As if Greta "Scoldilocks" Thurnberg hasn't made a big enough fool of herself, she doubles down with sympathy for the Devil.
https://www.theblaze.com/news/greta-thunberg-takes-pause-from-protesting-affordable-energy-to-call-for-ceasefire-justice-and-freedom-for-palestinians
The moronic Muzzie apologist has never learned that it is better to be silent and thought a fool than to open one's mouth and remove all doubt.
Her gums are always flapping.
The 20-year-old Swede said nothing on social media about the thousandsof Israelis and scores of Americans massacred earlier this month or the hundreds of civilians Palestinian militants have taken hostage. She also didn't bother to mention her two countrymen murdered Tuesday by a jihadist in Brussels.
She did, however, post a picture of herself holding a sign stating, "Stand with Gaza," along with the caption, "Today we strike in solidarity with Palestine and Gaza. The world needs to speak up and call for an immediate ceasefire, justice and freedom for Palestinians and all civilians affected."
Thunberg added the hashtags, "#FreePalestine #IStandWithPalestine #StandWithGaza #FridayForFuture."
Among the three leftists seen in the picture with the autistic climate alarmist was one holding a sign that read, "Climate justice now!" with an image of a fist painted in the colors of the Palestinian flag. Another held a sign that read, "This Jew stands with Palestine."
Maybe the bubble-headed brain-dead blond should offer to trade places with some of the hostages being held by Hamas? She is quick to run her yap but not so quick to actually risk her own safety.

China has long tied it's economy with that of the United States. It was a smart policy, buying up American debt; it meant the U.S. was unlikely to go to war with China, or take actions that would hurt the Chinese economy as we owed them so much money.
But now....
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/china-sells-most-us-securities-011321224.html
The Chinese are selling off their American securities and other assets. Now why do you suppose that is?
It suggests that a.we are no longer a sound investment and b. they want to be free to go to war with the U.S.
After World War II the French came up with a bold concept. Having been attacked by Germany three times since 1870 the French wanted to make it impossible for the Germans ever to attack them again. They had one recourse; tie themselves together with Germany in a sort of economic marriage, with little daylight between them. To do this they made a series of steps, forming the European coal and steel organization, then the Common Maket, and culminating in the European Union.
This worked, establishing an ubergovernment for Europe. The Ruling Class in the West have sought to do likewise.
They built up China through very favorable trade policies and offshoring industries. And as China grew so too did her anschluss with Western economies, particularly the U.S. The thought was this would weld the world together and make us all rich and moderately socialist and happy.
It never worked that way because China was only using the West. They had no interest in joining the plantation commonwealth.
China gamed the system. But now it's time to assert themselves. Instead of being tethered to the sinking ship America they want out, to avoid drowning like rats along with the Americans.
And they want to be free to use their power as they wish and not fear economic disaster.
So get used to it; they will sever themselves even more in the next few years.

equities, with funds in the Asian nation also cutting holdings of
agency debt, according to data from the US Department of the Treasury
released on Wednesday. In August, the onshore yuan tumbled to its
lowest against the dollar since November, prompting Beijing to tell
state-owned banks to step up intervention in the currency market.

The FAA and the U.S. military (no doubt at the behest of the Biden Administration) refused to issue Varda Space Industries, American space research company headquartered in Torrance, California, a license to land it's orbital spacecraft in the U.S. The craft was carrying expensive HIV drugs manufact in orbit.
Varda has had to beg Australia for permission to land the spacecraft there.
Accoridng to Robert Zimmerman:
The agreement between Varda and Southern Launch, a company based in Adelaide, Australia, would allow Varda’s second mission, scheduled to launch in mid-2024, to reenter and land at the remote Koonibba Test Range. "We plan, with the Koonibba Test Range, to conduct a reentry operation as soon as our second orbital mission, which the launch and reentry would be in mid-2024,” [Delian Asparouhov, the company’s chairman, president, and co-founder,] told Ars.[emphasis mine]
In other words, Varda’s first launched capsule, in space now but unable to land, has become a total loss, simply because the U.S. government blocked its return.
End except.
This is disgraceful and was done as part of the Biden junta's "America Must Pay" general policy of deindustrialization and parity.
Biden and company are determined to make America an "equal among nations" meaning they must deindustrialize the country and restric what we do so as to empower others, thus helping to make a world without inequities. It's the same fundamental standard as we see among all liberals, to restrain the successful in the name of "fairness".
So gay people with AIDS will die so America won't lead the world. Nice.

Liberals and leftists have come to view Trump the same way that Germans came to view the Jews. Both the regime and their media propagandized the hatred towards Jews till large swathes of the German population believed the Jewish people were evil and responsible for the country's problems. The left regime and their complicit media have propagandized half the people to view Trump as did the Germans view the Jews.
All regimes that rely on force, coercion, and division, play by this handbook. And as much as people today looking back on German history find it hard to believe how so readily the German population was propagandized, these same people today have been identically indoctrinated. The Germans who agreed with and supported Hitler in his hatred of Jews, increasingly became alarmed as reality unfolded. And yet for the most part they held firm in their support, because realizing and accepting they were on the wrong side, caused far too much cognitive dissonance. It was easier to remain silent, or to be apologists, as so many left supporting people are today of our ruling regime. Or worse, they will argue that the mess has nothing to do with the regime, and that these catastrophes would have unfolded anyway.
We probably won't t get the benefit of looking back in the next decade or two and point out the madness of our own form of national socialism, or Nazism as the Germans called it. We might yet lose this fight. And just as it took the Russians almost 100 years to shed the disaster of collectivism and tens of millions of lives lost (with hundreds of millions destroyed), it could well take America a full lifetime 70-80 years to correct the immersion into the Marxist abyss of ruin. If we make it at all. Last year my concern was civil or revolutionary war in America in the coming years. Now we sit and watch as WWIII unfolds before our eyes. Weakness, emotions, envy, pride, and avarice have brought us here.
The German people in general were not evil, nor did they view themselves that way. People can generally only see their own complicit nature in retrospect, whilst some of us can see it in real time. Many have left the left. Few, if any, have recently joined their ranks from the centrist or conservative sides. That alone speaks volume. There are many who still support the regime, the MSM, the state, the alphabet agencies, and the actions they take to suppress speech, freedom, and independence, and who wage wars by proxy wherever they can. They support this over those who would curtail their powers to do so. Because the MSM told them they were good citizens if they did.
It is far easier to fool a man, than it is to convince him he has been fooled.

Is there free will in Islam?
"No soul can believe, except by the will of Allah, and He will place doubt (or obscurity) on those who will not understand” (10: 99–100). Ibn Kathir explains, "Allah has decreed that they will be misguided, so warning them will not help them and will not have any effect on them.” 23 Allah controls even the choices of individual souls to believe in him or reject him, yet even though the Infidels have no choice but to reject Allah, they will still pay the penalty in hell for this rejection: "As to those who reject Faith, it is the same to them whether thou warn them or do not warn them; they will not believe. Allah hath set a seal on their hearts and on their hearing, and on their eyes is a veil; great is the penalty they (incur)” (2: 6–7). Thus, those who reject faith do so because Allah wills it, as per these verses, not because they have free choice. Says Ibn Kathir, "These Ayat [verses] indicate that whomever Allah has written to be miserable, they shall never find anyone to guide them to happiness, and whomever Allah directs to misguidance, he shall never find anyone to guide him.” 24 For "he for whom Allah hath not appointed light, for him there is no light” (24: 40).”

"In light of Koranic verses like these, the idea of free will was declared heretical early in Islamic history. The twelfth-century Muslim jurist Ibn Abi Ya’la describes the Qadari sect, which affirmed free will: They are those who claim that they possess in full the capacity to act (al-istitâ a), free will (al-mashî’a), and effective power (al-qudra). They consider that they hold in their grasp the ability to do good and evil, avoid harm and obtain benefit, obey and disobey, and be guided or misguided. They claim that human beings retain full initiative, without any prior status within the will of Allah for their acts, nor even in His knowledge of them. Their doctrine is similar to that of Zoroastrians and Christians. It is the very root of heresy. 25”

Sydney Powell just rolled on Trump.
In a misguided attempt to save her own skin she pled guilty in return for probation and will now try to give up the former President.
As part of the deal, she will serve six years of probation, will be fined $6,000 and will have to write an apology letter to Georgia and its residents. She also agreed to testify truthfully against her co-defendants at future trials.
Get that? If she doesn't actively work to take Trump out the deal will be off. Given the bare-knuckle assault by Big Fat Fannie Willis, does Trump's former lawyer think she'll be able to just tell the truth and not be prosecuted?I understand; this is a terrifying ordeal and she probably panicked. But it is a very dangerous precedent; a lawyer being tried alongside her client.
Today is a day of mourning for our Constitution. Willis wiped her ample posterior with it.

Biden is going to let sanctions against the communists in Venezuela expire.
US to ease Venezuela oil, gas sanctions after election deal
So we will cement these bolsheviks in power to get a temporary drop in gs prices for the upcoming election.
The United States will ease some oil and gas sanctions against Venezuela after the South American country's government and opposition agreed to hold elections next year.
In response to those "democratic developments," the US Treasury Department "has issued General Licenses authorizing transactionsinvolving Venezuela's oil and gas sector andgold sector," and is "removing the ban onsecondary trading" in debt securities, a statement from undersecretary for terrorism Brian Nelson said Wednesday.
But it also said that those authorizations could be amended or revoked at any time if the electoral deal falls through.
"Let's turn the page, let's rebuild a relationship of respect, of cooperation... this is my message to those in power, and to the government of the United States," Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro said, while also calling for a definitive end to the sanctions.
To uphold the agreement, the United States warned Venezuela that it must "define a specific timeline and process for the expedited reinstatement of all candidates" by the end of November, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said.
"All who want to run for president should be allowed the opportunity," he said in a statement.
The agreement between Washington and Caracas comes just a day after the Venezuelan government and opposition reached a deal in Barbados -- mediated by Norway -- to hold elections in late 2024.
But that accord allows for the exclusion of certain candidates under Venezuelan law, which would include opposition frontrunner Maria Corina Machado.
Does that last surprise anyone? Caracas will do what it pleases and Biden will already have given them concrete things. This is a case of offering concrete economically valuable things for a promise of better behavior in future.I really don't believe these people are that thick.

Another J6 protester gets five years in prison for trespassing and breaking a window.
This is out of control. The Judge - Royce Lamberth - needs to be run out of town on a rail.
The odd thing about this is that Lamberth has gone on record saying he thought the J6 protesters had their civil rights violated. Then he went ahead and violated them himself.
If this is the best America has to offer we are toast.
BTW, Lamberth, a Reagan appointee, helped pull Hillary Clinton's bacon out of the fire in the past. I think the man is senile.

I forgot to post this over the weekend. I wrote it back in 2005. It's long, so allow for plenty of time to read it:
The Anniversary of Hastings
TURNING POINTS IN HISTORY; HASTINGS 1066Throughout history certain days and events have been momentous, and the future often depends on the outcome of single occurrences. The battle of Marathon, Caesar`s crossing the Rubicon, Pope Leo facing down the ``Scourge of God``Attila, Charles Martel`s victory over the invading Saracens at Poitiers (or Tours), Washington`s victory at Yorktown, etc. are all examples of events which changed history. Oftentimes nobody understands the significance of the event. Today marks the anniversary of one such turning point, one which few know much about; it was on this day, October 14, in the Year of Our Lord 1066 that William, Duke of Normandy, destroyed the English army at the battle of Hastings and set the English speaking peoples on the path which would lead them to rule the world. more...

Hospice patients are being quietly killed as Medicare incentivizes ‘stealth euthanasia’
FTA:
The November 2022 report, written by Ava Kofman for ProPublica, shows how hospice conditions create what seems to be an irresistible — and ultimately lethal — opportunity for corruption: The industry rakes in massive funds from Medicare, which delivers a flat daily cash benefit, but hospice groups must repay those funds if the average length of stay of all patients exceeds six months.
An investigation cited by Kofman’s article found that half of hospice patients in a random sample were ineligible for some or all of the care they received, a problem consistent with the testimony of hospice whistleblower Marsha Farmer. She told Kofman how her supervisor set "ungodly” quotas for hospice enrollment, and then threatened to fire employees if they didn’t meet those quotas.
Such hospice patients were "ineligible” because they weren’t near death, as Farmer testified from her own experience. This begs the question: If such patients who are not near death are being brought in for Medicare funds, and these funds must be repaid if patient stays run too long, how do these profit-driven hospices keep their cash flow going?
"One tactic was to ‘dump,’ or discharge, patients with overly long stays,” Kofman reported. But some hospices used more sinister methods.
One hospice group in Frisco, Texas was caught by the FBI trying to avoid repayment to Medicare by killing its hospice patients. The hospice owner reportedly instructed staff to overdose patients who were living "too long.” One of his disclosed texts to a nurse read, "He better not make it tomorrow. Or I will blame u.”
Even when patients aren’t "actively” killed, ineligible ones can easily be led to their death, because one of the conditions of hospice is forgoing curative care — care that non-dying patients need to treat illness.

Texas is building a border fence with New Mexico to stop illegal aliens from invading the neighboring state and walking in to El Paso.
This is how nations disintegrate; not with a bang but with a series of whimpers. This is how it worked in the last days of Rome when the Empire could no longer protect the provinces. They had to isolate themselves or perish.

Joe Manchin, the moderate Democrat Senator from West By Gosh Virginia, may soon be looking for work as he is down 13 points to his Republican challenger.
Good.
Manchin is a moderate Democrat, but he is a Democrat, and he stood with the radicals when they needed him (and the deal they made with him for that was reneged upon). You cannot elect any Democrat; party discipline makes every and any Democrat a Blue vote, unlike the GOP where the "mavericks" hold the party hostage.
Manchin traded his vote on Obiden's climate deal in return for more drilling. The Biden Administration promised it then never delivered.
At any rate we need more Republicans and especially MAGA Republicans. Joe Manchin isn't one.

Hamas leaders are currently hiding under the main hospital in Gaza. This is exactly why they fabricated the story on the attack on the other hospitals. They want to make sure no one hits theirs.. I have been seeing dead Bumble Bees on my back patio, was bumming me out. I was taking a break the other day, and watched this one fly around, then it start stumbling around like it was running out of gas. Never saw this mass death before. It must suck to be so big and have little wings.
Meanwhile I couldn't kill enough Pack Rats to save my cars.

Richard Cronin explains:
Aluminum on the surface of our planets exists largely as Aluminum Oxide (alumina) and is perfectly inert. However, when acidified, Aluminum becomes the Aluminum ion (Al-). In that form it is a neuro-toxin.
One form of "Solar Radiation Management” (geoengineering, Chemtrails) includes spraying out coal fly ash and acidic sulfates at high altitudes to mimic the shading effects of ash spewed out of stratovolcanoes like Mt. Pinatubo. The aluminum becomes acidified. Mammals are probably OK because we have lipids in our bloodstream which act as chelating agents. They wrap up heavy metals so they can be excreted. Insects have no such protection so the bees develop dementia and lose their ability to navigate back to the hive. Hence, bee colony collapse.
We have to kill the planet to save the planet.
