Burr! It's Getting Hot for NC Senator and Pandemic Profiteer

This from Judson Phillips:

NC Senator Richard Burr is a political dead man walking. The FBI executed a search warrant on his iCloud account for his role in selling stock right before the COVID virus hit the news and became a crisis.

The FBI is only going to do this for one of two reasons. Either they have the case completely locked up on him and they just want a few other details or (this is my theory) Burr is cooperating with the Feds and the actual target of the search warrant is someone else (perhaps another Senator).

I'll predict in a few weeks, we will see Burr's sudden resignation, followed by a quick guilty plea in Federal Court and he will be sentenced to a few years in Club Fed.

Hopefully, his replacement will be better than he has been.

1 F'r cryin' out loud! Look at the flavor of the coverage! DiFi's hubby did exactly what he did, but "they chased Burr down," "they went to Apple and seized his iPhone cloud backups," etc., etc. Whereas (supposedly) DiFi gave the Feds a graceful interview, voluntarily gave them some of the paperwork of her husband's trades ("I know nothing of the details of my husband's trades"), everything all lovey-dovey. What's the difference? She's a donkey, Burr's an elephant.

Wasn't it OBlahBlah who said, a few years back, that there are Two Americas? Guess he was right!
