Maybe the "lesbian bishop" should become Commissioner of the NFL, since she knows so much about clearing out seat occupancy overcrowding at public gatherings.

In a seven page NY Times article from 1995, it was revealed that various famous Ivy students posed nude for "postural health photos." Perhaps this is where Meryl Streep, one of these students, learned to rationalize such behavior as Harvey Weinstein's as "normal." Here are some of the "highlights" (or lowlights).
THE GREAT IVY LEAGUE NUDE POSTURE PHOTO SCANDAL
SECTION OMITTED
Shocking, because what he found was an enormous cache of nude photographs, thousands and thousands of photographs of young men in front, side and rear poses. Disturbing, because on closer inspection the photos looked like the record of a bizarre body-piercing ritual: sticking out from the spine of each and every body was a row of sharp metal pins.
SECTION OMITTED
The procedure did seem strange. But I soon learned that it was a long-established custom at most Ivy League and Seven Sisters schools. George Bush, George Pataki, Brandon Tartikoff and Bob Woodward were required to do it at Yale. At Vassar, Meryl Streep; at Mount Holyoke, Wendy Wasserstein; at Wellesley, Hillary Rodham and Diane Sawyer. All of them -- whole generations of the cultural elite -- were asked to pose. But however much the colleges tried to make this bizarre procedure seem routine, its undeniable strangeness engendered a scurrilous strain of folklore.
END OF QUOTE
Read the whole thing. Don't worry, you won't see any nude photos in this Times article. Gee, and I was so looking forward to see Hillary "au naturel." NOT

It’s bad enough that climate alarmists have actively sought to keep those who disagree with the "dangerous manmade climate change†thesis from publishing or speaking on the subject, or having a role in public policy decisions. it’s far worse when they seek to prosecuteclimate chaos skeptics. Many organizations have been targeted in recent years by US state attorneys general and their environmentalist group allies.
Now, as Tom Harris writes, perversely named Ecojustice is trying to have a Canadian law enforcement agency prosecute theInternational Climate Science Coalition and other US and Canadian organizations for "misrepresenting the science†on climate change. This truly Orwellian "thoughtcrime†persecution and prosecution bodes ill for the most basic freedoms on which Canada and the United States were founded.

Writing at Conservative HQ Jeff Rendell makes some great points about the NFL protests and how the league will have to do much more to restore fan support. I left the following comment explaining exactly what I think is going on and how the NFL will have to make some major changes and not just try to gloss this thing over. The NFL is in a tough spot but will be in a tougher one if they continue down this road.
Here are my comments:

You know, in following Kaepernick's example, I'm gonna file a grievance against the NBA because I wasn't signed as a center for the Boston Celtics. I'm 5 foot 7, a senior citizen with a Medicare card, and I'll claim age discrimination.
From Legal Insurrection:
Kaepernick Files Grievance Against NFL Owners,
"Former NFL quarter Colin Kaepernick has filed a grievance against NFL owners because he believes they colluded to keep him out of a job due to his protests during the national anthem. Kaepernick first protested in the 2016 preseason when he took a knee during the national anthem. He claimed he protested against racial injustice across the country. The protests took off, with many players following his lead.Kaepernick hired criminal defense lawyer Mark Geragos, who has represented Michael Jordan and musician Chris Brown. CBS Sports reported this statement from Geragos: We can confirm that this morning we filed a grievance under the "
End excerpt.
A WORD FROM TIM:
Many people said Kaperneck started this as a way to protect his job, that he would try to blackmail the NFL with this. Not so far-fetched now.

Having set the stage for repealing Obama era Clean Power Plan, EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt should now engage the scientific review to reverse the "Endangerment Finding†that was its foundation. That finding used what can best be described as a kangaroo court process to convict carbon dioxide of causing dangerous manmade climate change and thereby endangering the health and welfare of American citizens. The action put the EPA in control of America’s energy, economy, job creation and living standards. It drove up energy prices, cost numerous jobs, and sent families into energy poverty.
In reality, carbon dioxide plays a minimal role in climate change – but is the plant-fertilizing miracle molecule that makes life on Earth possible. More atmospheric CO2 makes all plants grow faster and better, even under drought conditions. EPA ignored these incalculable benefits and the equally enormous benefits of fossil fuel energy, tilting the review process to ensure the outcome it needed to justify its war on coal and other draconian regulations.

From Urgent Agenda:
A GREAT STORY – AT 11:46 A.M. ET: We sometimes forget that we have some great allies in the war on terror. Britain's Special Air Service (SAS) is a gem, as this spectacular story from Iraq, which just came to light, demonstrates. From the Express:
The crack snipers struck as crazed executioners held knives to the throats of a father and son near Mosul.
Both men, from a family of eight, had refused to convert to Islam and were about to be executed when the ISIS killers were blasted in their heads.
The operation was carried out following the fall of Mosul last July and but has only just been made public, the Star on Sunday reported.

Good line! There's never a drummer around when you need a rim shot!
Running downstairs in heels with a cup of coffee. Make that a cup of Crown Royal, or a cup of vodka. And I really don't think she can run at her age and physical condition anyhow. But any excuse will do.
This is funny, to anybody but a liberal. Wonder who she was running FROM?

The NFL has become a bunch of Sarah Jessica Parkers. A number of years ago, Parker first remarked that she had saved $30 million from her movie (this was before "Sex and the City") career. Then she complained about George Bush, saying that if her (literally) poor relatives in Ohio lost their jobs, they would not get large enough government welfare checks to cover their expenses. She did not speak one word about herself chipping in to help her kin. In other words, she thought it was someone else's responsibility to help her relatives because she wasn't going to chip in a dime. The NFL knee takers have not built community centers or opened up drug treatment centers with some of their own money. They think the white owners owe them additional money to do this - and they owe their brothers and sisters NOTHING.
Sarah Jessica Parker was widely ridiculed for her statement about George Bush - and the NFL players are ridiculed by lost tv viewership, empty stadium seats and loss of purchases of NFL uniform gifts this soon approaching Christmas.

With global temperatures stagnant and ice returning to both polar regions the Gang Green, that stalwart band of internationalists dressed up as scientists protecting the Earth, has seized upon the last fig leaf - ocean acidification. The idea is that carbon dioxide will be absorbed into the oceans, reducing their natural alkalinity and thus we are all going to die as the oceans "dissolve Neptune's bones" as Al Gore so hysterically put it (and wrongly; the oceans have a long, long way to go to even reach neutrality much less acidity.)
At any rate, the Gang Green has covered their nudity with this last fig leaf. And now those evil polluters who are actually doing science are stripping them even of that.
A new paper Shows that increased in atmospheric temperature leads to a lowering and not raising of ocean acidity.
From Wattsupwith that:
"A paper published Friday in Climate of the Past reconstructs water pH and temperature from a lake in central Japan over the past 280,000 years and clearly shows that pH increases [becomes more basic or alkaline] due to warmer temperatures, and vice-versa, becomes more acidic [or "acidified†if you prefer] due to cooling temperatures. This finding is the opposite of the false assumptions behind the "ocean acidification†scare, but is compatible with the basic chemistry of Henry’s Law and outgassing of CO2 from the oceans with warming.
Thus, if global warming resumes after the "pause,†ocean temperatures will rise along with CO2 outgassing, which will make the oceans more basic, not acidic. You simply cannot have it both ways:
End excerpt.
It must be tough being a climate hysteric in these times. The Earth isn't warming and shows si\gns of cooling. Ice levels are on the rise. Sea levels aren't rising any fster than they have for ten thousand years. The Earth isn't getting warmer and wetter. Islands aren't disappearing. And now the oceans aren't getting a Mexican flavor profile.
How much do you want to bet the media ignores this?
Global warming/climate change/global climate flatulence is the key to knitting the world into one supranational entity. If the whole Earth is threatened then we can justify world government. Without it the internationalists and statists have little to work with. That is why they are so desperate to keep this decades-long War of teh Worlds hoax alive. And why I helpfully include this sort of thing at The Aviary.

FBI Finds 30 Pages of Clinton-Lynch Tarmac Meeting Documents
Who is running the store at the FBI!?First the FBI told us it had no documents related to the infamous tarmac meeting between former Attorney General Loretta Lynch and former President Bill Clinton.
But now the FBI just told us that the FBI located 30 pages of documents related to the June 27, 2016, meeting, and it proposes that it produce non-exempt material no later than November 30, 2017. more...

I tire of our side conceding ppoints to the media and the left. We do it all the time and it is a foolish exercise. Even if it is a matter of wording - such as when Joe Wilson said "that's a lie" to a statement made by Obama and the media morphed it into "You lie", a much ruder and more offensive statement - we let the enemy control the terms and structure of any debate, thus framing it in a way pleasing to themselves and damaging to our side.
Here is a classic example of our surrender to the media and the liberals on a matter we should fight them over. Rick Moran, whose brother is a mainstream journalist at CNN, makes the following statement about Donald J. Trump:
"Clinton made an appearance on British TV and pointed out that " we just elected someone who admitted sexual assault to the presidency," referring to the "Access Hollywood" tape that was leaked during the campaign where Trump admitted groping and trying to kiss women."
End excerpt.
But what did Trump admit to?

Trevor Thomas has an article today at American Thinker where he mentions a quote from Joy Behar in his discussion of Harvey Weinstein and liberal "values." http://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2017/10/harvey_weinstein_proves_why_the_left_really_hates_trump.html
The quote states:
Addressing her aghast audience, Behar attempted to explain how Democrats like herself don't have a hypocrisy problem when complaining about the behavior of men like Tim Murphy. As she tellingly revealed, "the difference between me and the people who voted for [Murphy] is the Democrats are not the family of values[.] ... They're not hypocrites – they're just dogs. You see the difference?" Yeah, we got it. According to Behar's liberal logic, it's better to be a reliably immoral "dog" than a hypocrite.
END OF QUOTE
I had to add some personal observances of Behar in the 1990s (pre-View tv show) in this following comment:
So Joy Behar is saying that she isn't a moral hypocrite but rather a "dog."
