Violating Attorney Client Privilege

An Obama-appointed judge is going to suspend attnorney-client privilege and allow the Biden DOJ access to privileged e-mails between Trump and his lawyer.
According to the Daily Mail:
Judge allowed Biden's DOJ to access emails from three Trump lawyers and Republican Rep. Scott Perry during the investigation into overturning the election
* U.S. District Judge Beryl Howell ruled emails weren't protected by privilege
* She ruled the same way for emails from former DOJ official Jeff Clark
* FBI agents seized Pennsylvania Rep. Perry's phone in August
* Perry also texted Mark Meadows conspiracy involving CIA, UK, and Dominion
