Biden at the Bottom

Timothy Birdnow

Biden is at 37.4% according to the liberal's favorite pollster Five Thirty Eight.

The Democrats are going to have to dump him.

This is his lowest rating yet.

FBI Lies About Crime

Timothy Birdnow

Crime is plummeting according to the FIB, er, FBI.

According to the folks who brought you Russian Collusion:

The first three months of 2024 saw a continued drop in levels of violent crime and murder across the country, according to data released by the FBI on Monday -- a trend that Attorney General Merrick Garland called "historic."

Reported incidents of violent crime dropped 15% between January and March of this year compared to the same period last year, according to the FBI's Uniform Crime Reporting Data.

Murders dropped by more than 26% in the same time period, the data shows.

The FBI has not released details about the number of incidents for the categories of crime. It will do so when 80% participation levels are met, the agency said.
MORE: Homicide numbers poised to hit a record decline nationwide. But most Americans think murder is on the rise

"This data makes clear that last year's historic decline in violent crime is continuing," Garland said in a statement highlighting the new statistics.

Does anyone at all believe this?

First, absolutely nothing has changed to reduce crime. Enforcement is way DOWN, not up. Even if liberal theory were correct about law and order the fact is there is nothing happening that would discourage crime. On the contrary, the high cost of  living would mean a rise.

IF these statistics are not dishonest (a big if) then it is a coefficient of the stoppage of crime enforcement; we aren't keeping records because otherwise we'd have to actually do something about the matter.

This is clearly an attempt to help Joe Biden shore up support from middle America. It's a damnable lie.

Bragg Will Only Testify After Trump Sentenced

Timothy Birdnow

Alvin Bragg, the "Get Trump" prosecutor from New York, says he'll testify before Congress but only AFTER Trump is sentenced.

FTA:

According to a letter from Bragg's general counsel, Leslie Dubeck, the DA is "committed to voluntary cooperation" with the committee regarding its investigation into the New York trial. However, Dubeck claimed that Bragg would be unable to attend the upcoming session due to "scheduling conflicts."

"That cooperation includes making the District Attorney available to provide testimony on behalf of the Office at an agreed-upon date, and evaluating the propriety of allowing an Assistant District Attorney to testify publicly about an active prosecution to which he is assigned," Dubeck wrote to Jordan. "However, the proposed date that the Subcommittee selected without consulting the Office presents various scheduling conflicts."

Additionally, Dubeck claimed that the committee failed to make "clear the scope of the proposed testimony." The letter further stated that Bragg may be unable to testify before Congress until after Trump's sentencing, which is slated for July 11.

In other words Bragg refuses to testify at all and is stalling for time. It's pretty obvious.

Bragg's going to try to footdrag until after the elections in the hopes that the House will be in Democratic hands (not an unreasonable hope from his perspective with Mike Johnson running the show.)

Missouri AG Fights the Dragon

Timothy Birdnow

Here in Missouri we've had some awesome Attorney Generals for the last few years. We had now Senator Josh Hawley. We had now Senator Craig Schmidt. And now we have Andrew Bailey.

Bailey is suing Planned Parenthoodfor taking minors across state lines to get abortions without the permission or even knowledge of the parents.

FTA:

In the thread that followed, Bailey explained that the lawsuit, originally filed on Feb. 29, 2024, was a "culmination of a multi-year campaign to drive Planned Parenthood out of Missouri because of its flagrant and intentional refusal to comply with state law."

"Planned Parenthood’s most recent unlawful behavior was captured on video, when Planned Parenthood staff admitted they traffic minors across state lines to perform abortions without parental consent," Bailey added.

The lawsuit alleges that Planned Parenthood took minors out of the state of Missouri in "violation of the laws of Missouri regarding parental consent for minors traveling for interstate abortions" and that the abortion provider has a "long and troubling history of failing to comply with the law."

Other lawbreaking alleged by Bailey against Planned Parenthood included using moldy equipment to perform abortions, failing to file reports when women experienced medical complications from abortion, and minors were seen on video getting transported out of Missouri to receive an abortion with parental consent in 2020 and that the entity did it "every day."

God bless him! Certainly God blessed Missouri WITH him!

Biden Guilty

Timothy Birdnow

Hunter Biden GUILTY on all charges!

Of course they had little choice but to convict him after finding Trump guilty of imaginary crimes. If Biden  walked Trump would be a shoe-in.

Analysts think Biden will not face jail time but kept saying "these are serious charges". If so why no jail time? It can't be very serious if that is the case.

As these were federal charges Hunter's old man can pardon him.

U.K. Chicken Grab

Elizabeth Ferguson

ITS HAPPENING: The UK is forcing the registering of all backyard chickens…

On the 19th March 2024 the UKs Governments Department for the Environment, Farming and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) announced that that a mandatory scheme of registration will come into effect later in the year for all poultry keepers in England, Scotland and Wales.

That means if you have one chicken, or one duck, you'll be legally required to register, starting Oct. 1st. This is a big change to the requirements in the UK for poultry keepers...

Colorado Dems Exempt Law from Open Meetings

Lew Ricker

Here are two articles showing what will happen in every state led by disinformation loving governor's and Federal legislators.

https://www.cbsnews.com/colorado/news/democratic-lawmakers-gov-jared-polis-exempt-legislature-colorados-open-meetings-law/

https://coloradofoic.org/colorado-lawmakers-advance-bill-on-ags-office-study-of-misinformation-and-disinformation/

Seems If you're pro 2nd article, there would be no need for your legislators to be hiding.

If you would, think of how many reports by news agencies about particular issues in the past 12 years have been deemed misinformation only to be found to be outright lies by these same people.

Now, think about how many additional subjects WILL be labeled such under the same guise.

No Broken Trail

by Timothy Birdnow

I wandered off alone one day into the deep dark wood
with spirits bright I mocked the night, I felt so very good
nary a care I wandered out there, not doing what I should
but the paths all got crossed and soon I was lost and I knew not where I stood

There is no broken trail
the path I trod alone unshod
has led me to a fail
no signpost rod nor marker nor protective handrail
the tracks have all gone stale

I walked along for untold time though it felt like many days
my mind was a blank and my body was rank as the sun was loosing her rays
I made my camp in a clearing damp in the twilight of blacks and of grays
No water or food and a lot of damp wood, my mind in a melancholy haze

I started out next morning in the early sunlight
but I was tired and hungry and my path was mere flight
of any signs or markers, there were none within my sight
so I stumbled along always doing it wrong, I was clearly losing the fight

I bushwacked my way to a rocky rough glade
soon the path grew quite narrow, with a steeply
pitched grade
I sought sun in the trees and sought trees in the
shade
My mind, like my belly, had turned into jelly; I was clearly coming unmade

the days burned like coal and the nights froze like ice
my weary old soul trapped by my own device
What I had counted as virtue was clearly a vice
at each trail juncture I just rolled the dice

I wandered forever, trapped in that terrible Hell
no longer so clever in my endeavor I was stuck at the bottom of a well
for a drop of cold water my soul I would sell
at a time unknown all the strength left my bones
I was nothing more now than a shell

How had I gotten so lost? I never once counted the cost
like a raft in the sea it was all about me now I was dashed about, sickened, and tossed

Where goeth the love of God,or is He nought but the iron rod?

I begged Him for rescue, I begged Him for relief
I begged Him for forgiveness and an end to my grief
but with each passing hour I knew my time grew brief
My life was being taken by that great eternal thief

But prayers do not go unanswered.

The searcher came and called out my name; I was too weak to reply
cold and lame, perhaps insane, I had no strength to so much as cry
he found me there with a vacant cold stare just gazing up into the sky
a pitiful soul that the devil almost stole, I was just about ready to die

He carried me to the trailhead, to the station warm and bright
He gave me a coat and he bandaged my head and he comforted me in my sad plight
the water and the food made me feel very good
and the world had returned to my sight
the darkness was done and the victor had won
no more sorrow or suffering or night

don't wander alone in the woods my friend
don't think you can stray from the road
you may not atone and lie prone at the end
with the dead you could find your final abode

Global Warming from Wind Farms

Andrei Piriutko

A Harvard study from 2020 found wind turbines will cause more warming in Minnesota than emissions reductions would avert.
"Wind turbines cause local temperature increases at the surface of the earth by causing air to mix throughout portions of the atmosphere...According to the study, wind turbines measuring between 100 and 150 meters (328ft to 498 ft) operating at night can pull down warmer air from as far as 1,640 feet in the air down to the surface, warming the surface of the earth, where it would impact the people, plants, and animals living near the turbines....the warming impact of wind turbines is immediate, and highly localized in the areas that are the "hosts” to the installations. ... surface temperatures in the United States increase more due to wind turbines mixing air in the atmosphere than would be offset by reducing emissions."

Light Alone Evaporates Water

Timothy Birdnow

Vedddy Eeenterestink! As you no doubt are aware, the Earth's albedo has been dropping for some decades now and that means less cloud cover, meaning more sunlight getting to the Earth's oceans. (Of course the Gang Green blames this dropping albedo on "climate change" which is completely illogical as a waremer world would see a RISE in albedo from more water vapor in the atmosphere.)

Carlos Felix Velazquez

Very Interesting. MIT researchers have just discovered that photons alone can evaporate water. I'm no expert but I'd think this probably changes some of our most important climate models and formulas for calculating water vapor in the atmosphere.

I then consulted ChatGPT which didn't know what I was talking about and said I was confused. Then I asked the more up to date, COPILOT (Microsoft's AI chatbot) and it did know of this new MIT discovery. Here are the results of the COPILOT query.

Me : What is the photo molecular effect?

Copilot:
The photomolecular effect is a fascinating discovery that demonstrates how light can cause water to evaporate without the need for heat. This process involves photons of light dislodging clusters of water molecules from the surface, allowing them to float into the air and cause evaporation1. It’s a significant departure from the traditional understanding of evaporation, which typically requires heat to break the bonds between water molecules.

Researchers at MIT have conducted experiments showing that this effect can occur naturally across various water surfaces and could have profound implications for climate modeling, solar energy, and water purification technologies1. The photomolecular effect suggests that light-induced evaporation could be a widespread natural process, affecting everything from clouds to plant transpiration2.

This discovery is not only important for our understanding of the natural world but also opens up potential new avenues for technological innovation, particularly in areas where solar power and clean water production are crucial1. It’s a prime example of how ongoing research can yield surprising insights into phenomena we encounter in everyday life.

Aether Or

Carlos Velazquez

The consensus among cosmologists is that about 85% of the mass in the universe is "dark matter." This professor of physics and astronomy at the University of Huntsville in Alabama is proposing that there is no dark matter and the universe has "topological defects" that could explain why there is more gravity than can be accounted for by observable mass.

One thing for sure this study will accomplish is continuing the government funding of such "studies" as these. I'm very skeptical of these theories which cannot be explained by the known physical laws or cannot be tested and require things they admit are impossible to detect. Let all these extravagant studies proceed but not with my tax dollars.

"A distinguished professor of physics and astronomy at UAH, Lieu says that his interpretation of the problem "gives a finite gravitation force in the absence of any detectable mass,” an approach that he says arose from his frustration with prevailing ideas about dark matter that still lack any direct evidence after more than a century since the idea was initially proposed. According to Lieu, concentric structures comprised of shell-like topological defects could account for the excess gravity current models require to bind galaxies or clusters. These structures likely have their genesis in a cosmological phase transition—an event where the state of matter changes across the entire universe—which occurred very early in the universe. Lieu says such a phase transition could potentially generate gravitational effects without mass."

Gravity Without Mass? New Study Challenges the Existence of Hypothetical Dark Matter - The Debrief
thedebrief.org

Tim adds:

I've always thought of dark matter as much like the Aether (a massless, invisible substance that conducts light); everyone believed in it without any evidence. Einstein just threw it away after the Michaelson-Morley experiment since there was no value in it. Once he dumped it he was able to work out Relativity.

Years ago I read that all that matter would likely phosphoresce from absorbed energy if it existed. Not sure if there is any truth to it but it seems to me we should see SOMETHING, especially now when we have space-based telescopes.

(The Michaelson-Morley experiment involved splitting a single beam of light, sending them in opposite directions, bouncing them back to their starting point, then measuring the difference. If there was an  aether the beam moving against the direction of the aether would arrive slightly after the beam moving with it. But it didn't happen; the beams arrived at the same time.)
