Not sure I get the massage here. Were the 50,000 mail in ballots in addition to the 84,000 enumerated votes for the two candidates? Of those mail in ballots, how many were for Biden and how many for Trump? Delaware has a population of 973,000, and only 130,000 voted? Or if the 50,000 were included in the enumerated votes, only 84,000 voted. Even for a primary, that's a really low turnout. The numbers, as presented, make no sense.

I think the answer is "yes"; the point Richard is making is that the vote tally goes way over the actual votes received. At least that's what I took from it. I'll see if I can get him to clarify.

So there was no in-person voting? Is that the point that was not made? Not that there were 50,000 mail in ballots, but that there were 50,000 total ballots because mail in ballots was the only method of voting? I would be skeptical that, in a state of 970,000, only 50,000 people voted in an open primary. Somebody is shoveling manure.
