Erasing America One Hero at a Time

Timothy Birdnow

The war on America's history continues. Here in St. Louis Charles Lindbergh is a great hero. The man who flew across the Atlantic was funded by investors from the Gateway City, and he named his plane the Spirit of St. Louis. His connections to this area is huge, and he used to be considered an American hero by many.

But Lindbergh was an isolationist and offered some sympathy to the Nazis early on, and so the Left, ever eager to find any excuse to go after one of our heroes, is now busy trying to erase Lindbergh from our national litany of great men. I mean, he's an old white dude so he must go after all.

Writing in The Riverfront Times libbie hippie ex-editor of said rag argues for the erasure of Lindbergh from our fair city. Ray Hartman, who now stars on Donneybrook, a local PBS debate show between local media dopes, wants Lindbergh gone. He wants the inner belt road renamed for someone else (probably Barack obama blvd. or something). He wants the monumenets torn down. He no doubt wants the mock-up of the Spirit of St. Louis in Lambert Field removed.

This is just another effort to erase the America that was and create new hereoes, new cultural icons, new history and traditions. This is how you wipe out a culture - one hero at a time.

Teamsters to Strike A-B

Timothy Birdnow

The International Brotherhood of Teamsters is going on strike to demand job security from A-B Inbev as jobs are increasingly be replaced by robots.

The contract being put forward by the Teamsters would strengthen job security for union members.

Inbev has been systematically modernizing their production facilities, and Anheuser-Busch's facilities have been antiquated. The flagship plant in St. Louis is particularly antiquated as has been kept in "classic" condition out of nostaligia. But Inbev isn't in business for nostalgia and does not care about the company's ties to St. Louis. It may well close the plant (laying off a LOT of St. Louisans).

The Teamsters have backed the Democrats for years and they have supported this international order which has so hurt their industries. Also the immigrants have squeezed wages and benefits. Now the unions are unhappy but they have only themselves to blame.

The auto makers union did the same to their members.

This is a case of the unions laying down with dogs then not oliking the flees. The Teamsters did not support Donald Trump last election, despite Trump being good for both the American economy and American labor.

Joe Biden, on the other hand, has always supported the unions in word but not deed. Now his policies are coming home to roost.

Vote Fraud in Michigan and the FBI Remains Silent

Timothy Birdnow

More on vote fraud in Michigan. The FBI is trying to run out the clock on the matter.

Group Wants to Know What Happened in Michigan Election Probe

FTA:

Pressure is mounting for action concerning a 2020 incident in which Brianna Hawkins, an employee of GBI Strategies, a campaign services vendor, allegedly attempted to submit 12,500 new voter registration applications to the city clerk of Muskegon, Michigan, in the weeks leading up to the presidential election. Both Ms. Hawkins and GBI Strategies are named in an otherwise heavily redacted police report.

Dozens of the applications were quickly found to contain erroneous names, addresses, and signatures that appeared to be signed by the same person. The western Michigan community has a population of 38,000.

The clerk called the local police, and an investigation was launched that involved the Michigan State Police, the Criminal Investigation Division of the state Attorney General’s office, investigators from the Secretary of State’s office, inspectors of the United States Postal Service, and an agent from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATFE).

Within days, investigators found financial records linking GBI Strategies to the campaigns of Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden and the Democrat candidate for the U.S. Senate Gary Peters, according to the Michigan State Police (MPS) incident report.

It was also discovered that the operations of GBI Strategies extended to half a dozen of Michigan’s urban centers and multiple states. In the 2018 midterms, the company was paid $188,000 by the National Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, and $1.5 million by Alabama Democrat Doug Jones’s campaign for U.S. Senate.

Google Goes Plaid

Timothy Birdnow

The ridiculous  bias at Google News.

It was always bad but now it's gone into hyperdrive. Nay, Ludicrous speed! (It's gone plaid. )

Why isn't this election tampering? Violation of campaign finance laws? Google is giving huge amounts in free advertising to the Democrats.

Erasing America

Timothy Birdnow

The erasure of American history and culture continues.

Virginia Senate Votes to Revoke Tax-Exempt Status for United Daughters of the Confederacy

The Democrat sponsoring the bill argues the NAACP doesn't get "special privileges" in this way - meaning exemptions from property taxes and whatnot. So instad of exempting them (a political organization while the Daughters of the Confrederacy is clearly a charitable one) his solution is to assault the DOTC. And that to "make the Commonwealth what we want" as opposed to recognizing her unique history and heritage.

If you want to fundamentally change a country you must first erase it's history. The modern Left is doing this as we speak.

Dems: We Won't Certify Trump

Timothy Birdnow

Will prosecutors charge Democrats with election tampering or insurrection? Somehow I doubt it.

Democrats Signal they May Not Certify 2024 Election Results if Trump Wins

This is the exact thing Fani Willis is going after Trump for. Ditto Jack Smith.

Will they call any protests at the Capitol an "insurrection"?

You know the answer.

FTA:

Senior House Democrats signaled Friday that they may not certify the 2024 election results if former President Donald Trump wins, according to The Atlantic.

During oral arguments earlier this month to consider a Colorado ruling finding Trump ineligible for the ballot under the 14th Amendment’s "insurrectionist ban,” the Supreme Court did not appear persuaded that a single state should be able to remove him, though it is unclear whether the justices will address the eligibility question directly. Despite criticizing Republicans who voted against certifying President Joe Biden’s victory in 2020, several senior Democrats who spoke to The Atlantic reportedly left open the possibility of not certifying a Trump 2024 victory if the Supreme Court does not clearly rule on his eligibility.

Democratic California Rep. Zoe Lofgren told the Atlantic she believes Trump is "clearly ineligible” but said the process of challenging it is "very murky.” She said "there’s no procedure, per se, for challenging on this basis,” according to the outlet.

Nevertheless, Lofgren said she "might be” among the legislatures who would seek to disqualify him.

Democratic South Carolina Rep. Jim Clyburn told the Atlantic he thinks Trump is "an insurrectionist.”

So  the presumption of innocence before proven guilty is no longer applicable in America.

No, Trump is guilty because the political class has so judged him, and his day in court be damned.

I think we need to de-certify these folks.

The Eye in the Sky is coming Back

Timothy Birdnow

It's BAAACK!

Like a bad Dracula movie, the blood sucker is returning and there is little we can do to stop it.

The City of St. Louis wants to bring back traffic cameras and other passive surveillance tools to fleece the public.

The City had taken them down after a judge ruled against their use several years ago.

Mayor Tishuara Jones (whose father went to prison for corruption) is asking the Board of Alderman to sign onto this, using a couple of high profile pedestrian injuries as justification.

But the fact is the most high profile of them all - when a high school volleyball player in town for a tournament was hit and had her legs crushed in downtown St. Louis - would have happened regardless because the perp was under house arrest and had violated his incarceration multiple times - including the time he hit the girl.

In point of fact Prosecuting Attorney Kim Gardner refused to take legal action against the black youth, who was free to act as he pleased. It was a matter of a failure to enforce the law in the first place.

Cameras wouldn't have stopped this thug.

So her injury is being used to promote harassment of law-abiding citizens.

I would point out that accidents actually went up because of the red light cameras. This was especially true of rear endings because people stopped short to avoid tickets. I would add there was a dirty trick where yello lights were cut increasingly short so that more tickets would be handed out.

The companies that own the cameras get 50 cents on the dollar for every ticket so they are eager to give as many out as possible. In theory the police review the tape - but the reality is that is pretty much a rubber stamp.

The Missouri Supreme Court ruled red light cameras unconstitutional. Not only is it difficult to impossible to verify the vehicle owner is the driver but also the accused cannot confront their accuser (a camera) in a court of law.

But Tishuara Jones wants the money they will bring. She and her Democrat homies have squandered all the taxes collected and driven out the tax base and so the city is facing a serious looming budget crisis which she hopes to mend by using spy gadgets and stealing money from motorists.

Americans have become far too willing to allow cameras to watch their every move. A nation which allows government to spy on the citizenry is not a free society. And even if it is just red light runners now (and there are plenty of those and they anger me too) it will be cameras everywhere else reporting on what you do. Tyrants love surveillance. Just look at the Stasi record in East Germany.

We have an amendment against illegal search and seizure, and cameras on the road most certainly are a violation of the Fourth Amendment.

Surveillance on citizens always starts with some good goal in mind. But once you go down that slippery slope you are doomed. Broad and easy is the path that leads to damnation.

St. Louis County, and even the conservative St. Charles County are watching this develop with great interest. If St. Louis does it and finds a way to get away with it these cameras will blanket the whole area. No good will come of it.

There will be blood on Tishuara Jones' hands. And on the St. Louis Board of Alderman. People will die from accidents caused by this.

A pox upon all of their greedy mercenary tyrannical hearts!

Soylent Green Coming =to a McDonalds Near You

Diane Kimura

First, the left changed the definition of racism to identify whites as the perpetrator of racism.

Then they added the term, "privilege" to identify anyone who is white, male, comes from a two-parent home, is Christian, has an education, and did I say white?

Discrimination against whites is not racist and antisemitism is celebrated and encouraged on campuses and throughout the government.

Certain words became "harmful" and equated with committing violence upon another.

The list of gender pronouns and the delusion that we all have to bow at the altar of narcissists who demand that everyone else refers to them by their "preferred" pronoun.

We can no longer assume a biological woman is a woman.

Groups on social media are allowed to promote the normalization of pedophilia as a "victimless" crime.

The grooming and sexualization of young children is now a right and supported by the DoE and educators.

Now, the descent into h*ll continues with the normalization of cannibalism.

An article in New Scientist reports on groundbreaking research that would suggest eating another human wasn't a terrible source of nutrition, a source of awful diseases, or just a despicable practice that God says is a punishment of sin.

"Ethically, cannibalism poses fewer issues than you might imagine. If a body can be bequeathed with consent to medical science, why can't it be left to feed the hungry? Our aversion has been explained in various ways. Perhaps it is down to the fact that, in Western religious traditions, bodies are seen as the seat of the soul and have a whiff of the sacred. Or maybe it is culturally ingrained, with roots in early modern colonialism, when racist stereotypes of the cannibal were concocted to justify subjugation. These came to represent the 'other' to Western societies - and revulsion towards cannibalism became a tenet of their moral conscience."

Is it time for a more subtle view on the ultimate taboo: cannibalism?

Tim adds:

"Soylent Green is People!"

This is the final line the Leftist rebellion against God and decency have to cross and it was inevitable they would do so. Oh, and making us eat human beings is just the end game for these malthusian dimwits.

The whole Davos crowd were young in the '70's when Paul Ehrlicht wrote The Population Bomb and the Club of Rome "Limits to Growth". These two things profoundly influenced so many of these moral midgets. It was the thing which gave environmentalism it's big push forward (and both of these lead to draconian govenrment.) Population became the tool to backdoor socialism, and environmentalism was it's handmaiden. And still is, apparently.

Soylent Green was a cautionary tale about this very thing, and suggested people would have to eat people because by the year 2000 mass starvation would be immanent. Of course it was monumentally wrong but that hasn't stopped these people from using it as a BLUEPRINT for the future!

I would add this serves another purpose to the Left - to make human life not sacred but mundane, pure meat to be employed for the greater good as those in power see fit. Huxley saw that was coming. If you eat people they are not sacred, just nutritious food to be utilized. They become THINGS. That was and is close to the hearts of Communists who believe in nothing but the material world and want to make Humanity reject God and God's laws. How better to do that than to make everyone turn cannibal? Cannibalism is the ultimate in selfish acts (yes, it is permissible in a situation where it's eat someone who is already dead or die yourself, but that's not the issue here).

Also, you can catch almost anything from a corpse. Koru (laughing sickness) is but one example.

Cannibalism has always been disreputable, even among cannibals. In Typee Herman Melville recounts his time among the cannnibal Typee on Nuka Hiva and even they wouldn't admit they ate human flesh; they expressed to him their revulsion at it (and he was largely their prisoner).

So we are becoming even more barbaric than the most primitive savages. GREAT!

Biden Changes U.S. Policy towards West Bank Settlements

Diane Kimura

BREAKING: The Biden administration just reversed Trump policy on Israel, says new Israeli settlements in the West Bank are Illegal and must stop.

Secretary of State Antony Blinken made the announcement, saying that the administration is disappointed with the announcement from Israel’s finance minister of plans for thousands of new residences in Palestinian Territories.

Tim adds:

This will only increase terrorist attacks as Hamas and others now think they have some legal justification for what they are doing. And it will bring money and support for Hamas and the other terrorists.

I would say Biden is a moron but that would insult morons everywhere.

Chinese Balloon II: Son of Balloon Man

Timothy Birdnow

The Federal government has spotted another high altitude balloon crossing the continental U.S. Just like the Chinese spy balloon that Mr. Biden allowed to traverse the country a little while back.

It has been deemed "safe" by "experts" and so no doubt Mr. Biden will let it drift right through American airspace unmolested.

I wonder; yesterday we had multiple problems with our phone service, with ATT and other such networks crashing, and now a high-altitude balloon. Hmm.

Is there some causal link between the two events?

I'm no expert on this but a balloon at that height could set off an EMP, albeit limited, certainly, that would cause major damage to our communications and electric grid. This didn't do that, but it could have had it been larger (and higher)

I wonder if the crash of the network wasn't done to us then this balloon flyover as a way to gather intel on the success of the attack.

But SOMETHING took down the cell phones yesterday, and I wonder if the Chicoms haven't tested some new type of weapon that was able to take our networks down? I have heard it theorized it was a major solar flare (and there was indeed solar activity). Many dispute that. And the networks are claiming it was a computer glitch. We aren't being told the truth on what happened.

Perhaps the balloon was a rely for a hacker attack? Or something else?

The point is had Mr. Biden acted decisively throughout his entire tenure of office the Chinese wouldn't think they could just float spy balloons over America. And they got away with it before; Biden wouldn't even shoot it down until it had crossed the entire country. They would have no problem doing it again.

China is preparing for war and this would be a logical test of our capabilities - and our resolve (of which Screwless Joe Who Grabs All the Dough has little to none).

That assumes, of course, it actually IS a Chinese balloon and not some American weather balloon or whatnot. Given the incompetence of this gang I wouldn't be surprised.

Bear in mind an EMP attack would need to be 250 miles high (or a bit less but not that much less) to take out the entire U.S. However a lower-altitude balloon carrying a nuclear device could certainly take out a sizable chunk of the country and if you used several you would accomplish the same without actually launching an ICBM. The balloon over Utah was 45,000 feet, or 8.523 miles high. And, as I say, if it was actually not an EMP attack but rather a targeted cyber attack then that would be plenty high - especially if China knew exactly what to hit.

Now this wasn't an EMP; the payload of this balloon was far too small for a nuclear device. It is MUCH smaller than the Balloon from last year. But it could make a dandy relay for hackers or whatnot. The point isn't what we know but what we don't - and aren't being told. And it also shows the ease our enemies have in getting things over the middle of our country.

There needs to be some major economic punishments meted out for this. But Mr. Biden and his buddies in government all are enjoying Chinese money and are unlikely to take any real steps against the Red Dragon.

UPDATE:  The military is saying this was a hobbyist balloon and not a foreign  actors'.  Would they tell us if it were?

So I would like to bring back two oldies from the archives:

They Up and Got Away with their Chinese Spy Balloon

Timothy Birdnow

With apologies to the 5th Dimension:

We would like to spy, with our Chinese spy balloon
Way up nice and high
from Maelstrom Base to Camp Lejune
It can float above your U.S. soil so good and high
Just don't ask why

Shut up and Obey
Joe Biden, Joe Biden you fool

We're flying all the way
With our Chinese spy balloon
We'll drop off Biden's pay
Have it there by after noon
We will sail along though we don't belong
you won't do a thing
Orders of Xi Jinping, Xi Jinping!

Up, up and away
in our Chinese, our Chinese Spy Balloon!

Floating over Secure Facilities
We'll search your secret abilities
if by some dim chance
you should look askance
and our balloon you expose
if you wake Joe Biden from his doze
we'll just sing a silly tune
about a weather balloon
to the buffoon

Yes, we'd really dare
to spy with our Chinese, our Chinese spy balloon
we don't have a care
with Joe Biden in the room
He's too busy with electric cars and his ice cream
we couldn't dream
of a better chance, just watch him dance

We got away, with our Chinese spy, our Chinese spy balloon

We got away, we got away.

End

And

The Balloon Man

by Timothy Birdnow

2/17/23

The Balloon Man's in trouble
he turns to the Hubble
and blames all his woes on spacemen
his spokeswoman swoons as she rails at space goons
he shoots down balloons
with the stroke of a pen

It's one epic fail
As the trains all derail
and the Chinese set sail for our bases
all his policies fail
he should be in jail
Little children are not safe from embraces.

It's all gone to heck
the economy wrecked
and wars are all over the Earth
Inflation unchecked
still he tries to deflect
as he sucks us for all we are worth

he peddles green dreams as he spoons up ice cream
and he drives up the oil and the coal
all his radical themes
and his dimwitted schemes
take their toll and we end on the dole

So the Balloon Man with his spray-on tan
and his brain turned to oatmeal mush
while it all hits the fan
And they kick hard our can
and our liberties down the toilet get flushed.

He lies to us all
from gentle breezes he falls
He locks up our brothers in without trial
he tears down our border walls
and radicals he installs
Breaking laws is considered his style,

How expensive our debt
had enough yet?
How long can we stand for the sad Balloon Man?

End

Notice how the spy balloon affair was almost exactly a year ago?

Collapsing Housing Market

Diane M. Kimura,

A 10% month-over-month decrease in housing inventory, dropping to a mere 1 million units in December.

Lack of housing is one big challenge keeping inflation elevated above the Fed's desired 2% rate.

This abnormally low supply will keep the supply/demand dynamics tight and keep a bid on housing prices. This matters because housing is roughly one-third of CPI.
May be an image of ‎text that says '‎1Y 5Y 10Y 25Y MAX Chart Compare ٹ Export :API Embed 4500 4000 3500 3000 2500 1984 2000 1992 1500 2000 2008 2016 500 TRADINGECONOMICS.COM NATIONAL ASSOCIATION REALTORS‎'‎
Tim adds:

And yet existing home sales fell over all of last year.
https://www.forbes.com/advisor/mortgages/real-estate/housing-market-predictions/

FTA:

"Existing-home sales cooled in December, down 1% from the month before and 6.2% from a year prior. 2023 ended with existing-home sales plummeting to 4.09 million"

They did tick up slightly in January, up 3.1% from December but still down from a year ago. https://www.bankrate.com/real-estate/existing-home-sales/

And according to Bloomberg new housing starts are down as well.
https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2024-01-18/us-housing-starts-fall-for-first-time-in-four-months

"Residential starts decreased 4.3% last month to a 1.46 million annualized rate , government data showed Thursday. Single-family home construction fell by the most since July 2022, following a surge in November, while multifamily projects rose to a five-month high."

So housing inventory is dropping off, even while existing home sales are down. That tells me that people do not feel confident enough about the future to lock themselves into a mortgage now.

This strongly suggests to me we are on the cusp of a recession. The Fed cannot cut rates because inflation will spike, and they cannot keep them high because the nation made slide into recession.

The problem is legion, for they are many but all ultimately go back to the blunders of the current Administration. Certainly the flood of illegals has artificially inflated demand for housing, and most of that is not permanent but simply temporary emergency housing which is driving up prices and at the same time strangling sales.

It doesn't help that Joe Biden has proposed almost doubling capital gaines taxes on real estate, from 20% to 39%. The prospect of that happening alone will spook investors. https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2023/mar/13/bidens-proposal-to-double-capital-gains-tax-rate-c/

And his other restrictive policies make it harder to keep the market moving. That especially includes his policies to make natural gas more costly (including the stoves and furnaces). https://www.wsj.com/articles/biden-tax-proposal-would-squeeze-apartment-building-owners-11620734400

It's clear not just this administration but the Federal Reserve is clueless about what their policies are causing.

Sex and Identity Not in the Constitution

Timothy Birdnow

Radical LGBTQEIEIO activists are throwing a hissy fit over attempts in Kentucky to strengthen legal protections for religion as they fear it will weaken their power.

https://www.theblaze.com/news/lgbt-activists-rage-over-proposed-kentucky-bill-that-would-improve-protections-for-religious-liberty

I hate to tell these confused individuals, but religion is protected under both the Kentucky constitution and the Constitution of the United States.

I don't see anything, neither in the main body of the Constitution nor in the amendments, about sex being a protected class. Nothing. Zero, Nada, Zip. The null set.

It they want to override religious freedom they need to get a Constitutional amendment passed that grants it to them - and remove the First Amendment.

Sexual behavior or "identity" isn't there and yet they are trying to act as if it is.

But then the judges and jurists and legislators who run the show these days are every bit as mentally ill as the men who don summer frocks and falsies and prance about pretending their are women. I mean at least a guy who says he's Napoleon understands basic biology.

Engoran Won't Delay Trump Judgement (Surprise!)

Timothy Birdnow

There is only one reason for not delaying the Trump judgement - election interference. Erdogen, er,Dngoran is guilty of election tampering and a Republican in New York needs to bring charges against him.

It's obvious the black-robed highwayman is trying to defund the Trump campaign at this critical point.

And of course Trump will lose at the New York Supreme Court too so this will drag on for some time.

We've got to start going after people like this judge with the full force of law and investigatory powers. I do not know why the GOP in the House isn't investigating this right now.

Affirmative Action Never Going Away

Timothy Birdnow

Sam Alito didn't mincewords about the Supreme Court's refusal to review a lower court ruling allowing affirmative action to be implemented despite it's own ruling against AF.

FTA:

We’ve been observing a pattern of the three Trump appointees refusing to join Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito in enforcing what is clearly the majority opinion against bad lower court rulings.

Shockingly, we are now seeing this happen with race-based admissions despite the court’s categorical landmark ruling in the Harvard and University of North Carolina cases.

Lower courts continue to play a legal game of "catch me if you can” by trying to defy the jurisprudence of the high court.

The Supreme Court last year ruled 6-2 that race-based preferences violate the 14th Amendment’s Equal Protection clause. As Chief Justice John Roberts wrote for the majority in the Harvard admissions case, "an individual’s race may never be used against him in the admissions process.” And he noted that any preference for one race necessarily harms others.

"College admissions are zero-sum,” Roberts wrote. "A benefit provided to some applicants but not to others necessarily advantages the former group at the expense of the latter.”

The court ruling was as unambiguous as we ever get from this panel of justices. We thought all discrimination in admissions, especially in public schools, would be relegated to the ash heap of history. Yet the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals allowed Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology, a highly regarded public magnet school in Virginia, to discriminate based on "socioeconomic” factors. The policy, adopted by the Fairfax County School Board, was transparently designed with the same outcome in mind as the Harvard case — namely, to reduce the numbers of Asian students and increase the numbers of black and Hispanic students.

The school succeeded. In the first year after the new admission policy was put in place, the number of Asian students dropped by 19% and the number of black and Hispanic students quadrupled. This is why the district court sided with the students and found direct evidence that the admission process was racially motivated. If the Fourth Circuit’s reversal stands, however, it would provide a clear workaround for the Harvard decision, thereby neutralizing the entire prohibition on race-based considerations.

Sadly, the Supreme Court turned down the Asian parents appealing the Fourth Circuit’s decision. Only Alito and Thomas publicly lodged their dissent. This is shocking given that Roberts himself warned schools last year against indirectly achieving affirmative action goals "through application essays or other means.” He also cautioned that "what cannot be done directly” — the consideration of an applicant’s race — "cannot be done indirectly.”

In a sharply written dissent, Alito chastised his colleagues’ "willingness to swallow the aberrant decision below” as "hard to understand.” He therefore warned that this stratagem from the Fourth Circuit is "a virus that may spread if not promptly eliminated,” and consequently, "We should wipe the decision off the books.”

Alito went a step farther and shamed his politically correct colleagues with a hypothetical scenario in which the races would be reversed.

Suppose that white parents in a school district where 85 percent of the students are white and 15 percent are black complain because 10 of the 12 players (83 percent) on the public high school basketball team are black. Suppose that the principal emails the coach and says: "You have too many black players. You need to replace some of them with white players.” And suppose the coach emails back: "Ok. That will hurt the team, but if you insist, I’ll do it.” The coach then takes five of his black players aside and kicks them off the team for some contrived — but facially neutral — reason.

Alito correctly observes, "I cannot imagine this Court’s sustaining such discrimination,” but that is what would be compelled by the Fourth Circuit’s logic.

"According to the reasoning of the Fourth Circuit majority,” Alito writes, "this action would not violate equal protection because the percentage of black players left on the team (approximately 42 percent) would exceed the percentage of black students in the school.”

End

What's the point of having "Republican" Justices if they won't even enforce their own decisions?

Trump got hoodwinked by the judges he appointed to SCOTUS. All three are nothing more than go-along-to-get-along jurists.

Where did Trump get them? From recommendations by the Heritage Foundation. You know, the same Heritage Foundation that created the template for Obamacare.

I knew this would be the case with all three of the Justices Trump appointed. Each came from deep inside the belly of the beast, from the D.C. area and none ever spent any real time outside the halls of power. And both Kavanaugh and Barrett are clearly followers who don't like to make waves.

As the article concludes, the Left need but get the ball into the hands in the end zone while conservatives have to refight the same battles over and over because those who are supposed to support us just walk away and leave us to twist in the wind.

This matter should have been settled. But affirmative action is never going away. Never.

Teamsters Donate to TRUMP!

Timothy Birdnow

This is big. The International Brotherhood of Teamsters is donated to Donald Trump for President!

The Teamsters endorsement of Ronald Reagan in 1980 played no small part in his utter annihilaton of Jimmy Carter. While this was not an endorsement there are some observers who think the union may well endorse President Trump despite the fact that much of the leadership tries to claim Biden is "great for unions", a statement false on the face of it as Biden supports bringing in massive numbers of illegals who work for well below market standards and at the same time has supported so-called "free trade" which leads to outsourcing of American jobs.

According to the article:

"John Palmer, one of the union’s executive board members, told the Post, "We’ve never done anything like this in my time on the board. I suspect the play is that we’ll have a bit more leverage with the GOP, but it appears like a tacit endorsement of Trump.”'

The Democrats are going to have to either start a shooting war or make sure Trump is removed from the race (Mr. Trump better have some DAMNED good security) or dump Joe Biden.

New York Dems Stealing Congressional Seats

Timothy Birdnow

Democrats are trying to steal multiple House seats in New York State.

From the Epoch Times article:

"All eyes will be on Albany Feb. 26 where New York lawmakers will vote to adopt or reject a proposed congressional map drawn by an independent commission that some Democrats maintain fails to address the alleged inequities they challenged in court to induce the revision.

If the supermajority Democrat-led New York Legislature accepts the map, Republicans could see diminished reelection odds for at least one of four House seats they flipped in 2022, key wins that helped the GOP regain control of the House.

If lawmakers reject it, by some estimates, Democrats could rig the state’s 26 congressional districts in a way that turns their 16–10 New York congressional delegation advantage into a 22–4 blue wedge."

End

Many Democrats are mad though as they hoped to do even more to steal the entire state.

Read the whole article; it's quite a convoluted issue and I couldn't post it all here.

Trump Hires PI to go after Willis

Timothy Birdnow

Now we're getting it!

Trump’s attorneys hire private investigator to map calls, texts between Fani Willis and Nathan Wade

We need to do this to judges and prosecutors who go after our people, not just Willis. I assure you there is dirt under many a fingernail with this crowd. And since it was they who chose to weaponize law we need to prove it a double-edged sword.

I hate that it's come to this but the aggressor sets the rules of engagement and this is how they wanted to play it.

Jack Smith, Letitia James, Alvin Bragg, Judge Erdogen, er Engoran all need to be heavily investigated.

You may remember years ago when John McCain picked Sarah Palin as his running mate over a hundred Democrat lawyers showed up in Wasila Alaska to dig up dirt on her. We've never responded in kind.

It's time we started.

No End to Debt

Diane Kimura

We haven’t seen an agenda of this magnitude since LBJ’s Great Society in the 1960s or possibly since FDR’s New Deal in the 1930s. Both were damaging, as the Great Society dramatically expanded the size and scope of government, contributing to the Great Inflation in the 1970s, and the New Deal contributed to a longer and harsher Great Depression.

Just since January 2021, Congress passed the following major spending bills upon request of the Biden administration:

$2 trillion American Rescue Plan Act in March 2021

$1 trillion Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act in November 2021

$280 billion CHIPS and Science Act in August 2022

$1 trillion Inflation Reduction Act in August 2022

These four bills will add nearly $4.3 trillion to the national debt. But at least another $2.5 trillion will be added to the national debt for student loan forgiveness schemes, SNAP expansions, net interest increases, Ukraine funding, PACT Act, and more.

In total over the past three years, excessive spending will lead to more than $7 trillion added to the national debt, which now totals $34 trillion — a 21 percent increase since 2021.

There seems to be no end to soaring debt with the recent discussions of more taxpayer money to Ukraine, Israel, the border, and the "bipartisan tax deal,” collectively adding at least another $700 billion to the debt over a decade.

Record debts accrued by households and by the federal government (paid by households) are not signs of a robust economy.

This will likely worsen before it improves, as household savings dry up. And with interest rates likely to stay higher for longer because of persistent inflation, debts will crowd out household finances and the federal budget.

The Federal Reserve has monetized much of this increased national debt over the last few years by ballooning its balance sheet from $4 trillion to $9 trillion and back down to a still-bloated $7.6 trillion.

This helps explain persistent inflation, massive misallocation of resources, and costly malinvestments across the economy, keeping the economy afloat yet fragile.

Excessive deficit spending weighs heavily on future generations, saddling them with unsustainable debt levels they have no voice in. Today, everyone owes about $100,000, and taxpayers owe $165,000, toward the national debt. Of course, these amounts don’t include the hundreds of trillions of dollars in unfunded liabilities for the quickly-going-b ankruptwelfare programs of Social Security and Medicare.

Future generations will be on the hook for even more national debt if Bidenomics continues and Congress doesn’t reduce government spending now.

This is why the national debt is the biggest national crisis for America. We’re robbing current and future generations of their hopes and dreams.

(Diane Kimura was a senior Vice President at Merrill Lynch.)

Tim adds:

We have seen this type of thing before and know how it ends - either in default or hyperinflation.
Both will collapse our economy and likely our political ssystem. Hyperinflation collapsed Germany's economy and led to the rise of Hitler. This will be even worse. And default is no better solution; it will roil the entire world economy as nations that lent us money are denied it, and they can't pay their own bills. This means world wide depression on a scale to make the Great Depression look like a minor market correction. I suspect the globalists want that; it will empower their dreams of a New World Order with international socialism and digital currency accessed by implanted computer chips.
