According to the U.K. Daily Mail there was an "event" there in October.
More and more this looks to have been a result of Chinese disease engineering.

Clever detective work. They may be right. However, the article mentioned something about "other things not adding up" and it doesn't list them, which is annoying, to say the least.

make sense.'" I'd like to know more; particularly, who this US official is and what his position is.
