1 Can't read the article without having a membership, but I have to be honest and say that even though Jimmy Carter was one of the worst presidents we ever had in this wonderful country of ours -- the worst, in fact, in modern times before B. Hussein Obama came on the horizon, and please don't forget James Buchanan and Woodrow Wilson, perhaps the most dangerous of them all -- at least he was not totally stupid. Cowardly, vain, unable to see the forest for the trees and the moss on the trees, to be sure. But as this article shows, not totally stupid.
