My wife points out that they aren't talking about how much it actually costs to produce the electricity being used by the F-150. All the other things we've read suggest that it's a lot more than it costs to make gasoline (or diesel). Interesting they didn't point this out.

Yeah Dana; Martha is right. And using windmills and solar to do it makes it even more expensive, but that isn't calculated in, and when it is it's calculated with the government subsidies added in. I'd like to see an honest appraisal of this.
