Has anyone else spotted yet that the ‘evidence’ in the indictment consists of lots of photos of storage boxes with zero proof of what’s in them?
And transcripts of conversations with no audio or recording of them?
In other words you have to imagine that what is in the box is top secret documents with the exact nature described by people who have provided no evidence of that except the OUTSIDE of the bog standard department store box said to contain these things?
You also have to imagine that the conversations took place, because no evidence of them taking place has been provided.
What’s to stop me typing a conversation between Biden and Zuckerberg about what a mind blowing orgasm they just shared from fucking a goat? They both like kids, I hear. And then when it’s all nicely typed up I look up Bestiality Statute 2.40A, paragraph C, and call it an indictment!
All possible if I happen to be a Soros funded DA in a Democrat area!
And then people can say ‘damn, this really nails them, look, it’s all written down!’
Does it not occur to people that in the absence of audio or film a conversation can just be written without having happened?
Wait, wait….people can MAKE THIS SHIT UP? Are you telling me that FILM DIALOGUE ISN’T REAL!? They just type it on a bit of paper?
If you think about it, a movie provides more evidence than this indictment. After all, it has the script AND the film!
This might be why, and I’m just guessing here, just brainstorming, you know, just throwing out ideas….coukd this be why the Nixon tapes were, you know…tapes? Could this be why Ricco cases were built on RECORDINGS backed by specific names, times and places? This is CRAZY……evidence

isn’t just something you have typed?
And it’s not even photographs of boxes! Who knew?
It’s like there is a whole world out there of things that prove stuff! My god, wait till the Department of Justice hears about this! Wait till CNN gets ahold of this concept. Like we don’t just type ‘murder weapon’, we FIND an actual murder weapon! This is going to revolutionise the whole world of policing. Real things that prove stuff. Linked to dates, times, names, places, audio and film!
Next time get THAT. This time, obviously….
Photos of boxes. We got this! Have you seen those boxes that might be empty, might be full, might have secret documents, might not, and possibly could be filled with the lost treasures of Atlantis?
What more proof do you need?
This should be called Schrodinger’s Evidence. It might be in the box, it might not. It might be simultaneously in the box and not in the box. Who knows? Who cares? Guilty as charged.

In the movie "My Cousin Vinny" Joe Pesci's character Vinnie Gambini tells his nephew, who is accused of murder, how it works:

"The proseucutor is going to build a wall. He'll show you playing cards and tell you they are bricks. He's going to point out the shaep, the color, everything. But he's not going to show you them edge on. His case is as thin as these playing cards."

This is what is happening here.

You can indict a ham sandwich, they say. That's because there is no burden of proof. There just needs to be some evidence to take it to trial. This was nothing but an indictment without any real evidence - just some innuendo. And it's not even designed to get a conviction but rather to frighten independents, to make already skittish Republicans run for cover, and to get the Left to open their wallets and give money, money, money. This is election tampering. It is, in my opinion, a crime. This special prosecutor needs to be charged with election itnerference.

Trump needs to take this to SCOTUS now and get an emergency injunction. That is what the Supreme Court was originally intended to do. This is a horrible power grab by an out-of-ccontrol Executive Branch.
