Smallpox has a mortality rate of just 35% so this is hdeadly. It is more along the lines of Marburg - lethal.

Strange how the health Nazis don't seem to worry about such things. No doubt they'll try to bring the infected here to the U.S. as Obama did with Ebola patients during the outbreak when he was president.
