It's actually come to this; theives are hijacking eggs!
The yoke appears to be on us.
A modern day Lufthansa heist of cacklefruit actually happened when $40,000 worth of eggs were stolen from the back of a trailer in Greencastle, Pennsylvania.
This is what Joe Biden has given us. He drove prices of everything up,but his destruction of millions of chickens has made eggs - an American breakfast staple - unaffordable at $7 bucks a carton or more.
I imagine the owners - some organic farmers - had egg on their faces when this happened. But I'm sure Jesse Jackson was happy as most eggs are full of whites...

The Deep State used USAID to help oust Bolsonaro from power in Brazil and put that marxist guy in charge.
The article states:
Catch Up:
Mike Benz on how USAID spent tens of millions of dollars of US taxpayer funds to remove Jair Bolsonaro from power and end free speech in Brazil:
"When populist waves swept the world within the U. S. in 2016 with Trump and with what happened all over Europe with Marine Le Pen and Matteo Salvini and Nigel Farage, USAID declared censorship holy war against every single populist group, including Bolsonaro. Steve, I’m telling you right now, if USAID did not exist, Bolsonaro would still be the president of Brazil and Brazil would still have a free and open internet.
It was USAID that spent tens of millions of dollars of American taxpayer money funding the push to get anti misinformation bills passed in the parliament there. Funding the legal advocates who pushed the censorship court there, the TSE, to crack down on Bolsonaro. tweets and WhatsApp and Telegram messages.
They built a censorship octopus in Brazil and it was built entirely on USAID because USAID declared Bolsonaro a populist, Trump of the tropics, and then set up this operation to control the information ecosystem there. One of the USAID grantees even said on a public call that the purpose was to eliminate the, uh, the international exchange of ideas between the Trump movement and the Bolsonaro movement.
That’s what USAID does. They kill domestic populism because it gets in the way of their foreign policy goals.”
so it has been a destructive force all over the world and has ties to the CIA, and it launders money to Democrats. I am so very glad Trump is killing it now.

After a flurry of document shredding and removing anti-American paraphenalia, the good folks at USAID are finally out.

So Chuck Schumer is fearful of DOGE, believing the agency is a "shadow government". I guess he never heard of an outside audit before?
"An unelected shadow government is conducting a hostile takeover of the federal government
DOGE is not a real government agency. DOGE has no authority to make spending decisions.”
Perhaps that last is even true but Donald J. Trump has that authority and he is backing DOGE and it's head Elon Musk.
Schumer and the Democrats are watching the Trump Administration dismantle their power base one piece att a time and they are panicking. Of course they were the hostile shadow government that took over the U.S. and don't want to give it back to the People where it belongs.

Ukraine Open To Trump Demand To Exchange Rare Earth Elements For Arms
About time we started getting some return on the weapons and aid we've poured into the Ukraine. Oh, and China can suck on it!

This is interesting; Politico suddenly couldn't pay staffers after Trump shut down USAID. And according to Charlie Kirk they were given $8 million dollars by this very same institution.
In other words the U.S. government was tampering with the free press.
We all knew Politico was left wing, but now we know they were probably a propgaganda outlet for the U.S. government.

Interesting though it won't happen, and if it did it would likely lead to Israel being invaded by her neighbors.
Exclusive: Israel May Propose Moving Palestinians from Gaza to Indonesia
The modern day Phillistines are not going anywhere by choice, and if Israel forcibly moves them they will be accused of genocide and war crimes. It's not going to happen.

There is nothing more hypocritical than a rich white liberal!
Martha's Vineyard Snobs Now Defend Illegal Aiens After previously Kicking Them off the Island
There was a rally with many vowing to Resist! Trump deportations. Of course, they didn't seem so generous when they actually had illegal aliens living among them. As long as it's not in their backyards.
Might I suggest Trump send the overflow that cannot get into Club Gitmo to Martha's Vineyard? I mean, since they want them so badly...

Sweden Says Ship Broke Baltic Sea Cable by Accident - USNews.com
Sowill the American media report this as zealously as they did the original cutting of the cable? Just doing a Google search shows they are trying to sweep it under the rug.

While strategically sound anywhere else this is a terrible idea and I hope Trump isn't serious.
Trump Says U.S. Will Take over the ‘Hellhole’ of the Gaza Strip
We don't want to get bogged down in THAT quagmire! We'll be there forever if we do.
Trump boasted of all the jobs he would create if we took it over. Uh, he was hired to create jobs HERE in the U.S. Nobody said anything about providing jobs to former Hamas thugs.
I am sure everybody would be thrilled with the idea (except the Palestinians and Iran, of course) but that doesn't make it a good idea. It makes us a fall guy.
Foolish.

Reader Mike (a brilliant man, most certainly) and I are having a debate about tariffs and I thought it would be an interesting discussion to post on the main page.
(To read more on my position on tariffs and why I do not fear them read this. The discussion below is less well-notated (because it was just a discussion) but you can easily look this all up.)
Mike asks:
Asking for a friend. Was USMCA one of the horrible trade deals that trump speaks of? How is putting Mexican troops on the border to stop the cartels going to help when the cartels already defeated them? In the deal with Canada all he got was for them to add the cartels to their terrorist list. Everything else was already in the works with their new border czar. And with his tariff BS its time for him to move on. Tariffs dont work. They will drive prices up further, something he wasnt elected to do.
I respond: more...

Old Peanuthead won a Grammy over his narration of an audio book about his time in Plains, Ga.
The deification of Carter is in the works. He was the worst President in American history until Joe Biden but they are going to work at it to make both of those two dunderheads into "underappreciated" great Presidents.
Would they give such an honor to Trump? Ronald Reagan? Didn't think so.

Just two days of tariffs and China is channeling their inner Monty Hall.
Yes, the Chicoms are already invoking filial piety and crying it out. (Filial piety is the old Confucian idea of obeisance to your elder family members - in this case they are crying "uncle")
China's economy is intimately interwoven with our own, and that was by design by the internationalists and the Clinton folks (and Bushes, and Obama). If we are hurt by not doing business with them, they are hurt worse by not doing business with us. As of 2023 China had a GDP of $17.79 trillion, the second largest in the world. But the U.S. has a GDP of 27.36 trillion. And 14% of all Chinese goods are exported to the U.S.- $501.22 Billion. America exports less and we have a trade imbalance of around 4% as of last year. So who gets the worst of it if tariffs are imposed on both sides? I would add there are other countries making a lot of what China makes, and we can start buying from them instead of from China. There are few things we need from China except rare earth elements and a couple of other things.
But China cannot afford anything else that pressures their markets. They have been in an economic downturn for some time now, and China's whole economic model is based on growth. They have to create at least 13 million new jobs every year or face high unemployment. They haven't been meeting this target and unemploymebnt among younger people has skyrocketed.
So they cannot afford to lose business. America must keep buying from them or the natives will get restless.
And the U.S. can pressure China's suppliers in many avenues - like oil or coal. (Yes, China has lots of coal but their need surpasses their output.)
So if they go to the mat with us they MAY hurt our economy but will destroy their own. They aren't stupid.
Foreign policy has always been about money. The U.S. could have crushed the old Soviet Union any time we liked just by doing what Reagan did; go head-to-head with them economically. It wasn't rocket science, but the official policies of the U.S. were forever throwing lifelines to the Soviets at critical moments. Grain deals, for instance, kept the Russians from starving and the USSR from imploding. We lent them money regularly.
Now China isn't the USSR, but it's still, in my opinion, not the powerhouse everyone believes. It's economy is largely based on our folly, our unwillingness to disengage from them. If we cut them off they will crumble. It's always been a matter of squeezing properly.
But so many in this country were getting rich from trading with them and using them for cheap labor. Joe Biden certainly enriched himself via the Chicoms.
I think we can ween ourselves away from China and as we do so we'll see China's economic power decline quite quickly - and so too will their military power. They have grown strong feeding off the West like a parasite. They are like tapeworms, and as Curly Howard only fed his tapeworm "burnt toast and a rotten egg" because "that's good enough for him" so too we should treat china. There are plenty of places that would welcome our business that do not plot our downfall.

George Soros' ties to USAID.
If there is anything that proves this institution is an abomination and should die it is this. Any organization with connections to that malfactor Soros should automatically be strangled.

El Salvador has promised Marco Rubio they will house any illegals being deported from the U.S., regardless of their nationality.
This is how you win; everyone is tripping over themselves to curry favor with the Trump Administration. The carrot and the stick.
This was all so simple; it just took someone willing to act and not be roped into the New World Order and their Ruling Class quagmire.

A FederalJudge (appointed by Ronald Reagan) blockeed Trump's interpretation of birthright citizenship, saying his actions to deport children of illegals is unconstitutional, and now three other courts will hear cases involving birthright citizenship. In some instances it is by pregnant illegals (who should be immediately deported before giving birth.)
Actually this judge probably made the right call given the current thinking; he's using precedent. But it's the wrong call as it accepts LIBERAL precedent. SCOTUS has not ruled on this one way or another, and it willbe they who determine this.
(BTW Reagan also gave us Sandra Day O'Connor, and Anthony Kennedy so the fact he appointed this guy doesn't mean this guy is really a constitutionalist.)
This will be settled by SCOTUS, and if it goes against us we need to start pushing a Constitutional Amendment to remove birthright citizenship. No other country on Earth does it. It's sole purpose was to guarantee black people wouldn't be denied citizenship and deprorted after the Civil War. It was never, ever intended to allow women to slide their bottoms over the border like football players making a touchdown and win the Superbowl. (Not only does the kid get citizenship but the whole family is allowed in as a result.)

I just don't think it's a good idea to play with viruses like that. We have no idea of what the long-term impact of purposely infectting young people might be. Maybe nothing but maybe it will cause cancer or something else?
