Identity Theft and the Mark of the Beast

Timothy Birdnow

I had to spend a trillion bucks and all I got was this lousy t-shirt!

$1 trillion of pandemic relief was lost to fraud, and nearly every American's personal data is for sale online: '60 Minutes'

How much you want to bet this mostly wound up back in Democrat coffers? How much of that billion bucks Kamala spent came from this?

Much of the problem stems from identity theft and foreign actors using stolen identities to obtain disaster relief funds.

I know I'm sounding apocalyptical these days, but it does make one wonder; all this identity theft via the worldwide web is going to force the government into a drastic solution. There will wind up having to be some sort of identifying marker placed on the individual so they can legally verify who they are. A QR code on hand or forehead (invisible except to a scanner, of course) would allow people to prove they are who they claim to be, and anyone without such a code would by necessity be forced out of the legitimate commercial market. For a time a black market would thrive but it would eventually be squashed (government doesn't get it's cut). The Book of Revelations is quite clear "No one should be able to buy or sell unless he bears the mark of the name of the Beast or the number of its name." That would essentially be a death sentence in modern times for those who refuse to take the mark since all commerce will be conducted with computers in some fashion - even in brick and mortar stores. But receiving the mark will be an eternal death sentence - damnation. So many will die and suffer for it.

But I see no way to stop it. And it's all going to be in the interest of stopping computer hacking and identity theft.

That is why I believe the Second Coming will be followed by an EMP that will take out the entire electric grid.

Matthew 24:29 states:

"The sun will become dark, and the moon will no longer shine. The stars will fall, and the powers in the sky will be shaken "

Which could be from smoke from the war blotting out natural light. But you will notice there is no suggestion of artificial light either.

In fact the Roman Catholic Church has always argued there would be three days of darkness following Armageddon, and artificial light won't work. What does that sound like?

Of course if Jesus returns with an EMP then the whole corrupt system of things will break down - all the computers will die.

Matthew 24:27

"For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes as far as the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man."

Such lightning would take out our power. We've seen this before.

At any rate the coming of AI presents an existential threat to the human soul itself and I am of a mind to believe God won't tolerate that for long. We are trying to create a false god to supercede Him.

At any rate I suppose I've preached enough now. Suffice it to say this case of stolen identity to steal taxpayer funds is probably just the tip of the iceberg in terms of identity theft and no society will long tolerate such things. Actions are coming and those actions almost certainly will put some variation of the Mark into practice. Maybe not fully as yet,but the time is fast approaching. Be warned.

1 I hadn't encountered the idea that Jesus would bring an EMP with Him, but it would certainly be a way to get our attention, wouldn't it? However, I think it would be awfully inconvenient for His many followers.

2 Dana, the Bible mentions the Second Coming as being proceeded by a flash of light and it says he will "dest them with the sword of His mouth and ttbe BRIGHTNESS of His coming" which suggests to me that there would be some sort of EMP-generating event. It also speaks of the Last Trumpet being blown, which suggests the sound of a shock wave of sorts. John couldn't possibly understand what he was seeing in his vision, nor could any of the other 1st century prophets, not to mention the Old Testament dudes.

I'm not saying that is the case for certain, but it seems like a logical thing.

Remember,by Armageddon there really aren't many Christians left, at least few who would be saved.

The EMP would take down the world's power, all of it. And it would take out communications, and all the other things we've created to glorify ourselves.

The Bible says the World will be almost destroyed at this point. I don't think God would shy away from simply taking our weapons and tools and artificial environments away from us and forcing us to rely solely on Him.

I know it's a novel interpretation but I think there is a good likelihood it will go down this way.

3 Well, at any rate, my wife and I are both hoping to be gone from this planet by the time it happens.

4 As are we Dana. It would be exciting but not much fun to live through.

When they Chinese say "may you live in interesting times" it isn't a blessing.

5 Also, the Book of Revelations mentions two separate things that fall upon the Earth. One is called "wormwood" which poisons the waters around the globe. The second is described as a fiery body that smacks into the ocean. Both sounds surprisingly like asteroid strikes, although wormwood could be a nuclear bomb. In any even both are capable of causing an EMP if a large chunk of them were to explode overhead. It's an unlikely scenario, an emp from an asteroid strike, but it is possible. (More likely we'd have an EMP from a big coronal mass ejection, like the Carrington Event in the mid 19th century.)

At any rate I'm always looking at these Bible prophecies and fitting them to current science/technology. I find many things that were incomprehensible just a few decades ago are now entirely possible.
