomplished? By counteracting the social code of political correctness and its attendant social pressure with social pressure designed to deny posturing leftists their illusory high ground; turn a source of moral preening into a source of shame. To oppose proper profiling is to harm our society. To support unjust double standards in profiling is to be prejudiced. And doing this even after hearing the truth, is to be a bad person.
