It certainly is the wrong thing to do. This "creature's" wins should be disallowed.

They should. The competition is not fair.
It was like when Bill Veeck, owner of the old St. Louis Browns, sent a tiny man named Eddie Gaedel to bat in their game against the Detroit Tigers. Gaedel, at 3'7, may not have been able to hit but he was a sure walk.
It was patently unfair; he had no strike zone.
MLB clamped down on Veeck after this affair.
Basically this it is like Eddie Gaedel, only Gaedel had his dignity. This dude is willing to whore himself out for success.
