Another day, another black on white unprovoked assault.
Anti-white attacker pummeled stranger who glanced at her in unprovoked NYC subway assault: cops, sources
But black people can't be racist, they say. It requires power, they claim. Yet what can you call something like this?
Charlie Kirk was "a racist" for pointing stuff like this out. Facts, it appears, are racist.
If there are no consequences for evil actions there can be no change. And, like alcoholics, if we refuse to admit there is a problem we can never solve it.
The fact is there isa large subset of African Americcanswho hate white people and feel it istheir right to assault them because of slavery 160 years ago. And they keep getting away with it, so why not?

And here I thought judges were supposed to uphold and cherish the law!
Hamilton County Judge Ted Berry on CharlieKirk Assassination "How's He Feel About Gun Control in Hell Now"
This monster doesn't seem to realize that gun control would not have stopped this assassination. It involved a completely legal hunting rifle.
From the article:
Local and state officials called the remarks, which included language such as "Rest in Hatred & Division,” incompatible with the duties and ethical obligations of a sitting judge.
On Friday, state Rep. Adam Mathews, R-Lebanon, demanded Berry’s immediate resignation, describing the offending posts as "vitriolic, racially charged, and political language” that violated the Ohio Code of Judicial Conduct.
"A judge must be a pillar of fairness and impartiality in our community,” Mathews said in a statement. "To see a sitting judge post comments like ‘Rest in Hatred & Division!’, ask ‘How’s he feel about gun violence & gun control in Hell, now?’, and then celebrate the race of the killer by stating ‘So, a white guy killed him! Color it KARMA!’ is shocking and completely unacceptable. This is not the conduct of a neutral arbiter of the law; it is the behavior of a political activist who has abandoned the core principles of his office.
And he dares accuse Kirk of "hatred and division"! Who is going to rot in Hell?
The article continues:
"In 2021, this Judge Ted Berry admitted to a ton of vulgar, sexually inappropriate conduct with a court employee,” Stewart said in a post to X. "The Maureen O’Connor-led Supreme Court gave him a 6 month suspension – but stayed it! He didn’t lose his license for 1 single day. Slap on the wrist.
Which illustrates perfectly how the Democrats protect their own, no matter how badly they behave.
The Disciplinary Council is looking into this. FTA:
This is clearly a person who never should have been made a judge, and who should be impeached by the Ohio legislature if the Disciplinary Council fails to revoke his license.
Sadly I suspect most Democrats feel the same way as this guy, they are just cautious enough to not say it. He counted on his being a judge to protect him.
The time has come to set things right. As the old song went "Praise the Lord and pass the (nonlethal) ammunition!"

Turns out the two men who planted a bomb on a Fox News Vehicle were a father and son team of immigrants from Pakistan. The media chose not to report that little detail. Also, the race was mislabeled as "white" by authorities.
FTA:
He was booked into the jail on Sunday and charged with the manufacture, possession, or use of a weapon of mass destruction; attempted aggravated arson; possession of an explosive/chemical/incendiary; threat of terrorism; and felony possession of parts for an explosion/chemical/incendiary device.
Nasir's American-born son, 31-year-old Adil Justice Ahme Nasir, has been charged with manufacture/possession/use of a weapon of mass destruction; attempted aggravated arson; threat of terrorism; and possession both of an explosive/chemical/incendiary device and parts to make one.
Well, justice is going to be served to Advil Justice Ohmy Nasir and his terrorist father.
And that is what it was - a terrorist attack. I doubt the media will so report that little detail.
Both father and son had a protective order forbidding their possession of firearms. Firearms were found in their home, along with drug paraphenalia, bomb making supplies, and a host of other incriminating stuff.

Fani "whatchu talking 'bout" Willis lost the appeal of her removal from the Trump auto-da fe case. She is now permanently gone from her witch hunt. The Georgia supreme court declined her case, making the lower court ruling stand.
Willis had colluded with Jack Smith and the Biden Administration to prosecute Mr. Trump over very, very dubious charges involving Trump's protest of the fraudulent election and his attempt to get the Georgia government to look a little harder for votes that were likely suppressed.
Democrat Stacey Abrams attempted to do exactly what Trump did when she lost her race for the Senate in Georgia and nobody ever dreamed of prosecuting her. Where was Willis then? Why didn't Willis open an investigation into Abrams?
Willis, the daughter of a communist former Black Panther, is nothing but a button, a hatchet man, for the Democrats. When the boss says "push a button" on a guy she pushes a button on him.

Letitia James made a tacit admission she is guilty of fraud when she said not that she wasn't guilty but that the DOJ couldn't prove the case.
Letitia James Taunts the DOJ, Makes Wild Admission about Her Mortgage Fraud Case
She called the charges baseless because the DOJ will have to prove intent. But she never actually denied them.
The woman is a lawyer after all and it's going to be very hard to prove it was just an accident,an honest mistake (that benefitted her greatly).
James claimed her father as her husband to get better rates on her mortgage. She also claimed a five bedroom was a four bedroom to get cheaper insurance, and claimed a residence in Virginia as her primary residence when in fact she was leasing it out. One mistake, maybe, but all of those? How did she pass the bar if she is this careless and confused?

I caught this. Vance said (much better) what I've been saying all along; Truth trumps comity and while we need shouldn't go out of our way to be offensive we need to stand our ground and defend what it true. Too many Conservatives have been talking accomodationist in the last few days after Charlie Kirk's assassination.
J.D. Vance Brutally Torches the Left, Rejects Fake Unity after Charlie Kirk Assassination
You don't seek unity with gangsters and murderers - you resist them. This is a season of war, moral, spiritual, and legal. Not a time for violence from our side but a time to pursue the Left and destroy them with the "sword of His mouth and the brightness of His coming" as the Bible puts it.

Well, well, well....
Retail sales up 0.6% in August from July even as tariffs lead to price hikes
I think at this point it's safe to say the economic theories we've operated under for the last thirty years are wrong.
Granted, the tariffs may yet lead to a slowing economy - they haven't been in place long enough - but the evidence does suggest we aren't going to have the economic doomsday the economists were predicting.
Here is typical mainstream media reporting:
They had to get their pound of flesh, and they make an assertion without any evidence to back it up.
In point of fact the summer saw a seasonally-adjusted consumer price index increase of a scant 0.2% over the last three months (it has increased 2.7% over the last year, most of which occurrred during the Biden Administration which the maistream media won't tell us) , which is in line with the 2.1% inflation rate. CPI will naturally rise during an inflationary period, and we've had inflation since President Nursing Home blew through trillions of dollars.
As for the job market, how do tariffs hurt that? Companies are coming back to America to build stuff as a result of those tariffs. And this while we are deporting or seeing self-deportation of millions of illegal aliens who were taking American jobs?
Discussing unemployment, the St. Louis Federal Reserve had this to say:
Many of those unemployed workers not finding jobs were government employees who were let go. They have no marketable skills; they were institution men.
And many of the unemployed are holding out for better jobs than the ones they can get at present. College grads with no skills won't take the jobs vacated by the illegal aliens. (On a personal note my wife is in a nursing home and the staff is in constant flux because nobody wants to stay and do that job. They have better opportunities elsewhere.)
The rise in unemployment is a good thing; it means that people previously on the welfare rolls or on unemployment are now trying to go back to work.It means the "jobs Americans just won't do" are still unfilled to a degree, but are being filled, or the numbers would be much higher.
Also, bear in mind that the huge influx of aliens into the U.S. during the Biden Administration is undoubtedly adding to this number. Technically they aren't supposed to be counted but you know they are, especially in the survey of employers who undoubtedly hired illegals.
ABC News is lying by omission here, subtly, sneakily. And sadly most Americans will never learn of the deception.

We've all fallen on ice after a deep freeze, and if we haven't we've had other encounters with the slippery substance. But why is ice slippery?
New Research offers a possible answer:
The study by Professor Müser and colleagues Achraf Atila and Sergey Sukhomlinov challenges a model put forward nearly two hundred years ago by the brother of Lord Kelvin, James Thompson, who suggested that pressure and friction, along with temperature, cause ice to melt.
"It turns out that neither pressure nor friction plays a particularly significant part in forming the thin liquid layer on ice,” explains Martin Müser. Instead, computer simulations by the team reveal that molecular dipoles are the key drivers behind the formation of this slippery layer, which so often causes us to lose our footing in winter.
So what are dipoles? No, they aren't two strippers plying their trade at the same time. Rather, they are:
And it is these dipoles that cause ice to be slipperier than Gavin Newsome:
When someone steps onto this orderly structure, it’s not the resulting pressure or friction of the shoe that disrupts the top layer of molecules, but the orientation of the dipoles in the shoe sole interacting with those in the ice. The previously well-ordered structure suddenly becomes disordered.
"In three dimensions, these dipole-dipole interactions become ‘frustrated,'” says Müser, referring to a concept in physics where competing forces prevent a system from achieving a fully ordered stable configuration.
So it's dipole on dipole eh? Wonder if the snowwomen wear pasties or are they fully in the buff?
This article concludes:
That last sounds like a description of Joe Biden's Presidency, does it not?
At any rate this is something everyone experiences and hardly anyone gives any thought to - and yet it involves some rather rowdy science.
Next time you fall and break a hip on the ice take comfort in the fact that you were injured by dipoles!
(BTW years ago the wife and I were out to eat and we were walking in a parking lot and she was struggling with the ice. I shot my mouth off "why are you having so much trouble; I'm not - look at me!" and immediately I hit a patch of ice and landed on my gluteous maximus. Right on cue! Teach me to shoot off my mouth!)

A researcher published a peer-reviewed paper that suggested transgenderism is a social and not biological isse in most cases - and her university (Brown) pulled the press release after getting grief from the Trans community. Brown's Dean still insists they support free inquiry.
The reason it was pulled was because of ostensive problems with methodology. But the author used standard methodology, eschewing a control group because there was no way to DO a control group and most such studies don't use them.
FTA:
Yielding to political pressure from the trans community and its allies, Brown University issued a statement indicating that it decided to withdraw its press release about the Littman study after learning about "concerns over the study’s methodology.”
A letter from Bess Marcus, the Dean of the School of Public Health, claimed that she has "heard from the Brown community members expressing concerns that the conclusions of the study could be used to discredit efforts to support transgender youth and invalidate the perspectives of members of the transgender community.” Brown University has not specified the "methodological concerns” in the peer-reviewed study, but it is more likely that the concerns were more political than procedural.
Some of the criticisms of Littman’s study were the "lack of a control group.” This is a spurious criticism considering that she never claimed that her study was anything but a qualitative or descriptive study. Besides, even psychological studies with control groups can be problematic. An article published a few years ago in the August 2015, issue of Science revealed that in an analysis of 100 studies from some of the most prestigious journals in social psychology found that nearly two-thirds of the quantitative – highly controlled – experiments described "did not replicate.”
This means that when scientists attempted to repeat these experimental highly controlled studies—using the same techniques, the same conditions, and analysis—they could not obtain the results described by the original researchers. The authors of the Science study concluded, "This project provides accumulating evidence for many findings in psychological research and suggests that there is still more work to do to verify whether we know what we think we know.” At least in her survey, Littman interviewed real subjects – real parents dealing with the real gender dysphoria of their own children. It would be difficult to find a more valid study.
Besides, PLOS One—the Public Library of Science, a highly regarded journal that "accelerates the publication of peer-reviewed science”—published the Littman study after a rigorous peer review process. The study never pretended to be the "final statement” on the contributors to gender dysphoria. But, the transgender community will not allow anyone even to suggest that transgender identity could be anything other than a biologically determined fact—and it’s certainly not a "fad.” Professor Littman never suggests that it is a fad. She is simply describing what large numbers of the 250 respondents to her survey have told her.
Littman found that the surveyed parents who had been supportive and understanding of their child’s sexual confusion drew the line when their children declared they were transsexuals and wanted to physically change their sex through surgery and/or hormone therapy. The parents believed the children’s quick transition was being influenced by social media and other trends.
* 64.4% of the female children (the majority) expressed a non-heterosexual orientation prior to disclosing a transgender-identification.
* 69.3% of children had been part of a group where one or more friends had come out as transgender when they did.
* 60.7% of children found their popularity increased within their group after declaring their transgender preference.
* 55.9% of children had high expectations that transitioning would solve their problems in social, academic, occupational or mental health areas.
How, pray tell, do you do a control group when doing such research? This professor surveyed the parents, not the children, and this was the conclusion based on the concensus of the parents. I thought concensus was everything in Science these days - they always tell us that when debating Climate Change, for instance.
Here are a few more of the results:
* Over 200 were supported in changing their presentation in terms of hairstyle and dress
* 188 had changed their names
* 175 had changed their pronouns
* 111 told their parents they wanted to see a gender therapist; 92 were taken to see one
So it seems obvious that there is at least some peer pressure to go all Mrs. Doubtfire. How much is nature and how much is nurture?
The fact is there is enormous pressure on boys these days to be more girly and young boys learn this. They are treated like parriahs, "toxic masculinity" is the term often applied to them. Meanwhile they are doped up with anti-hyperactivity drugs and their testosterone levels are low and falling. Is it any wonder many are seeking to transition? That buys them all sorts of praise and approval - from teachers, from other students, from society at large. They know it too.
The war on masculinity has led to white males being the only demographic whose life expectancy is shrinking. And it has given us few men going to college as the slots are all filled up with women and minorities. Being a man is a burden in modern America.
Yes, there are female to male switcheroos too, and that is probably for different reasons. There has always been a jealousy in many girls for what they perceive as the "privilege" of boys and many girls want to do what boys do and wear what boys wear rather than the more laborious clothing and makeup of womanhood. The tomboy has been with us for centuries in one guise or another (think Joan of Ark). Now girls who want to be boys can use chemistry and surgery to make it happen. I suspect girls who like other girls oftten want to actually be boys.
By the way well over 25% of trans males are "gay" meaning they want to still have sex with women. They just like the attention of being trans. That number is WAY above the average for homosexuals as a percentage of the general population. Now why is that? I'm not sure of the stats for women to men trans; have to look them up.
At any rate something is out of kilter here. And it won't get back into kilter by suppressing dissent. That isn't science - it's politics.

What the HELL is going on in Utah?
2 arrested after incendiary device found under (Fox) news media vehicle in Utah
I suspect the Left is targeting Utah because the Mormons are traditionalists (if not always Conservative) and they want to make it a dangerous place to punish them and maybe drive them out.
Had this succeeded I wonder how the media would cover it? Probably try to blame it on the Right, claiming it was retribution for Charlie Kirk. Naturally they would ignore the fact it was a Fox News vehicle and not NBC or CNN.
There were two men, one 58 and another 31. How much do you want to bet they were in some sort of sexual relationship? Anybody?

The Trump Administration has credible evidence the murder of Charlie Kirk was part of a much larger conspiracy involving many dark-money terrorist operations. Read all about it at here.
There actually is nothing new in this; David Horowitz has chronicled the dark money web of radicals for years now at Discover the Networks.
The Trump Administration has uncovered e-mail exchanges that suggest contact with groups such as Armed Queers of Salt Lake City and The Party of Socialism and Liberation and the Socialist Rifle Association. Armed Queers is funded in part by the Arabella network, a dark money network funding the Democratic Party. The other two have ties to George Soros and China and Cuba.
I've thought from the beginning this went well beyond a "lone, crazed gunman". It appears there are all kinds of actors involved in this.
President Trump has instructed the FBI to investigate these groups with disrupting them and arresting those plotting violence.
Update:
Armed Queers of Salt Lake has deleted their instagram accounts.

The United Nations just voted 142 to 10 in favor of a resolution to create a Palestinian state. The U.S. opposed the move but was outvoted.
This hare-brained scheme left the Palestinian Authority in charge of the new country although it said Hamas had to go (good luck with that; they will just embed in the PA).
The kicker is the plan calls for an international intervention to guarantee the security of Israel and this new state.
FTA:
One hundred and forty-two countries vote in favor of the non-binding resolution enshrining the New York Declaration, which also calls on Hamas to release all hostages and condemns the terror group’s October 7 onslaught.
Joining Israel and the United States in opposing the resolution were Argentina, Hungary, Micronesia, Nauru, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay and Tonga. Twelve countries abstained.
Or what? Will there be a military occupation of U.N. forces? No doubt the U.N. forces are looking forward to all the Jewish and Palestinian girls they can abuse in their quest for peace!Just ask anyone in the Congo and other places that hosted the "peacekeepers".
The article continues:
The text urges global recognition of Palestine, calling this "an essential and indispensable component of the achievement of the two-state solution.” Without naming Israel, it warns that "illegal unilateral actions are posing an existential threat to the realization of the independent state of Palestine.”
All Gulf Arab states supported the resolution. Israel dismissed it as one-sided "theater,” with Netanyahu declaring shortly before the vote that "there will be no Palestinian state.” The U.S. likewise branded it a "misguided and ill-timed publicity stunt.
Or is it the fulfillment of Biblical prophecy? The Antichrist is supposed to make a treaty with Israel to protect them then break it, triggering Armageddon. But at first he will appear as a peacemaker. Doesn't this scheme sound surprisingly like that? It is a peace deal that leaves Israel entirely vulnerable and in need of the good will of the powers who will enforce it - most of whom hate Israel and always have.
Netanyahu rejects this deal but he won't always be there. It's probably coming one way or another.
And it was Macron and the French pushing this. I've always thought Macrom was a dangerous man. Is he the Antichrist? Maybe.
This scheme can't work. The Palestinians will never stop trying to destroy Israel, and having their own country has always taken a back seat to that goal. They want it all. Several times they have been offered their own country and rejected it. Of course they can't govern their own territory even now; the place is a horrible shithole while Israel is prosperous. That's because they sink all their energy into destroying their neighbor. Vengeance is expensive.
So how is this going to work? It won't. Chasing this two state solution dream is like hunting for the seven cities of Cibola. Good luck with that!
Many in Israel are furious and there is talk of annexing the West Bank. If Israel were to do that I suspect the U.N. would send in troops to stop them. Palestine has been their cause celebre' for a long time. And with rising hatred of Israel and Jews the whole situation could explode.

I didn't know Trump was in Alaska recently. I guess he had to wash his hair....
Scientists Sound Alarm: Why Are Rivers in Alaska Turning Orange?
This article blames it on melting permafrost (caused, of course, by anthropogenic global warming) but it is just as likely it's a coefficient of volcanic activity in Alaska, one of America's most volcanic states. Rivers have turned red or orange in other places in bygone days and it has always been because of volcanic activity. But nobody is supposed to admit there can be any other cause except an increase of less than one molecule of carbon dioxide in every ten thousand molecules of air.
It's like the old days when everything was blamed on the Devil or witchcraft. Only now the Devil is carbon dioxide. And the solution is to do penance and give alms in both cases.
May as well blame it on Trump.
