67% of Palestinians Think the Hamas Attack ws a Good thing

Two thirds of Palestinians still support Hamas' attack on Israel.
This is what happens when a war is fought in so sanitary a fashion. The public hasn't suffered, so they still want to continue the fight.
Wars are won or lost only when the people themselves feel beaten.

This is why the U.S. insisted on unconditional surrender in WWII. Back then, the people we had running the show were a magnitude smarter than the ones we have now.

No question on that Dana. They knew what they were doing. Give an enemy sanctuary he will rarm and attack again.
WWI ended with Germany largely in-tact. They didn't feel beaten. So as soon as they could they rearmed and attacked again. The allies understood the only solution was to invade it and occupy it and anyone who tried terrorism would feel the wrath of the Almighty come down on them.
The Americans used to bomb any house that was suspected of containing a partisan. The Germans quickly realized helping revolutionaries was death. There was no resistance after that.
Now we think you win wars by "winning hearts and minds" even though that approach has been proven bankrupt time after time. Our leadership is full of dimwits who never learn.
