Preparing the Public

They call that "preparing the public".
Funny; I don't recall anything in the Constitution that says elites have a right to try to manipulate the public one way or another. Not sure where they got the idea that they can browbeat us into accepting their august will.
The elites believe in a cult superstition that if they tell you what they’re going to do to you, the harm is on you for not taking heed. But if they don’t tell you then the harm is on them. That’s why there always seems to be a song or a Simpsons episode or a quarantine movie or a virus movie or a cyberattack movie (obamas new movie) or something that seems to have "predicted” an event. They ARE actually telling us what they plan to do so that no karma is on them.
Believe them.
