Some idiot Steeler's lawyer is saying his loudmouth client was attacking (really cyberbullying) a billion dollar corporation and not some kid working there. What the jerk football player doesn't realize that HE is a multimillion dollar corporation and the kid behind the counter is not. It is one thing to mouth off in a parking lot. It's another thing for a representative of the Steelers to put it on the Internet where it no longer is hearsay evidence. One career ending gang tackle and this Steeler could be looking for a job at Chick-fil-A.


A new lawsuit claims bullies 'abused' a teen Chick-fil-A employee after an NFL player allegedly mocked him on Snapchat

"The family of a teenage Chick-fil-A employee has filed a lawsuit against Pittsburgh Steelers defensive player Sean Davis which claims he mocked the boy in a Snapchat video.

"Chick-fil-A got little kids," Davis says in the video, which shows the teen working at a Chick-fil-A drive-thru in Cranberry, Pennsylvania. "This kid like eight years old. No wonder the lines be so long at Chick-fil-A."

The lawsuit, which was filed by the teenage boy's family, claims he was later bullied at school over the video, and has since suffered from headaches, depression, sleeplessness and anxiety, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.

"He got abused in school for a few weeks over it," the family's attorney, Andrew Leger, told the Post-Gazette.

The lawsuit accuses Davis of libel, cyberbullying, and intentional infliction of emotional distress."

We have a Chick-fil-A right here in my neighborhood. We don't go in often, but I tell you, it's the best fast-food organization in the WORLD. This Steeler player would have to undergo a LOT of training in order to work in one.

Broward County Deputies Were Allegedly Told NOT To Enter School. Here's Why.

On Monday, Fox News host Laura Ingraham revealed in an exclusive that Broward County Sheriff's Deputies were supposedly told not to enter Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School unless they had body cameras on, which they did not have.

Ingraham also revealed that police "lost radio transmissions" during the shooting, which also happened at the mass shooting at Fort Lauderdale airport shooting last year, which is also in Broward County.

Three New York Muslim women swccessfully sued over being forced to unveil their faces for mug shots after being arrested.

According to Fox News:

"Three lawsuits were settled Monday in Brooklyn federal court stemming from the NYPD policy of photographing people wearing religious head coverings, the New York Daily News reported. The three women settled for $60,000 each.

Some cases date to 2012, when a high school girl – identified as "G.E.” – was arrested after a brawl with two other girls whom she thought spread gossip about her.

G.E. was initially brought to a local police station and was told to take off her hijab. G.E. refused and was taken to a secluded room where a female police officer took her photo outside the presence of any men, the Daily News reported.

But at Brooklyn Central Booking the police could not accommodate the girl’s religious needs, telling her that there were not any female officers available and that the camera is in a fixed spot, thus the mugshot could not be taken in a private room.

The girl alleged that a male officer then took her photo without a hijab, making her feel "exposed, violated and distraught” as she was forced to be without the Islamic garb for 20 minutes while male officers and prisoners looked at her."

Well, don't get into fistfights if you want to wear a hijab, is my view. Execting privacy after being arrested is unreasonable. There are numerous instances of, say, Hasidic Jews in prison forced to shave. Asking a woman who is under arrest to remove a covering of her entire face is hardly unreasonable = and if there are no women around to take the photo she is going to have to have a man do it. Get over it or go home.

What ever happened to "If you see something, say something?" Here, a teacher who dares to suggest that his school might be vulnerable to being "shot up" is suspended for voicing his concern.

" A high school teacher in New Jersey said he was suspended last week for bringing up his concerns about his school’s safety in light of the Florida massacre. Philly.com reported that Timothy Locke, 59, was placed on leave for talking about the Parkland shooting and then floating the possibility that a similar event could happen at Cherry Hill High School East, which is in Cherry Hill, N.J. "He said the chances of East being shot up were high,” one 17-year-old student told the newspaper. The student said that she noticed another student upset and the two went to the principal’s office. A spokeswoman from the school board told Philly.com that she could not discuss the personal matter. Locke is reportedly well-liked by students at the school and some protested his suspension on Monday. Locke told the paper that he was called into the principal’s office and his bag was searched. He told the paper that he has to undergo a psychiatric exam."

By now the larger public outside the great state of Missouri is aware that Eric Greitens, a Democrat turned Republican, who also happens to be the Governor of the Show-Me State was indicted and booked last week on a felony invasion of privacy charge. The grand jury indictment stems from a photo that Greitens, a married man, allegedly snapped of a partially clad lover during a sexual tryst in the basement of his home in the spring of 2015, one year before the campaign that resulted in Greitens winning the state governorship. This is obviously a big story, one that goes beyond a prominent man behaving badly, or confirming the #MeToo meme that most men are to be distrusted. Yet again, the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has been caught trying to defrost planetary temperatures to make them fit with their doomsday models of global warming. Paul Homewood at Not a Lot of People Know That proved NOAA is lying.

According to NOAA, last month’s mean temperature was just slightly less than the 1901-2000 average, similar to the overall Northeast trend.

In my previous work, I compared current temperatures with January 1943. According to NOAA, the average temperature for Central Lakes was 20.8F last month, compared with 18.7F in January 1943.

In other words, it was 2.1F warmer last month than in 1943.

The actual temperatures recorded in January 1943 are below, and come from the Monthly Climatology Report for NY State at the time.

Nobody is making this point, which is excellent and should be obvious when one thinks about it. These children, given absolute moral authority by the media, are to be listened to when they say they aren't mature enough to be listened to.

We should take them at their word and apply their demands first to them. In a sane world where the media actually sought to find logic this is precisely what would happen. But not now; these kids are pawns and aren't wise enough to know it.

Looks like there were three other Broward County deputies who failed to enter Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School while Nikolas Cruz was murdering teenagers by the gross.

"...Sheriff Israel told ABC 13 that video shows the deputy, Scott Peterson, "arrive at the west side of Building 12” and "take a position” outside the school — but never go inside. The sheriff’s office moved to suspend Peterson, who resigned before the suspension could take place.

Now CNN reports that the Coral Springs police officers claim three other Broward County deputies were outside the school but failed to go inside as well. They quote "Coral Springs sources” who said the three "deputies had their pistols drawn and were behind their vehicles” when Coral Springs officers arrived. They said "not one of [the deputies] had gone into the school.”"

What value is there in having police if they don't take action? The Left wants us to disarm ourselves and rely on civil authorities to protect us, yet frequently they fail when push comes to shove. One armed teacher could have ended the massacre at any time if he or she had the courage to act - and the weapon to act with.

They should change the name of Broward county. Might I suggest Coward County?
