They have no standing. That's a legal term. The suit will be thrown out because the anti-trust action was not done against and did not harm the states. Repression of free speech was done to and harmed individuals. States are neither individuals or corporations and do not have individual rights under the US constitution.
Liberal states have gone nuts. The answer to everything is a lawsuit. They sue the federal government because they don't like Trump, and now they are suing big corporations because it is popular to hate on the rich. Idiots.
