The Biden Administration has proposed giving first-time home buyers a $5,000 credit.
This is the equivalent of giving homebuyers a 1.5% mortgage rate reduction for 2 years.
President Biden has also proposed a $10,000 credit to middle-class families who sell their starter home.
Home supply is currently 35% below the historical average in the US.
Affordability has gotten so bad that the government literally wants to pay you to sell.
All while interest rate cuts are pushed back and the average home is selling for a massive $418,000.
