No Vote Fraud?

James Doogue

Voter and ballot fraud is real. The question is whether it was extensive enough to change the outcome of the election.

I'm writing this post because someone on ABC news tonight referred to 'Donald Trump' baseless claims of fraud'. I've also had one comment that said there's not a scrap of evidence of fraud. Such claims are just not true.

It's ironic that the same lefties who kept telling anyone who would listen that Russia rigged the US 2016 elections, and the Trump team helped them rig it, are now swearing to us that the US elections are tamper-proof, and mail-in ballots cannot possibly be vulnerable to fraud.

I have already made some posts with links and information detailing claims of fraud. Including videos of fraudulent ballots, under cover videos of paid ballot 'harvesters' with bundles of ballot papers, and pressuring elderly voters to change their vote.

I've shown a video of a counting centre boarding up their windows so people can't be seen counting, and an election scrutineers saying officials would only let him stand 100 feet away from the counters.

There's another video of a Trump campaign official saying her scrutineers were using binoculars to see ballots because they had to stand 30 feet away.

So I've collected some more evidence of voter and ballot fraud, and inserted the link and a description of its content below. I haven't repeated material I have already posted. I'm placing the links in the text to reduce the chances of FaceBook deleting or censoring the content.
In the above link a UPS worker from Barlow Branch, Michigan says his boss instructed workers to place late bollot papers into a seperate bin so that can be back-dated to November 3rd and included in the count.
In the video link above James O'KEEFE, from Project Veritas talks to the Broward County Florida election supervisor. He tells O'Keefe voter fraud is common but hardly ever prosecuted. It is made difficult to detect because people registering don't have to prove they are a citizen.

He also said many people register to vote in multiple counties. They often only catch them because they make a mistake. He gave an example of a person who was registered to vote in both Florida and New Jersey. He did the mail-in ballot for both, but put the new Jersey ballot paper in the Florida envelope.
In this undercover video a 'ballot chaser' is filmed detailing the costs of getting votes illegally for the Biden ticket.
This video is by CNN and ironically is supposed to assure viewers that fraud is rare. They tell us that ballot papers found in dumpsters, ditches and elsewhere, giving examples in three states, was just human or administrative errors and nothing to worry about. Definitely not deliberate fraud!
This article is specifically about discarded military postal ballots. It confirmed all were casting their vote for Trump.

This is not an administrative error. Or the accident of a new employee. Who throws out ballot papers accidentally? If it was discovered here very early in the process, two months before election day. How much more will it happen?
In this Washington Post article, confirms President Trump and the Republican Party warned of widespread manipulation of the absentee vote before the election. They even tried to get the courts to disallow rule changes by Democrat States which would allow more widespread fraud. But the Democrats and their media allies dismissed such concerns as unfounded.

In this article previous ballot fraud for the Democrat party is admitted on a wide scale. The Post's editorial team verified the campaign records of the whistle-blower.

The whisteblower — whose identity, rap sheet and long history working as a consultant to various campaigns were confirmed by The Post — says he not only changed ballots himself over the years, but led teams of fraudsters and mentored at least 20 operatives in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania — a critical 2020 swing state.

A Bernie Sanders die-hard with no horse in the presidential race, he said he felt compelled to come forward in the hope that states would act now to fix the glaring security problems present in mail-in ballots.

"This is a real thing,” he said. "And there is going to be a f–king war coming November 3rd over this stuff … If they knew how the sausage was made, they could fix it.”
This is also an article for those who think Trump's claims of fraud and cheating are outlandish. It gives the background to Democrats pushing for mail-out ballots and how ballot harvesting is done.

The article also gives case examples of 15 election results which were overturned after ballot fraud was uncovered.

If ballot fraud is like other white-collar crimes, we know that only a small percentage are reported and prosecuted. So we have no idea how extensive it is, we just know it's much more common than we give credit. Add to that the dramatic increase in mail-in ballots for this election, it's ridiculous to dismiss out-of-hand, claims of fraud.
This video says there are 98 current investigations into voter fraud in Georgia. But also states that in the last election there were 1,000 people who requested mail-in ballots and voted with that ballot, and in-person, on the day. It's illegal to vote more than once.

With everyone getting a mail-out ballot this election how many voted twice? How quickly is that picked up? My guess is that double voting is only picked up after the election. Given the narrow margins in key states, the elections could be called based on double voters. Would the authorities would have no idea how the people voted, so they can't overturn the election result. All they can do is prosecute them for double voting.
This is proof dead people have sent in mail ballots in New York. Well not dead people, but people using the dead persons names because they are still on the election register.

In New York, these cases were only discovered by Republican election scrutineers. "People should be on the alert for dead people voting. There are people using the names of dead voters to cast ballots,” said Staten Island GOP chairman Brendan Lantry.

"I believe this is just the tip of the iceberg,” said Lantry. "We’re requesting that the NYPD and the Staten Island District Attorney’s Office investigate.”
In October this year investigators in South Florida uncovered an attempt to register dozens of dead people as Democratic voters.

"This is an organized effort by someone who knew a little bit about Florida law but not a lot and had a scheme to either undermine the Florida registration system with fake voters or intended to vote 50 times,”
This video shows proof that ballots were lodged in the names of dead people in Wisconsin and Michigan.
In Michigan so far this year, 846 "dead people" tried to cast a ballot. What I mean by that — since the dead cannot actually vote — is that 846 alive people tried to vote on behalf of someone who was already dead. These were literal cases of voter fraud. In 2016, the number was even higher (1,782).

The question isn't whether or not fraudulent mail-in ballots are being cast on behalf of dead people. This Michigan report proves that it happens. The question is how many of them end up getting counted…
The Heritage Foundation’s election fraud database has been around for four years. With the addition of our latest batch of cases, we are up to 1,285 proven instances of voter fraud.

Heritage’s database is by no means comprehensive. It doesn’t capture all voter fraud cases and certainly doesn’t capture reported instances that aren’t even investigated or prosecuted. The database is intended to demonstrate the vulnerabilities in the election system and the many ways in which fraud is committed.
More confirmation of voter and ballot fraud potential is detailed in this article.

Pew Research analyzed voter rolls in 2012 and found one in eight voter registrations were inaccurate. Hardly a partisan player, Pew is well respected by most commentators. Their primary findings were:

- At least 51 million eligible citizens remain unregistered—more than 24 percent of the eligible population.

- Nearly 2 million deceased individuals are listed as voters.

- Approximately 2.75 million people have registrations in more than one state.

- About 12 million records have incorrect addresses, meaning either the voters moved, or errors in the information make it unlikely any mailings can reach them.

This research did motivate voter integrity groups, and the voter rolls are better now. However, it is far from perfect. When we consider President Trump won based on about 80,000 votes cast in three states, significant errors in the voter rolls should concern everyone who cares about election integrity. Especially in a contentious election where the left predicts "violence in the streets” if they don’t like the outcome.
The Public Interest Legal Foundation study looked at 42 states, and the group is in legal proceedings with several others that refused to participate. The key findings are:

Deceased registrants – 349,773
7,890 were credited with voting after death in 2016
6,718 were credited with voting after death in 2018
Duplicate registrants who cast second votes in 2016 – 43,760
Duplicate registrants who cast second votes in 2018 – 37,889
Number of registrants voting from a non-residential address – 34,000

North Carolina has the largest proportion of dead people found voting by a ratio of 4:1. In 2018, 2172 deceased registrants were discovered voting in the state.

1 If the result was not so serious, the Democrats would be cause for laughter. The most they could come up with as evidence of "tampering with" the 2016 election was some Facebook posts that they could not even document as containing any fingerprints from either Russia or Trump.

And here we have Milwaukee precincts with 180% voter turnout, 100% for Biden, and they are honking about Trump's "baseless claims of fraud."

2 Amen Bill. In a world with a fair press they would hide their heads in shame.
