More Sunshine = Global Warming

It would seem that Increased sunshine hours driving increasing temperatures in Germany.

So, more sunshine is the culprit. Doesn't that suggest that efforts to "clean" the atmosphere back in the seventies and eighties have led to warming? I remember when they worried aerosols were causing an ice age; we stopped the aerosols and now it's given us global warming.
