Exactly right Bill. SCOTUS didn't say they couldn't regulate, just not make new laws. Huge difference.

This means that the House and Senate are going to have to go back to work doing their original job, rather than spending most of their time on pointless investigations. I don't know if that's a Good Thing or not...
But breaking the power of the Bureaucracy IS a Good Thing. I can only hope that, after this first one, SCOTUS likes "winning" so much they'll keep on going with it.

I was watching a documentary on Andrew Jackson yesterday. His big beef was with....the bureaucracy! He saw it then as we see it now. He also hated the Bank of the U.S. aka the Federal Reserve, and his efforts to kill it were met by them trying purposely to wreck the economy by raising interest rates and adulterating coinage. Sound familiar?
If you replace Jackson's name with Trump you would think it was the same guy. Oh, and the Establishment deep South hated his guts.
