Christians Are Why Trump Won

Christians pushed Trump over the top; the former and future President earned 56% of the Christian vote compared to Harris' 43%.
Christians still make up 68% of the electorate. Harris won big among the atheist and agnostics at 64-35. You cannot win without the Christian vote. And in this election the electorate was 72% Christian, thus it was obvious Christian values were on the ballot.
This was and remains a spiritual battle first and foremost, a war between God and Satan, good and evil. For far too long it was an asymetric battle, with the children of Satan waging war and Christians thinking it was just a disagreement with fellow citizens. It's not and never has been. Now people are starting to figure that out.
High time.

What gets me though Dana is that Trump only won 56% of the Christian vote; he should have carried all of it, or almost all anyway.
My brother in law is a liberal Christian and he voted Harris in what can only be seen as a breathtaking display of cognitive dissonance. He truly believed the lies about Trump, and he also believes that Jesus wanted a vast social safety network and that "charity" cometh from government. I just cannot fathom it; the Bible is quite explicit on so many things he has to ignore - like "neither formicators nor adulterers nor the carnal nor homosexuals nor the effeminate shall enter into the Kingdom of Heaven" in favor of the parts about charity, in which Jesus told us to do it and never once said Caesar must do it.
The Bible also says if you do not work you do not eat.
And while the Bible was fairly loose on immigration in some ways (Israel sat at a crossroads) it was quite plain immigrants who planned to stay had to adopt Jewish customs or leave.
And while we are to treat them kindly we are under no obligation to take them in, any more than we are obligated to provide housing or schooling or medical care for them.
The Bible is specifically addressing Israel, not anyone else. Every nation on Earth has had immigration restrictions.
And as Jesus said in John 101:
"Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the fold of the sheep, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber."
Legal immigration is the door; what we are seeing is the influx of massive numbers of thieves and robbers.
At any rate Christians who make common cause with liberals make a pact with the Devil even if they are not aware they are doing it. He is the prince of this world. A v ote for Harris was a vote for Satan.

You're absolutely right, of course, Tim, but way too many people have never read the Bible carefully enough to understand such things. They've only read it enough to assume things from it. Why? Because the Deceiver has made them do so.

Agreed. They only know bits and pieces and thus the deceiver uses out-of-context passages to lead people astray.
