A new keyboard can be had from Amazon for as little as $11. Quite nice ones can be gotten for as little as $24. Mine is a Logitech wireless, which was only $68 or so.

You may be able to beat that price for a Logitech wireless (bundled with a wireless mouse) at Walmart. I did, a few months back, when my Dell keyboard suddenly died. But you'll have to get in your truck and go there if you want one NOW, and I know you're -- well, up to your arse in alligators, so to speak.

Thanks-Bill.I-plan-to-try-to-do-that-as-soon-as-time-permits--something-that-does-not-look-promising.
I-had-an-old-keyboard-but-it-didn't-have-a-usb-port-hookup,but-rather-a-round-one-that-didn't-fit-the-laptop.Guess-I'll-have-to-buy-one.
