Well, yes it is, only the Supreme Court says it has to be done by elected legislators, not by unelected bureaucrats.

But breaking the power of the Bureaucracy IS a Good Thing. I can only hope that, after this first one, SCOTUS likes "winning" so much they'll keep on going with it.

I was watching a documentary on Andrew Jackson yesterday. His big beef was with....the bureaucracy! He saw it then as we see it now. He also hated the Bank of the U.S. aka the Federal Reserve, and his efforts to kill it were met by them trying purposely to wreck the economy by raising interest rates and adulterating coinage. Sound familiar?
If you replace Jackson's name with Trump you would think it was the same guy. Oh, and the Establishment deep South hated his guts.
