About that Hunter Charge...

Timothy Birdnow

So Hunter Weiner Biden is being charged with a gun crime. Interesting.

First, I find it interesting because he's being charged WITH A GUN CRIME and not over the corruption and bribery that is the meat of his illegal activities, or with the drugs. Democrats hate guns and if they have to take him out they would love to do it with a criminal gun charge. I would add Biden would get 25 years for essentially exercising his Constitutional right to a firearm.

So they assault the Second Amendment in the process of charging the Weiner Hunter.

Second, we must ask what this will do, and consider the timing. This will tie up multiple witnesses, who will be prevented from testifying before Congress. This is the key here; Kevin McCarthy just announced an impeachment inquiry and BLAM! Hunter gets charged by Weiss. The two cannot possibly be coincidental; there are no coincidences in politics. No, it was designed to kneecap any investiagions by the House as part of the impeachment inquiry.

It will also gin up support for 10% Joe, the Big Guy. Continuing with an impeachment inquiry will appear to be beating u on a senile old man. (I suspect Biden has actually been manuevered or outright told to play the senile old man in order to divert attention away from his Adminstration's policies and make America feel sorry for him. It c ertainly helped Biden during the 2020 campaign, especially the debate where squishy moderates thought Trump mean for going after Abe Simpson there.)

Of course nothing can tie a gun charge to Joe Biden.

BUT I suspect this is a shot across the bow for Captain Peachfuzz; they are letting him know they can and will take him out if they must. This is their way of saying to Biden he had better obey if they tell him to quit. They can let Hunter off the hook if needed, or not. And they can go after him as easily as Hunter.

Another point; this will be tried either in California or D.C. What are the odds of Hunter being convcted in either place? Pretty slim. And if Hunter IS convicted Joe can simply pardon him.

Any way you look at this it means the Democrats win. This was and is a way to short-circuit the House investigations and immunize the Biden family as long as they continue to play ball.

1 Not so simple for Joe to pardon him. First thing, if he does, the optics are just terrible. More to the point, if he does, he takes away Hunter's ability to plead the Fifth in any court situation he finds himself in -- and he well may, since pardons don't grant you an automatic walk-away-from-everything. At best, Joe might pardon him at the end of his term in office -- his ONLY term, we all hope. The term where he may well try to pardon himself from impeachment.
