Artificial Memories

Timothy Birdnow

If they can do that to criminals what is to stop them from doing it to dissidents? And who says the memories will be pleasant ones? This is a very, very dangerous idea. Brainwashing of the first order.

Sweet Little Lies

Greg Malakoff

This alone tells you that once again there will be no real election. First the left goes berserk for a year and lies their asses off about the end of our democracy by their opponents when they have totally destroyed it.

Now they are lying about who lied. It is a 100% fact that Trump asked Pelosi to send in the national guard for January 6th and she denied it. Yet this miserable filth talking news head is stating the opposite.

Throughout our nation the democrat's news stations are in total lock step, lying about what the nation saw. Instead of reporting the truth they all say Trump lied. When Vance below pointed out that they never said one word about Biden's obvious lies she censors him like Social Media censors conservatives, which today the Supreme Court said that the can take away free speech from Americans. I posted this story instead.

Earthtide

More fascinating stuff about the gravitational interaction between the Sun and the Earth. That is, the Earth’s gravity raising tides of plasma on the surface of the
Sun, much the same as the Moon causing our lunar tides.

More mRNA Vaccines

Bragg Runs and Hides

Timothy Birdnow

Lookie here: Alvin "the Chipmonk" Bragg "is not opposed" to postponing Trump's sentencing.

Now why do you suppose that is?

It's because it's better to have Trump with this hanging over his head than in either making him a martyr or letting him go with a fine. Bragg wants Trump's scalp, but if he gets it the price may be unreasonably high for him.

A prison sentence could well seal the deal for Trump; everyone would know what that meant. Letting him off easy would enrage the lunatic fringe, who have dreamed of Trump being perp-walked and put in an orange jumpsuit and the door slammed. Postponement is the best strategic option in many ways.

The Allegory in Oz

Timothy Birdnow

Did you know the Wizard of Oz was a political satire? It was, or at least probably was.

I've read that it was a political allegory; the Cowardly Lion was William Jennings Bryan and the "yellow brick road" was the gold standard. In the book Dorothy's shoes were silver, thus it was about the bimetallic standard of money.

The Straw Man represented Western farmers, who were smarter than everyone thought. The Tin Man represented industrialism and it's swallowing of humanity by the machine. Dorothy's posse represented the coalition that was sought by the Populists and the Democrats.

And the Lion? He, like Bryan, was all roar and no bite.

The Emerald City was a lie; people had to wear glasses tinted green when they went there. Much like "free silver" was a lie that promised prosperity but in reality only offered an image thereof. Munchkins would be the mindless drones that inhabit the political landscape and do the bidding of the Parties.

I would guess the Wicked Witch represented the Treasury Department.

The Wizard was probably based on Marcus Alonzo Hanna,, a close advisor to Republican Bill McKinley. Here is an essay about it.

Sugar Sugar...

Diane M. Kimura

Laptop deniers are having a tough time trying to explain away the damning evidence pouring out of congressional committees investigating Biden corruption and the DOJ’s coverup.

New documents from IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley released by the House Ways and Means Committee Wednesday spell more trouble for the Bidens, and maybe for Hunter Biden’s "sugar brother” Kevin Morris, who paid the First Son’s $2.8 million tax bill and funded his lifestyle in Malibu.

Here are the top five revelations contained in the committee’s 1,600-word report and 31 new exhibits tabled by IRS criminal investigators Shapley and Joseph Ziegler, who allege DOJ obstruction of their five-year investigation of Hunter in Delaware:

1. Uncle Jim Biden told the FBI and IRS in an interview last September that he and his nephew Hunter tried to help Chinese firm CEFC buy a US liquid natural gas facility in Louisiana — and that they did so in the knowledge that the company was directly linked to Chinese President Xi Jinping.

2. Hunter told his uncle that CEFC chairman Ye Jianming "was a protégé of President Xi,” the FBI report says. But investigators were instructed not to ask Jim Biden if his brother, then-former Vice President Joe Biden, was involved in the ultimately unsuccessful CEFC deal or to follow "normal investigative leads,” says the committee.

3. IRS public affairs officer Justin Cole emailed the chief and deputy chief of IRS criminal investigations a report of conversations between a CNN producer and Hunter Biden, in which Hunter said that he was "not willing to accept” a plea deal and that he "expected all of this ‘stuff’ would go away when his dad becomes president.”

4. The FBI was investigating Morris for campaign finance violations. "These violations pertain to a wealthy Hollywood lawyer, Kevin Morris, who was enlisted to help the family, and who paid millions of dollars to help Hunter around the time that Joe Biden becomes president,” says the committee. But Leslie Wolf, Delaware Assistant U.S. Attorney, told investigators that she was not "personally interested” in the Morris investigation and that "she did not want any of the agents to look into the allegation.”

5. Wolf refused multiple requests by Pittsburgh US Attorney Scott Brady to brief Delaware investigators about an FBI FD-1023 report alleging that Joe Biden was paid a $5 million bribe by an executive of Ukrainian energy firm Burisma, as was his son Hunter.

The allegation came from a trusted FBI confidential human source during a June 2020 interview. But Wolf "had already concluded no information from that office could be credible, stating her belief that it all came from Rudy Giuliani,” Shapley said, even though the FBI report had nothing to do with Giuliani.

On October 22, 2020, the Justice Department ordered the Delaware US Attorney’s office to take the Pittsburg briefing, but Shapley said his investigators never saw the FD-1023, nor were told what it contained, despite the fact it was directly relevant to their case.

Wolf instructed investigators seeking a search warrant of a Biden property to "erase” any mention of "Political Figure 1” — who was Joe Biden.

These damning new details come on top of the House Oversight committee revelation Tuesday of two more bank wires to Hunter Biden from Chinese nationals, totaling $260,000.

The wires listed Joe Biden’s address at his palatial house in Wilmington, Delaware, as the beneficiary address.

They are dated July and August 2019, when Joe was running for president.

"In 2020, Joe Biden told Americans that his family never received money from China,” said James Comer.

"Bank records don’t lie but President Joe Biden does.”

Biden Can Assassinate Trump?

Timothy Birdnow

Never let a good crisis go to waste, admonished Rahm Emmanuel, the Chicago hood who famously sent a dead fish to a political rival. Using that logic the Democrats are now suggesting Joe Biden can order Trump's assassination and get away with it based on the recent SCOTUS ruling that says Presidents have partial immunity from prosecution for offical acts taken while in office.

Yes, they are bandying about the notion (purely rhetorical, I'm SURE) that Biden can sent in the Navy Seals or launch a drone strike to take out his rival.

Anybody who thinks they don't really mean it is fooling themselves. They fantasized about killing Trump all four years of his Presidency. Remember Kathy Griffin in the photograph holding a severed head that resembled Donald Trump? She did it a second time too despite the outcry against her the first time she did it. Her leftist fans cheered both times. Recently we had the movie "Civil War" which fantasized about snuffing the orange One. There are many such fantasies over the years. They had the same fantasies about George W. Bush but Bush gave them so much of what they wanted it remained a fantasy. But the Democrats are reaching a fevered pitch with this and I fear there will be real bloodshed - especially if they lose or think they will.

Bear in mind the leftists believe they have won in their battle; the long time of hiding is at an end and now they can openly move against America and rub our noses in their victory. The only thing standing in their way is the Orange Menace and those who have been supporting him - the EEEVVVIILLL MAGA people. Any impediment to the Revolution is to be hated and dealt with in the harshest fashion.

So they have latched onto this decision by SCOTUS and are running with it. While they feign concern that this decision WOULD unleash such things they know this was only a partial immunity for official duties.

And we've always known that was needed. When Barack Hussein Obaama sent in Seal Team Six to kill Osama Bin-Laden he broke the law; he should have sent them in to arrest Bin Laden. There was no arrest effort made. It was an assassination. For that matter Obama ordered the drone killings of AMERICAN CITIZENS. Legally that makes Mr. Obama a murderer; there was no due process. Republicans never once tried to charge Mr. Obama with a crime because it was rightly understood that this was done as part of Mr. Obama's official duties.

But the damned Democrats crossed the Rubicon and so the Court had to spell it out. Law has to be used to limit the overreach of the power-mad.

Joe Biden probably won't try to kill Trump. The CIA on the other hand might. And Biden's minions, the crazies raised on the hatred and bile of leftist college educations and stoked by the Alinsky-type organizations, may well decide to act on their own in accordance to what they perceive as Biden's will. We know that happens; a Democrat from Belleville, Illinois tried to gun down Congressional Republicans a number of years back and injured Steve Scalise, and he did it after immersing himself in CNN and reading Democratic Underground.

Leftists think that way. They do that because they reject Christianity and the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. The only hope such people have is in the works of their own hands, so assassination "for the greater good" is an acceptable tool. Conservatives do not believe that; we FEAR God and His judgment.

I actually see two scenarios involving assassination. One is the direct route; assassinate Trump. That would be, uh, dissatisfactory; everyone would know who did it and why. Trump's successor would be President for certain. The other option is to assassinate Biden and blame it on MAGA people "stirred up" by Trump. That would be quite a useful approach; it destroys MAGA by laying false blame and it empowers Democrats. It also can be used to justify a serious crackdown on all conservatives and justifies crushing the opposition. It is Hitler's Reichstag fire writ large; a false flag operation of titanic proportions. Republicans would run for cover and would support the Harris regime without question lest hey be classed as aiding and abetting the assassination.

A third option would be to kill Biden quietly, make it appear to be a natural death. That gets everyone's neck out of the noose but it lacks the dramatic flare they need. But the CIA is extremely good at this sort of thing and no doubt they are weighing this option.

Any way you slice it I have little doubt that there are people seriously considering an assassination of either President. And all the hoopla surrounding this rather ridiculous hypothetical will only give cover to someone who may do it and inflame the passions of the perpetually angry leftists.

It's time for the Democrats to tune down the inflammatory rhetoric. They are going to foment a terrible tragedy.

I'm Not But What are You!

Greg Malakoff

There are dozens of leftist articles stating that Trump was lying every 90 seconds during the debate. Yet, not one democrat enthusiast can't figure out that the media has lied to them 24/7 for the past 8 years.

The most recent one, the most obvious one is that a few days before the debate, we were told that every video of Biden acting demented was made up by Fox. A few days later they were stunned into severe nausea and mood swings from the sudden jolt of seeing first hand that Joe has dementia and worse always had dementia. That is a rather big lie. They always knew he was demented, but counted on getting away with the public's ability to not be able think on a dumb 5 year old's level.

So instead of having to answer questions like, well who has really been running the country, why has the media lied about his senility, etc. they simply go to their trustworthy, proven through the ages wise tactic of, "I know you are but what am I." They are so embolden with their power over a moronic electorate that they don't think for a minute that they can't get away with being this giant of a collective condom.

The Chevron Deference

Diane M. Kimura

For those who don't understand what Chevron Deference is, and why SCOTUS ended it, here's the long and short of it:

A family fishing company, Loper Bright Enterprises, was being driven out of business, because they couldn't afford the $700 per day they were being charged by the National Marine Fisheries Service to monitor their company.

The thing is, federal law doesn't authorize NMFS to charge businesses for this. They just decided to start doing it in 2013.

Why did they think they could away with just charging people without any legal authorization?

Because in 1984, in the Chevron decision, the Supreme Court decided that regulatory agencies were the "experts" in their field, and the courts should just defer to their "interpretation" of the law.

So for the past 40 years, federal agencies have been able to "interpret" laws to mean whatever they want, and the courts had to just go with it.

It was called Chevron Deference, and it put bureaucrats in charge of the country.

It's how the OHSA was able to decide that everyone who worked for a large company had to get the jab, or be fired.

No law gave them that authority, they just made it up.

It's how the ATF was able to decide a piece of plastic was a "machine gun".

It's how the NCRS was able to decide that a small puddle was a "protected wetlands".

It's how out-of-control agencies have been able to create rules out of thin air, and force you to comply, and the courts had to simply defer to them, because they were the "experts".

Imagine if your local police could just arrest you, for any reason, and no judge or jury was allowed to determine if you'd actually committed a crime or not. Just off to jail you go.

That's what Chevron Deference was.

It was not only blatantly unconstitutional, it caused immeasurable harm to everyone.

Thankfully, it's now gone.

We haven't even begun to feel the effects of this decision in the courts. It will be used, for years to come, to roll back federal agencies, and we'll all be better of for it.

And that's why politicians and corporate media are freaking out about it.
