Democrat Racist in her own Words

Timothy Birdnow

"We don’t need anymore brown faces that don’t want to be a brown voice,”

Congresswoman Ayana Pressley D-Massachussetts

Whatever happened to "judge people not by the color of their skin byut by the content of their characte"r? When did race come to be the sole denominator of how people think and vote?

Why is it only Republicans are racist and not Democratic "people of color" who demand obedience of "brown faces"?

Ilhan Omar Happened 'cause the media lied to you

Dana Mathewson

From David Steinberg at PJ Media. Here's a sample...

Three years ago, most American newsrooms picked Ilhan Omar -- despite her crawling Jew-hatred and evidence of an extensive criminal past -- to be the transcendent face America needed to fight bigotry and federal corruption. Reporters apparently chose to lie about Omar to help birth a more trusting country...

A former child refugee from civil war, Omar was perceived as a best-case image for shepherding progressive causes against President Trump. Ilhan Omar’s individual character, however, was openly trending towards worst-case.

She had written anti-Semitic statements indistinguishable from the Protocols of the Elders of Zion. She had disturbing associations with Islamic terror-tied groups. Sources within the Minneapolis Somali community presented evidence, including a video, of the "East Africa Team” members of Ilhan Omar’s campaign openly threatening local Somalis who may have released negative information about her.

Guns don't Kill People - Mass Killer burns them to Death in Japan

Timothy Birdnow

The media and their Democratic allies are always blaming guns for mass murder, and I've argued they are merely tools of convenience, that other methods could and would be easily employed. Well, here is one example.

Yes, it appears that a fire that killed 33 peoplein a Japanese Anime' studio was an act of mass murder.

A 41 year old man is quoted as screaming "you die!" before dousing teh building with an accellerant, and lighting it on fire. Not only did 33 people die but another 36 were injured.

The man was a former employee of Kyoto animation.

Japan has one of the strictest gun control laws in the world. According to David B. Kopel at the Asia Pacific Law Review:

The only type of firearm which a Japanese citizen may even contemplate acquiring is a shotgun.[5] Sportsmen are permitted to possess shotguns for hunting and for skeet and trap (p.27)shooting, but only after submitting to a lengthy licensing procedure.[6] Without a license, a person may not even hold a gun in his or her hands.

The licensing procedure is rigorous. A prospective gun owner must first attend classes and pass a written test.[7] Shooting range classes and a shooting test follow; 95 per cent pass.[8] After the safety exam, the applicant takes a simple 'mental test' at a local hospital, to ensure that the applicant is not suffering from a readily detectable mental illness. The applicant then produces for the police a medical certificate attesting that he or she is mentally healthy and not addicted to drugs.[9]

The police investigate the applicant's background and relatives, ensuring that both are crime free. Membership in 'aggressive' political or activist groups disqualifies an applicant.[10] The police have unlimited discretion to deny licenses to any person for whom 'there is reasonable cause to suspect may be dangerous to other persons' lives or properties or to the public peace'.[11]

Gun owners are required to store their weapons in a locker, and give the police a map of the apartment showing the location of the locker. Ammunition must be kept in a separate locked safe. The licenses also allow the holder to buy a few thousand rounds of ammunition, with each transaction being registered.[12]

Civilians may also apply for licenses to possess air rifles--low-power guns that are powered by carbon dioxide rather than by gunpowder.

Civilians can never own handguns. Small calibre rifles were once legal, but in 1971, the Government forbade all transfers of rifles. Current rifle license holders may continue to own them, but their heirs must turn them into the police when the license-holder dies.[13] Total remaining rifle licenses are 27,000.[14] Even shotguns and air rifles, the two legal types of firearm, are becoming rarer and rarer, as few people find it worthwhile to pass through a burdensome gun licensing process. The number of licensed shotguns and air rifles declined from 652,000 in 1981 to 493,373 in 1988.

Is it any surprise that a mass murderer would use an another means of killing? Only to a liberal, methinks.

Stormy Daniels Case being Dropped

Timothy Birdnow

Federal Prosecutors have quietly ended their investigation into the Trump "hush money" scandal with nary a peep from the mainstream media, now that nothing has come of it.

From Breitbart:

The judge in the Cohen case ordered the unsealing of documents from the investigation, in the public interest, a step that usually suggests there will be no further prosecutions. Politico reported on Wednesday:

A federal probe into hush money payments made to protect Donald Trump during the 2016 presidential campaign has concluded, according to a judge’s order released Wednesday.

Last week, CNN reported that officials at the Trump Organization haven’t had any contact with SDNY officials for more than five months, and a source tied to the president’s namesake company isn’t disputing that story. …

Jay Sekulow, a personal attorney for the president, welcomed the news. "We are pleased that the investigation surrounding these ridiculous campaign finance allegations is now closed,” he said in a text message. "We have maintained from the outset that the President never engaged in any campaign finance violation…Another case is closed.”

CNN and other outlets had previously asserted — as news — that Trump had "literally” broken campaign finance laws.

Will the media now apologize to Trump? To the American People? They'll just move on to their next target. No wonder Rush Limbaugh calls them the "drive by media".

Trump A Racist? 32% of Democrats Say Any White Criticism of Politicians of Color Is Racist

From the report:

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 47% of all Likely U.S. Voters think Trump is a racist, down a bit from 50% in January 2018. Slightly more (49%) disagree and say his opponents are accusing him of racism only for political gain, up from 43% in the earlier survey. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

Red Dragon Sinking

Timothy Birdnow

China wanted a trade war; now they've got one. And they keep getting poorer and poorer.

From CNN business:

The growth numbers come after China reported a fall in both exports and imports for the first six months of this year, indicating the toll the trade war is having on an economy already suffering from weaker domestic demand.

China's exports fell 1.3% year-on-year for the first half in dollar terms, while imports dropped
ed 7.3%.

The country recorded a sharper decline in exports to the United States, which decreased 8.1% for the first six months of 2019. Imports from the United States plunged 30% year on year.

You play with the bull you get the horns. China has been coddled by the West for decades as part of a hare-brained scheme to "decommunize" them. We've made them rich by giving them sweetheart trade deals, letting them cheat us by dumping goods and money on the markiet, and generally letting them get away with behaving badly. Why? Partly to coax them into joining the international community, but also to establish them as a world power. The Progressives have said repeatedly they think it is a bad idea for America to be the world's lone superpower. Remember, Madalyn Albreit said that very thing while secretary of State under Clinton? They've been trying to implement that policy, to promote
China as the new Soviet Union. It's worked too.

But now they are facing real resistance and don't like it.

The elites decided long ago to make Asia the manufacturing center while the U.S. would be the tech area in the world. That was the division of labor they decided upon, and they took steps to kill manufacturing in the U.S. Unsurprisingly, manufacturing jobs were lost and America's economy turned stagnant. You can't have a world economy with only one or two industries predominating in a give country. That just doesn't work; it's rather like the famine in ireland showed you have to diversitfy crops. The same holds true for industries.

It was all part of the plan to create a New World Order. You may remember that phrase from a faux conservative President a while back.

At any rate, China is nolt exactly sinking but she is certainly starting to struggle.

Puerto Rican Rebellion

Timothy Birdnow

Puerto Rican Governor Ricardo Rossello sparked an uprising in the Island Commonwealth, with violent protesters demanding his resignation. According to NPR

Rossello has enraged many islanders with a series of leaked text messages showing the Governor's contempt for the People, his desire to manipulate public opinion (like that is something new in a politician), and sexist and "homophobic" comments.

From the article:

As they slog through the offensive chats, she said the worst part is seeing how the governor and his coterie sneer at the many struggles facing Puerto Ricans. In one text, the governor's chief financial officer cracks a joke about the dead bodies that piled up in a government facility before and after 2017's Hurricane Maria.

"You can see that our politicians lack humanity," Cortes said. "They lack decency."

The publication of the texts has unleashed a visceral wave of fury and indignation that many Puerto Ricans feel over the direction the island is taking. Puerto Rico is in the 13th year of a recession and is in massive debt. The governor and a federal control board have slashed public services and moved to privatize public assets, including the power grid, schools and roadways. Many people fear these policies will widen the gap between the island's rich and poor.

You may remember that this is the same Governor who attacked President Trump so viciously because he thought efforts to rebuilt Puerto Rico were insufficient. more...

Who are the real racists?

Marc Lamont Hill at Netroots: Media is Run by the Jews

From the article:

Former CNN commentator Marc Lamont Hill claimed that news outlets like NBC and ABC were "Zionist organizations” that produced "Zionist content,” during a panel on Friday at the annual Netroots Nation summit held by progressive activists in Philadelphia.

He made his comments during a panel on "embedding Palestinian rights in the 2020 agenda,” which also featured statements that Israel was engaged in a "white supremacist” project.

"They’re like, I want to work for Fox, or I want to work for ABC or NBC or whoever. I want to tell these stories,” he said. "You have to make choices about where you want to work. And if you work for a Zionist organization, you’re going to get Zionist content. And no matter how vigorous you are in the newsroom, there are going to be two, three, four, 17, or maybe one powerful person — not going to suggest a conspiracy — all news outlets have a point of a view. And if your point of view competes with the point of view of the institution, you’re going to have challenges.”

So why do so many Jews listen to CNN and vote Democrat?

“Ilhan Omar is living proof that the way we practice immigration has become dangerous to this country

Timothy Birdnow

Here is a very important essay discussing a comment by Tucker Carlson about the grave dangers of immigration - especially Muslim immigration.

From the Conservative HQ article:

"Omar isn’t disappointed in America. She’s enraged by it,” he continued. "That should worry you, and not just because Omar is a sitting member of Congress. Ilhan Omar is living proof that the way we practice immigration has become dangerous to this country.”

Hijra, or jihad by emigration, is a fundamental tenet of Islam harkening back to the earliest days of Mohammed’s war to establish hegemony over the cities of southwest Arabia. The first Hijra was the flight of Mohammed from Mecca to the largely Jewish city of Yathrib, now the completely Muslim city of Medina.

While the story of how Yathrib came to be Medina is too long to recount here, suffice it to say that by fleeing the city of Mecca, where they appeared to be in danger of being eliminated, and appearing at Yathrib as refugees, Mohammed and his small band of adherents were able to reform the Arab Muslim clans, gain new adherents and replace the population and leadership of Yathrib with the Muslims who became the army necessary to reclaim Mecca and eventually spread Islam throughout the world.

Sound familiar? It should, because Muslim Rep. Ilhan Omar, Rep. Rashida Tlaib and Rep. Andre Carson are the first wave of the conquering army’s infiltration of our government.

And they were welcomed into Congress, as thousands of anti-American "refugees” were welcomed into America by Paul Ryan, George W. Bush and Barack Obama.

Although Rep. Omar responded to his commentary by calling him a "racist fool," Tucker Carlson is right.

And if Tucker Carlson is right, it is worthwhile asking who is responsible for this civilization-level disaster?

As with so many of the other disasters our country has faced in the past three decades this is a politician-made disaster, and an entirely predictable one to anyone who is paying attention to the effects of mass immigration of Muslims, among whom anti-constitutional liberty views are the cultural norm.

In no particular order of culpability, we can and should hold former Speaker of the House Paul Ryan, and former Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama responsible for introducing this poison into our society.

In a rational world the dangerous policy of allowing mass migration from Muslim countries that is intended to fundamentally transform America by importing jihad into our country would be stopped cold by a Republican majority in Congress.

But this is not a rational world, this is a world run by the personal whim of arrogant Washington insiders, chief among them being former Speaker of the House Paul Ryan.

Ryan and Obama made increasing Muslim immigration to America their special project and steadfastly fought any attempts by conservatives to slow or stop what a large majority of Americans believed was an existential threat to constitutional liberty.

Mitt Muffs it Again!

Timothy Birdnow

Oops he did it again! Mitt Romney both manages ton}}%3Athid.21392801120%3A306061129499414%3A2%3A0%3A1564642799%3A3442545476562284343&__tn__=*W-R#footer_action_list] mischaracterize what Trump said and pours abuse on him at the same time.

The president’s recent comments were destructive, demeaning, and disunifying. The President of the United States has a unique and noble calling to unite the American people—of all different races, colors, and national origins. In that respect, the president failed badly. People can disagree over politics and policy, but telling American citizens to go back to where they came from is over the line.

I don't suppose Mitt realizes that Ilhan Omar is an immigrant to this country. Yes, she is a citizen, but so what? She CHOSE to come here, and was given refuge from her native Somalia, yet now she attacks the country that graciously protected her and cheers on our enemies while serving in government.

By the way, Omar married her brother to get into the U.S.; that alone should disqualify her from holding office, indeed, from citizenship.

Second, Trump never said anything about race or much of anything else. He criticized people who come here and then attack our country. He echoes exactly what most Americans believe. Sadly, Mitt Romney doesn't know any real Americans; he has spent his whole life with the elites, with a silver spoon in his mouth.

It''s well past time Mr. Romney go away.

BTW Trump was responding to Omar's speech at the Netroots conference where she stated:

"We export American exceptionalism,” Omar said. "The Great America. The land of liberty and justice. That is, you know, you ask anybody in, walking on the side of the street somewhere in the middle of the world, they will tell you America the Great.

"But we don’t live those values here,”

Trump replied:

So interesting to see "Progressive” Democrat Congresswomen, who originally came from countries whose governments are a complete and total catastrophe, the worst, most corrupt and inept anywhere in the world (if they even have a functioning government at all), now loudly and viciously telling the people of the United States, the greatest and most powerful Nation on earth, how our government is to be run. Why don’t they go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came. Then come back and show us how it is done. These places need your help badly, you can’t leave fast enough. I’m sure that Nancy Pelosi would be very happy to quickly work out free travel arrangements!

Illinois Drowning

Timothy Birdnow

Illinois isn't just in ruins at the State level; the Democrats have run municipalities into economic ruin as well.

According to this article

With $196 million in assets and $326 million in liabilities, according to its Dec. 31, 2018 financial statement, Bridgeview is technically insolvent.

That it has not filed for bankruptcy, and instead is able to continue borrowing and borrowing to make ends meet is a function of Illinois’ political predicament.

Municipalities are prohibited from filing for bankruptcy without permission from the Illinois legislature. And this one, controlled by Chicago Democrats who would rather see property taxes rise and home values fall than be required to restrain government spending, isn’t granting it.

The option of running out of money, versus continuing to borrow more to fund structural deficits or underperforming ventures like Landek’s Bridgeview stadium, is one House Speaker Michael J. Madigan (D-Chicago) knows would weaken the negotiating positions of his party allies, namely public employee unions.

Get that? This village is bankrupt but Mike Madigan won't allow them to go into bankruptcy because it would hurt his public sector union thug friends. So what will happen? In the end it will wind up becoming a Federal bailout.

Bridgeview may be an outlier, but I'll bet it isn't much of one. Illinois is a state with the philosophy "eat, drink, and be merry for tomorrow you die". They are unconcerned about the looming catastrophe, on the simple theory that somebody else can pay for it. Oh, and they think the average joe is just going to keep ponying up. But it doesn't work that way, and Illinois is losing people.

The state should be dissolved and segmented to other states.

Can this be? Dear Lord, Make it So!

Dana Mathewson

David P. Goldman, writing under the nom de plume of Spengler, has shone light upon the Middle East for years. I about fell out of my chair when I saw this article on PJMedia.

The Palestinian Problem Is Dying of Natural Causes

"West Bank grows calmer as pocketbook issues take priority of protests" is the headline of a New York Times story today. It seems that the Palestinian jihadists of the old intifadas are more concerned about making a living than killing Israelis. Writes reporters Isabel Kershner:

BILIN, West Bank — On a recent weekday, Muhammad Abu Rahma returned to the place where Palestinian protesters and Israeli soldiers used to clash in weekly confrontations that made the West Bank village of Bilin a symbol of resistance against the Israeli occupation.

But this time, he came not to protest but to picnic with his wife and three children. He had served three terms in prison for his activities at the height of the protests. But now, at 33, he had a family and a job as a garbage collector.

"People want money to live, and permits,” he said, referring to the Israeli permits allowing laborers to work in Israel, where they can earn twice as much as they do in the Palestinian territories.

It turns out that time is on Israel's side, as Ambassador Yoram Ettinger and other Israeli analysts have argued for years. The Arab "demographic time bomb" turned out to be a dud, as fertility rates plunge across the Muslim world, a phenomenon I discussed in my 2011 book How Civilizations Die. In a 2011 analysis for Asia Times, I counseled Israel not to attempt to make peace with a Palestinian population heavily tilted towards hot-headed youngsters, and to wait until the declining Palestinian fertility rate had raised the average age of the West Bank population. Like Northern Ireland, the militants would find themselves married with mortgages (at least those who survived). Prime Minister Netanyahu generously commented on the article when it was published.

Although the aging kleptocrats who still run the Palestine Authority out of Ramallah won't admit it, the time is ripe for the kind of peace plan that the Trump administration offered at last month's Bahrain conference. Drafted under the direction of presidential adviser Jared Kushner, the plan would channel $50 billion in development aid to the West Bank over a ten-year period. Israeli observers note that despite the PA's intransigence, the administration plan has shifted the debate in the Middle East and isolated the Palestinian jihadists.

Amazing! American presidents have either preened or pontificated about it, and won Nobel Prizes for doing virtually nothing about it -- peanut farmers and Chicago politicians, for example. If this article is true, it's happening despite them. Lord, please make it happen!

The article is here. https://pjmedia.com/spengler/the-palestinian-problem-is-dying-of-natural-causes/ You can judge for yourself -- and please do!

Early Earth's Rust Belt

Timothy Birdnow

Earth's atmosphere oxygenated fairly late, long after photosynthesis-using bacteria appeared. Why?

New research suggests an answer:

Evidence exists for oxygen-releasing photosynthesis evolving much earlier—perhaps as early as 3 billion years ago. However, the oxygen-rich atmosphere we take for granted today has existed for only about 10 percent of Earth's 4.5-billion-year history. Why did oxygenation of the atmosphere occur so much later than the evolution of oxygen-releasing photosynthesis?

Modern photosynthesizers consume water and release oxygen. Primitive ones instead consume dissolved iron ions—which would have been abundant in the oceans of early Earth. They produce rust as a byproduct instead of oxygen.

Using experimental microbiology, genomics, and large-scale biogeochemical modeling, "we found that photosynthetic bacteria that use iron instead of water are fierce competitors for light and nutrients," says Ozaki, the paper's first author and now an assistant professor in the Department of Environmental Science at Toho University, in Japan. "We propose that their ability to outcompete oxygen-producing photosynthesizers is an important component of Earth's global oxygen cycle."

Interesting; rust kept the planet from becoming an oxygen rich world. Was this what happened to Mars? Mars has a lot of rust on the surface, after all.

Bill, Hillary Clinton booed at Billy Joel concert after singer dedicated song to them

Dana Mathewson

Bill and Hillary Clinton got a taste of New York's state of mind on Thursday night.

After singer Billy Joel dedicated a song to the former first couple and flashed them up on the screen at Madison Square Garden, initial cheers turned to boos from the audience.

WHAT! The Clintons got booed? In Noo Yawk? Then that really WAS a pig that flew past my office window! Been seeing quite a few of them recently, I must say.

But Bill and Hillary must really be getting past their sell-by date if this is happening!

The former first lady has been under scrutiny for years as she criticized President Trump and attempted to lay out the reasons she thought were behind her loss to him in the 2016 election. Former President Bill Clinton, on the other hand, faced fresh criticism surrounding his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, who on Monday was indicted on sex trafficking charges.

A Clinton spokesperson denied the former president had any knowledge of Epstein's crimes, noting that he took "a total of four trips" with Epstein in 2002 and 2003.

Why, of course. He was just hitching a ride from Point A to... Probably had Hillary with him at the time, too, though nobody saw her.

But does this say anything about the Clintons, or does it say something about the caliber of the crowds Billy Joel draws these days? Just sayin'.
